the staff is very rude and they don't sell to the public that they told me

very disappointed. I had been shopping at the nail supply for many years. This time i'm very upset. I purchased some products there and i need to do the exchange . I gave the nail supply a call to make sure if they are ok for me to do the exchange. I live almost 2 hours away from this nail supply, therefore i don't want to waste my time to go there if i can't do the exchange. The man on the phone was very nice and kind . He said i can bring my items back to do the exchange . The day i got there i was talking very nicely to this female employee. But she was rude to me she didn't want to help me to do the exchange . She gave me many reason why they can't take back the items. I explained to her the situation and she still refused to help me. she also said this to me " I haven't make any sell in the morning yet why do you and bother me ". and she walked away . I had been shopping here for almost 5 years and i spent so much money on this nail supply and this is what i get . well I wont come back here ever and thanks to this lady i just realize there more nail supply stores out there want my business.

The best place to buy your supplies. They pretty much have everything you can think off. And the staff are so helpful and kind

They were very professional and wanted to make sure I was knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing. The staff were were nice enough to walk through the store with me providing full help.

I came to nail r us to buy some supply with my sister. As I was walking around, looking at things. The ugly short Asian man came up to me and ask me if I was 'licensed professionals obviously, I am! This is not my first time here. And I know who he is! He is the boss of the store so damn rude and unprofessional. I mean come on, I rather go somewhere else and get my supply then this kind of services. The store need to change their attitude before they have no more customers. I compare their prices to other nails supplier in Mississauga and their prices is much higher. Beware of this place very rude and unprofessional!!! And they think you re thief!!!!

Great supplier! They are not open to the public which is amazing, good deals, lots of variety, very helpful staff. They keep modern with what s new and on the market. They do not carry skin care which is a down side.

I travel over an hour to get to Nails r us because they have everything I need in one place and great prices! They are always friendly and helpful

Have always had issues with different suppliers not having a lot of shades i need in stock. Ordered for the first time yesterday, 46 polishes in total, every single one came and entire order was correct. Will definitely be using them from now on!

Won't go back.. They don't care anything g about customer service only the all mighty dollar.. Spent 1200. 00 there the week before wanted to place an order for pick up ( pre paid) They wouldn't do that. The kicker, I'm setting up new salonand was spending 500 dollars more that day and had many more 100$ more likely, thousands More to spend.. Not friendly either.. Been telling everyone not to waste their time

The employees are so rude and unprofessional. They don t even bother asking if you have any questions or if you need any help. Had a terrible experience and the place just gave me a negative vibe. Do not even WASTE your time coming here if your not licensed . They should ve had a sign in the front of the store instead of me coming wasting my time just to walk out empty handed.

They are very rude people and unprofessional. we are opening a spa and we went to get an idea on prices and they simply kicked us out because we don't have a license. we told them we don't want to purchase just getting an idea on prices for our business.

One male employee was rude and yelled at me to leave the store because I didn't own a nail salon. Then he followed me around the store as I walked around.

I found the people at this store to be rude & not helpful AT ALL!!!!!! The policy to only sell to 'licensed professionals' (& please tell me how many of the people working in the asian nailstores are licensed yet this is where they buy their goods...) is ridiculous! I am only looking for a tool. The Pink Cutter. Why do I have to be licensed to purchase this???
When I asked for help suggesting a different place to purchase in Toronto, I was told goodbye. When I said no, I would like to speak to the manager, I was told no.
I will not give good reviews for poor service & help.

Pretty good selection, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They carry many brands and the prices are pretty decent. They also save your number with your purchase so you look up a receipt if you want to buy something again but forgot the exact item. Love coming here except that I always buy more than I budget for because they have so much stuff! Store is also clean and well organized.

Very great place to get all ur nails and spa supplies. So much variety at amzing prices. Also the customer service is so great. Everyone is so helpful. Binh is the besf customer service representative. He takes the time to guide you correctly. I really lovw coming here because i always have a nice and happy experience.

First time going there since becoming certified and attended one of their CND classes! It was like being a kid in a candy store and everyone was so friendly and informative, no issues with answering questions and clearing up any confusions.

