Have hardware that was ordered in error . I ve called over the past month to arrange for return and they simply say they don t know when the vendor is able to issue returns...yet the same vendor continues to ship merchandise as I had to order a different style of which I received .

I ordered knobs and paid for expedited shipping. A week later, I made contact and was told that they don't accept international credit card orders without verification and that shipping would be $49 more. Thanks MyKnobs for slowing our project down by 2 weeks.

Outrageously slow returns process ... OK, so I had to pay for the shipping of the return (I can live with that), but over one month after the return was delivered (with proof of delivery) and still no sign of my credit despite multiple interactions with their customer support. Just make sure you're 100% certain of the product you want cos you may never get your money back if you return it!

Wanted to return part of my order because I ordered the wrong size. It took so long to get them to respond with a return order # that I decided to order from a different company. Very bad performance with customer service. I will never use them again.

Ordering from MyKnobs was a total nightmare. I received the product fine, but discovered it would not work in my application. When I tried to return it, it took over a month for them to sent the return authorization number and address to ship the product back. Once I returned the product at my own shipping cost, two months went by and I have still not received my refund. The tracking number says it was delivered two months ago! All attempts to contact MyKnobs have been ignored. They simply do not care about you once they have your money.

Look elsewhere if possible (try House of Antique Hardware) who has pretty superb customer service. The customer service from My Knobs is non-existent. I received knobs and pulls that was not at all the color depicted by their website. I contacted them, and received the return label *one month later*. I have now been waiting for a credit that hasn't come for merchandise they have confirmed that they have received back 31 days ago. I have sent numerous emails, to which the reply is "it will be credited in 2-3 business days" every time. Same thing when I call. It has now been 31 days and I am owed $500+ dollars with still no resolution or help. I have been on calls every day with them for a total of 10 hours at this point and continue to get the run-around. Please look elsewhere. If everything goes smoothly, I am sure it's great, but if you need to return anything - good luck. Hint - you can find the same brand of products they carry (i.e. Emtek) from MANY other suppliers (House of Antique Hardware, Amazon, etc.).

I was not going to write a review, however, after numerous e-mails requesting feedback, I broke down and here it is. I purchased two knobs that were fairly pricey. The knobs look nice and were as described. Upon attempting to install, the screws provided were extremely poor quality and the knobs themselves needed to be tapped.

I ordered 4 drawer pulls over 2 weeks ago and they have yet to be shipped. So very frustrating and when I called to cancel I was told "If the order can be cancelled" What? are they making them as the orders come in? (ok, that was snarky, but if the order hasn't been filled why can't they cancel it?)

Waited a week before I did a chat with the customer service rep. said I did not receive my order yet or a confirmation that it was processes. The rep said it usually takes 3 days and she would look into it. Waited another week asked the rep for the tracking number since I received an email asking if I received my order. the rep said the product was discontinued and could not see what I ordered because the order was closed. Asked for help and they did not want to give it. Just told me my money will be refunded. I will never buy from a company that cant help a customer purchase a product. why are they in business.

I am and architect in Galveston Texas. I placed the order on behalf of my client. We were supposed to receive the order in 5 to 7 business days. It has been 12 days and no sign or acknowledgement of the order. I have called and written but the staff is not helpful. No I will not use them again.

