I contacted customer service about returning my order and they never sent the return code. She said it could take 1-2 weeks. That's ridiculous.....

In received the pull on time. It is very nice, but way too big for what I need. I contacted this company about a return. Now I just received a confirmation of a new order. I did not order another, I want to return the one I have. Not sure what is going on.
confirmed. they were replacements for ones that were purchased about a yr ago and the black paint is chipping off already. We can't locate the purchase order so we had to pay out of pocket. Other wise the new handles look nice.
I placed my order for hardware two weeks ago and still no update on the order status, which shows my order is processing. I called twice before Thanksgiving, the first person I spoke to never got back to me and the second person was moderately helpful telling me I should have my order just after Thanksgiving. There has still been no update on the order status and no tracking number for any package (if one has even been shipped). This has been frustrating to say the least and at this point I sorta wish I had canceled the order and purchased the hardware from another website. They get two stars only because their phone system is great and it at least tells you what number you are in line. Where is my almost $800 in hardware?!
Edges of the fluting wood were damaged making wood unusable. Poorly packaged. No broken pieces in package so shipped that way.
The handles came in as advertised. However, the website charged outrageous sales tax, over 12%, much higher than the rate we are paying locally.
