Working with O2 employment services was a seamless process. I was given one on one attention and explained i details of positions that I was a good candidate for. The staff was eager to find me employment with personal follow up tasks with other jobs that come in that would be suitable. I would use them over and over and appreciate their courtesy.

I will use this service again. Rachael, my go-to gal, is Amazing!! I received eight job offers in a day. I have worked with different staffing agencies in the past, none have been this fast. I highly recommend checking them out. The office staff is always ready to answer my questions and do so with a smile. I started work a day after my interview. I cannot thank her enough.
When I first walked into the 02 Employment Services office I thought; oh thank goodness, a quality agency. The walls are covered with Professional profiles, they all have nice hair, and great smiles. The staff treated me like I deserved to be treated with my educational background. They placed me in possible positions that were accurate to my abilities. I wanted to take a minute and thank everyone there, for being right on point!
This is a great company, Megan is awesome! The whole staff is friendly and efficient at what they do. They are able to get you working right away and help with resumes and anything else you might need to get a job.
As a business owner in Shasta County for 20 years I am proud to say that after teaming up with O2 Employment Services we have become a stronger and better company. We are a PEO customer which gives us our own HR rep, payroll rep, workers comp rep, medical rep, this list goes on. Cheryl, Shawn, Terri & Jennifer are all excellent HR reps who we heavily rely on. Having Tashina as our payroll rep is a lifesaver! We also use the staffing side. Michelle, Meagan and all the staffing specialists are just a phone call away and always ready to fill any position we might have open.