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order on Oct 19 , 2020 that was supposed to ship in 5 to 7 days. They are just a middle man, no stock. They will promise to get back to you, but they don't. Ordered was finally received November 10. No screws for the latches I ordered. Contacted them immediately to request they be overnighted. Told "no", they have to contact manufacturer. Do yourself a favor DO NOT order from them. Save yourself a lot of aggravation. Your response:We really want to thank you for having taken the time to forward your input. We do appreciate hearing from potential consumers, as their comments are vital for us to continue improving our services. MyKnobs is MyHorror! Buyer beware!!!! Images do not match the product description! That being said, the saleswoman in the showroom is fantastic. She is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Over the years we have spent many thousands of dollars with myknobs. Most recently we changed every door knob and hinge throughout the house. Approximately 35 doors. So that order was costly. Two weeks later we are ordering more door knobs for our newly finished basement. Once again with the assistance of the saleswoman. This time the order came in wrong. We contact myknobs and at first they seemed apologetic and stated they are aware of some products not having the correct images. They said they would get back to us to see how the exchange would happen. After a several days of no return calls and no reply to our additional calls my wife went to the showroom with the incorrect order. The saleswoman gladly accepted the incorrect order back and had no concern about some of the packaging not being there and proceeded to help with replacing the order. Great! All seems fine. A week later my wife finally gets a call from a unpleasant rep saying that they can not accept the return as some of the packaging is missing. This is what is unacceptable. They screwed up the site and therefore the order and now going to try a squirm out of it. Such nonsense. The issue is not about money it s the principle. We told them straight that we would have to dispute the charges and go elsewhere if a simple exchange was not going to happen. They responded with let s cost share and asked me to pay around $100.00. Again not about the money. They would rather offend us for a measly $100 than do the right thing. They said they would check with the owner and get back to us within 24 hours. 3 days later still no response so we started the dispute. So short sighted. Then the low moral so called people at myknobs sent the original incorrect order back to us for them to avoid being in possession of the goods to better their odds with the dispute. Guess what? We denied the package. Again short sighted. They probably spent $30.00 in trying to ship it to us. Dummies! So, aside from the saleswoman at the showroom the people behind this website are far from good decent people. I truly hope this review sways people from shopping here and avoid any outrageous nonsense that come along with their mistakes. PS, we placed the exact same order on another website and spent less money and the order was fulfilled without incident. I share this story several times a day and I know it has already taken business away from them. 6/24/19 Update The reply from my knobs is full of blatant lies. This makes them even more scary as they have no regard for honesty and will say whatever they need to avoid taking responsibility. The fact is they know their website is misaligning pictures with product descriptions and when it comes time to own up they look to have the customers pay for the mistake. Nice. It is mentioned that they offered to swap out the incorrect backplates, this never happened. If so we would not be here. They also claim that we returned the product damaged. Also not true. We hand delivered them to the showroom after zero call backs from myknobs. When delivered the saleswoman gladly accepted them and knew some of the packaging was missing and none of it was damaged. With a smile she said no problem this was our error and we will fix it. Apparently upper management does not agree. So now the upstanding people at myknobs must have damaged the goods and will lie and scream foul play to fight the credit card dispute. This company is without morals and say and do anything to clear themselves. Don t fall for it people. Go elsewhere. We did and had the correct product within the week.

I am still waiting for a replacement for a lost package. My project is only half done. It's been more than a month since I ordered. Every time I call they have a different excuse for not taking care of my issue. Worst customer service ever.

I purchased a large quantity of knobs and handles from mynobs.com. They did not work out so I got the return authorization code and return them. They asked I send them directly back to the manufacturer which I did, they also accidentally include the RA number and clearly on the box which I also did. I have sent them priority mail and tracked them and they've been delivered to Atlas hardware how are they cannot prove that they have them and will not issue a credit even though I have proof of delivery

Switch plate covers take over two weeks to ship. I still don't have them all. They are all the same style but are coming piecemeal. The email updates sent by this company is confusing gibberish. There are lots of switch plate and hardware supplies. I don't need or want to deal with this.

Ordered some hinges about 3 weeks ago, never got any updates on it. Called to inquire about them/where they were. Was told they "usually hear from the manufacturer to see if the 3-5 days for shipping is actually true". WHAT??? You sell a product, that you don't have in stock, then hope the manufacturer can get it to you on time. You also wait for the manufacturer to contact you, instead of calling them when you don't hear anything from them? If I hadn't called to check on the order they would have never even contacted the manufacturer, or me, about the problem with my order! What a joke!!! Long story short, after explaining to them that phones work two ways they got a hold of the manufacturer and say I wont get hinges until November when I ordered in August! Asked for a refund so I could buy elsewhere and they said I "should" get a refund within 7-10 business days. Avoid at all costs!

