Waited 5 minutes in women's shoe section, no service..

A very good store full of fantastic designer names from around the world. Including some very high-end/cutting-edge brands. The layout and Ambiance is pure luxury and the staff are extremely friendly. But, at the same time very helpful and not pushy.

My wife loves the store. Anything that makes her happy makes me happy.

A romp through Nordstrom will entitle you to feel better when the weather is dreary out.

The original store, so I'm told. Excellent service like you used to get at a department store.

Let's be honest, its the! Nordstrom to go to, it has all the fancy stuff the others don't, I'd call it the flagship store

The flagship is truly an experience to shop. Easily accessed by walking, valet parking, or the skyway from Pacific Place, they have everything from candies to gourmet dining to pieces for your home and wardrobe. The service here from Jonathan on the metro level was impeccable! He outfitted my cousin with an amazing suit, focused on the right items for him, and not the cost. There was no pressure, terrific input, and he walked away looking far better than the options we'd seen at Jos. A. Banks.

Incredible service paired with great products and a very knowledgeable and honest staff. This isn't only my go-to Nordstrom location, but my go-to store for clothes.

Very, very helpful people here. They have the same merchandise as anywhere else but the help is what really stands out here.

Service not worthy of Nordstrom; the server taking plates away with food still on them without asking, more than once, was extremely offensive. At those prices, I wouldn't want to waste any food. I thought that the brand of Nordstrom was to be in-tune with the customer. It was extremely expensive for lunch.

Excellent store for clothing with superior customer service, coffee bar, & restaurant when you choose to compare notes with friends on your shopping choices. Enjoy!

Best place in the world to work. People are amazing and helpful. Nordstrom is one of the last "family" businesses.

The atmosphere was great and even though there was an event and the store was busy our associate was very efficient and courteous.

Easy skyway access from Pacific Place (which has ample underground parking), This is a well - designed store with beautiful displays and service-oriented staff. There are also clean, well cared for restrooms on almost every floor. :-)

Customer courtesy and helpfulness. Great selections and stylish variety of clothier, shoes and boots. Loved my experience there.

Excellent service and selection as one would expect from the flagship store.

Gorgeous store with a wonderful selection. They've seemed to make a shift over the last couple years to focus on high end designer clothing (Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent etc.), which isn't for everybody but they've done a great job. I was pleasantly surprised to see they carried quite a few up and coming designers and streetwear brands too (Off White, Heron Preston, Fear of God). They have a pretty extensive selection of Nike, Topman, and some other entry level brands too. There is something for everybody here. The staff is pleasant and attentive too. Definitely give this store a visit.

Menswear staff is, as always, incredibly attentive. And the menswear itself is, as always, incredibly expensive.

The place is very large and has all the brands you could possibly want. If you re in downtown this is the place to do your high end shopping. The staff are always helpful and if they don t have it in store they ll have it shipped to you. Found the coolest pair of Nikes ever here.

Service are great in dresses section but in perfume section are bad. Because I was waiting to long for crevices. And then they are provide me wrong item. Which I asked them what I am looking for.

Very reasonable prices for name-brand stuff. My nephew-in-law was looking for Cole Haan shoes and he was able to find 4 very quickly. Seems to have more stuff than Saks off fifth on the top floor.

Nordstrom was extra busy with a anniversary sale going on, but there were plenty of employees to assist customers Store was clean and nicely laid out. The outside was being remodeled at the time and not visible.

45 day return policy on shoes... Just don't wear them outside. Higher prices than before they moved. Still some deals. Big selection.

The flagship store. The staff are super nice and you can tell they have been trained differently when it comes to customer service. They are super attentive and listen to what you want and help you out without any reservation. If and when you're in Seattle, you should check this store out, even if to just browse. It is beautiful inside with great selection of quality products. Enjoy!

The amount of goods this Nordstrom carries can be overwhelming, but that means they'll probably have something that's just right for you.

Wonderful service and I was able to get just what I needed.

They did a remodel a few years ago and the store is absolutely gorgeous. Also the restaurant upstairs has excellent salads. they do an Asian chicken salad that is probably the best in Seattle. Also the staff in Nordstrom from the restaurants to the sales people on the floor are always very helpful and nice. They have valet parking which can be very useful if you are in a rush. The ballets will just text you when your car is ready for pickup after you've texted them.

The flagship store!! Was everything I dreamt it would be and then some. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, plus the selection is out of this world. Absolutely the most amazing store ever. Dyvar in cosmetics is one of the best people to have help you, she goes above and beyond.

Huge problem during the pandemic. The sizes for women's clothing and shoes are not uniform which makes online ordering a nightmare even with the "Nordy" size is "true to size" or "small, order one size up" or "sized large" sizing guide. Nothing fits right. I feel like I am wasting packaging and my time. Why can't Nordstrom demand uniform sizing from their brand suppliers? Like it is 2020, not 1950s where no one clothing or shoe manufacturer had a consistent measurement tool.

It's a Nordstrom, so as always it's pretty nice and I'm a convenient location.

Nordstrom Cafe is the best lunch spot around. Bit pricey but the food is delicious!

This is my favorite place to shop. Lots of great designers, both established and upcoming, as well as great staff. Personal styling and tailoring are also amazing at this location.

Super friendly service and no hassle returns! This location has the high end boutiques too but I can't afford to shop in them, but window shopping is free

The selection is poor this time of year and very few of the staff are interested in helping anyone...it's definitely a different feel from their anniversary sale when they were coming out of the woodwork to help you with a purchase.

It's a flagship store for Nordstrom, so it's awesome! Because they have everything, it can be a little overwhelming. Typical Nordstrom excellent customer service.

Great holiday atmosphere during the holidays. Plenty of selection, something for everyone

Nordstrom is always a great spot. My wife and I had a return of a bunch of picture frames that didn t quite make the cut and the Concierge quickly and happily whisked us through the return and got us on our way. Amazing.
We had a drink or two at the third floor bar and they were delicious. Been stopping into this store for years and it s always great.

This is Seattle's primo department store, and yes ... Nordstrom originated in Seattle. Wonderful everything, especially with the new remodel, and they have several restaurants and even a wine/Champagne bar.

I visited the store in order to try and have a look at a particular Aer travel bag that I was considering buying; being the only location along with North American holiday that I knew to stock them. Unfortunately, it seems the halcyon days of department stores are long over. I was able to find the bag and have a look at it, and ultimately bought a special edition of the bag. However, the excitement of shopping in a department store of the past was definitely not there.

Very good shopping malls, all kinds of big names. Just the price doesn't have much advantage, there is a sea blue puzzle to buy

Nordstrom s flagship downtown Seattle store has been undergoing a major renovation for the past couple years. The retailer looks so much brighter and exudes more of an open airy feeling giving it a sense of welcome to its visiting patrons.

The store has a decent variety of departments to suit women, men and young alike. If you re a shoe, purse and accessories maven, you ll appreciate the enormous available selections. Men s selections are aptly rounded but felt a little short on variety that s geared more towards professional and classy wear. It would be nice to offer a bit more casual wear options.

The customer service is still one of the best in the Pacific Northwest. Many of the employees are knowledgeable or if they don t know always find someone who does to ensure the customer is pleased with their purchase.

They are also a very pet friendly bunch. As long as you have a extremely well behaved pet, they will soak up the love to welcome your four-legged visitor. We re truly grateful for their kindness towards our cats who seem to always brighten everyone s day whenever we need to patronise this location as well as many of their stores around the PNW.
