Trabaje con PayPal / compañía de tarjeta de crédito para resolver esto.

Me inscribí en OneClass, una compañía horrible. Las notas no son útiles y te engañan con los precios. Muchas de sus notas rayan en lo ilegal debido a problemas de derechos de autor. Hablé con el servicio de atención al cliente para obtener un reembolso porque me cobraron una suscripción anual (que me hicieron creer que era mensual) y fueron condescendientes, discutidores y rígidos. No se preocupan por sus clientes y realmente creo que la única forma de ganar dinero es a través de esas pobres almas que se olvidan de cancelar su prueba gratuita. Compañía depredadora que claramente no se preocupa por su reputación o el verdadero valor que ofrecen a sus clientes.
Creo que esto es una estafa. Me cobraron por un plan anual y no cooperaron cuando les pregunté al respecto.