It's always refreshing to have a place that can help me start my business. In this case I was able to select a variety of equipment to use for my start up nail salon. I'll definitely be coming back here when I have a full service business.

I'm not able to shop in their store because I'm four hours away, but I have placed two orders online and the second one I placed on a Thursday morning and had it by Friday afternoon! They're extremely organized and efficient and so, SO many products online to choose between. I just love the wide selection of nail and spa products available. This is now my #1 go-to website for ordering. AND they're cheaper than CosmoProf!!! :)

After months of saying want to visit this store and looking at their site almost everyday I finally had the time to stop by today and I'm so glad that I did. The customer service I received was outstanding!!! Everyone was helpful, so pleasant and full of information. I just finish building my salon space and there is no questions asked that I will be returning to Nails R Us for all my salon needs.

Good and judge selection but ......................Horrible customer service .. wasn't the best experience ...

I ordered a stainless steel pedicure bowl - within one month, it was totally rusted and losing its finish. I followed the cleaning instructions as per the nails r us website, so there was no reason as to why this should be happening... for a $300 bowl..I expected it to last me years..not months..

I then purchased a $100 pedicure stool which rusted, corroded, and snapped in half while I was sitting on it... after further inspection you could see this stool was clearly defective. After reading online, the only reason this should or could have happened was if it was being stored improperly in a warehouse / facility prior to me purchasing it.

I had to return 2 expensive pieces of equipment within 1-2 months of purchasing them due to defective products THEN the cashier proceeded to tell me they will no longer offer any returns or refunds on any equipment or furniture for me! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your product barely held up 1-2 months after purchasing them. This is not my fault in any way shape or form. I should not be out of money due to your defective products. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere - the quality of their items is garbage and the customer service I received today was awful. I brought in 2 copies of emails from the owner / manager joey clearly stating I could come by for a refund and the cashier was refusing to do the return until I bantered back and forth for 20 minutes. I live 2 hours away round trip and don't have time to deal with these constant returns. save your money and go elsewhere

Nails R Us has everything I need for my salon with great wholesale prices! I love the selection and they add new stuff everyday. They are great people to work with and have a showroom stocked full of products!

Very clean and organized store. Easy to find things there and lots to choose from.
Stuff is friendly and always ready to help. Great that they only allow licensed people to shop there.
The only reason I don t give 5 stars it s because of their prices. They are higher than other suppliers I go to. Location is convenient for me but only go there to pick up a few items.
I think they should put their prices the same as other suppliers or only a little more expensive.

Always expanding and great customer care ...each time I got the "deer in the headlights" look on my face a friendly very helpful staff member would be there...not only did they help they accurately took me to the spot where the product was ...love this store

Always helpful owners and all of the staff treat us like family. They have very competitive professional prices, and assure that they are professional supplies industry leaders. Beware! This place is not open to the public. They are rude and very unprofessional about it. Don't waste your time walking around because when you cash they ask if your professional then rudely grab the product to the side. There should be a sign saying that when you walk in. The skinny guy at the counter is a douche bag!!!!! However, there price was good.

I almost bought all my furniture and supplies from Nails R Us when I started my business. First of all they are all very polite, nice and helpful second their store is very organised and clean with the variety of all you need for your SPA. A big Thank You to Joey and his team! He spent a long time to show me different furniture and supplies due to my space and budget; thanks for being patient. Every time I send an order I receive it on time. Keep it up!

Awful got a scratched up table shield. There ignoring are emails and phone calls. More then one scratch the the shield also.

My favorite nail supply store near my business location! Love the diverse selection of brands and the vast nail polish color collection they have available. Setting up an account was very short an easy and the customer service is amazing! They even help you bring out the items you have bought to your car! Definitely would recommend to any professional looking for a supply with great prices!

Workers are very unprofessional, was roaming through the store for 20 mins looking for a item asked one of the workers to help but was claims they were busy and to wait a moment, found the item on my own after roaming, went to cashier to pay for item, clerk says we dont sell to the public does not apologize for informing me while asking him prior for help. Terrible customer service. please do not waste your time if youre the "public".
