Love the hardware I purchased. Beautiful pewter finish and classic design. A bit difficult to get through to customer service when I had a delivery issue but it was ultimately resolved by me going to pick up my package.

Quick shipping; great selection. One of 3 knobs had a threading issue on bottom, so one of the screws didn t work, but the knob attached with the bottom screw. Nice quality and finish.

The wrong item was sent. It took 2 phone calls and 3 emails to correct the issue. MyKnobs.com is usually much better.

MyKnobs is my go to place for my cabinet projects if I can t find what I need locally. I can usually find what I need from MyKnobs. It takes awhile to receive what I need to finish a project so delivery time must be factored in for any project completion times. Always good quality products and well packaged for shipment. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.

One set of knobs that I ordered were great. In the second set I ordered, some of the knob threads were defective. However, when I called customer service, the representative was great. She offered a replacement order in right away for the defective knobs. Shipping does take awhile, but both knobs were as visually expected. I ordered two more of one of the knobs in a larger size for another piece in my house. I highly recommend ordering from this retailer.

Great product! Took a bit longer to get it shipped than I had expected, but I had ordered early enough it did not hold up my project.

It would have helped to see photos of the handles as installed. I realize this may not be realistic, but maybe a simulation would allow buyers to see how they look installed. Good selection and relatively easy to search and compare. Thanks,

very easy to order and came in a regular amount of time. They ended up being the wrong hinge and they said they would return them, but i had to mail it back and could be charged a 25% restock fee. I only paid under $7 so to return them it would cost me almost as much as i spent. I would give the a 2 star or customer service. I now have four paper weights.
