It is because of the dismissive way I was "handled" today that I dislike doctors and why I have gone so long without a PCP. This is not the first time I have had an issue with a physician from this group. I will never see in one of these clinics again.
This Doctors office to me , is highly recommended .. My Provider Joan Nold , is truly great at her Job & I have never had a Provider On top of their job like she was ! The staff was very professional & nice . They will do all the can to make sure your health is okay & in good standing ! This is a great doctors office to be seen at ! Give them a try !!!!!
Good size Dr office with unusual parking. The staff are friendly and very good at their job. Best PCP I have had in over a decade.

I told the doctor something was wrong with my thyroid. I was told all my blood tests were good. I was lied to. I'm anemic, high wbc and high calcium after picking up results in person. Went to another doctor.. I have thyroid cancer and a parathyroid tumor, which hopefully hasn't spread due to the incompetence of the doctor and nurse.
I was actually there with a friend, but the staff is so nice and it's a great thing that they do for people!
Desk and medical staff were so kind. They answered all my questions. I didn't have to wait too long (about 20mins after new patient paperwork), and most importantly during my time with the nurse practitioner addressed all my concerns. She didn't make me feel like she was in a hurry to get to the next patient.
I used to like going to this doctor's office, but have become more and more disappointed with the lack of professionalism I have received in last few visits. I called my prescription into the pharmacy I have been using for several months and it was sent to there pharmacy instead, not happy about having to drive out of my way to pickup.
I have never had any problems with this office. I see Dr. Nold who is a NP. She is professional and listens to my concerns and addresses any questions I have. She is open and willing to discuss anything with me. I would recommend her as a PCP for anyone that needs one.
The other office ladies from the lab techs to the care techs are just as nice.
