Joany and Yvonne have stopped my sciatic pain when driving. No only has the massage and acupuncture helped with soreness, I'm feeling emotionally better. I've able to release emotions rather than put that stress into my body and make more soreness. I recommend NCAT and its practitioners.
NCAT has the best atmosphere and is such a calming and comforting place to be. My family has known Yvonne for a few years now. Her performing acupuncture on me has been a big part of our journey to natural conception and pregnancy at the age of 35. an hour here with Yvonne feels like 3 hours. She accomplishes so much because she is able to tap in to your needs and energy. She is a true gift and healer. The Chinese herb mix also worked within 24 hours for my tonsils. Better than anything over the counter at walgreens.
This is my favorite place in Nashville for self-care. Joany is an angel sent from above. It s almost like she s got this 6th sense that just knows what my body needs. She s present and intuitive and I would recommend her to anyone.