We ordered over $700 in hardware from the website. Details of shipping were they had 5-7 business days to fulfill the order and I paid extra for 2 day shipping. We are now on day 15 and still no idea as to when the order will be shipped. I call the customer service line and because the wait time is extensive I select the call back feature. They call back, but only let it ring once and then they hang up. So, I then contacted them through the website for the live chat feature. After waiting another hour, someone eventually logs in. When I asked to check on my order status, they basically have no idea. They have to put in a request for an inquiry, and then have no idea when they will hear back. Terrible experience so far with this company, especially when the hardware is needed for a project that a contractor is performing and they are not going to wait around. Hard to understand how you run a business like this.

Worst online site to work with if you have to return your items. Takes over a month of going back and forth including proof of return shipment...after a month..so hold on to your receipts. Also be wary of the restocking fees as they can be very high! Charged me over $70!

More of a hassle than anything! Terrible from beginning to end. 1) they took extremely long to ship out and when I followed up I got no reply on the order status. 2) 2 of my box arrived broken open with the hardware exposed and wet due to rain. They don t package properly. 3) it s 20 mins in and I m still waiting for someone to help me with my return since no one will answer my return requests online. If this site has any savings, it s not worth it because you will paying with your time and grievance!

I was very happy with the product that I ordered. However, when they arrived, I found that I needed two different size drawer pulls. (my fault, but I bought pulls that were returnable). I sent an email immediately, and have still not heard back. too bad, because the prices are good, and I like the product I received.

No communication about my order, I have had to call several times about it and have been told several different things. I was supposed have had my order days ago and still nothing has arrived, Now they are saying that the items are on back order until October 28 but I called the manufacturer and was told that they have stock . Very disappointed

New Post: Interestingly enough I finally got a response from the company after my initial review. I have still not received a phone call however regarding my dispute. Thank you for finally acknowledging my issue however some of your facts are incorrect and it seems very unprofessional for a response to have to come after a review instead of just calling me back after I left several messages. Some of your facts are incorrect as the packaging of the products was as per your suggestions and in original boxes. Your return of items was more of the issue. See picture below. It s really is a shame because this could ve been handled so much easier with a simple returned phone call. I have already forwarded information and pictures to my cc. Thank you. ___________________________________________ Very disappointed. I ordered from the company with no problems and the shipment arrived on time.. Once I took out the handles for my kitchen I soon realized they did not work with my cabinets and were too big. I called the company immediately and ask to return the items. It took them almost 5 days to call back with a return order number and address for shipping. They also advised me how to ship the handles and screws back in order to received a refund. I packaged the items exactly as told: handles in original bags and screws in separate bag so not to scratch the handles. I waited a week or so to ensure processing on their end. The day I was about to call in regards to my refund I received a box from MYKnobs that had handles from my original order in it. Not only was the packaging horrible (all the handles were thrown back into the box unwrapped not packing around them but it was HALF of my original order!) I obviously called immediately to get an answer as to what happened and got NOTHING! It's been a week already and I call everyday with the same response. A supervisor will return your call when they're back in the office. I had to call my bank to file a dispute to get my money back. Completely unacceptable. Their Customer Service is the worst. I couldn't decide between two sets of handles so I got both after calling to make sure I could return the one I didn't want. I returned the set I didn't use over two months ago and still no refund to my card. I have called twice waiting an hour to talk to somebody and both times they promised it would be done in 5 days and still nothing.

Do not use this company. Customer support is non existent. I placed a big order and what was delivered did not match the description on their website. I called and spoke to someone in customer service and they told me they were going to issue an rma to send the items back and give me a refund. That never happened. I called again and was told it would be taken care of. It never was. I had to get American Express involved. This company does not care about customer service and does not stand behind the product that they sell. Buyer beware!

My order of 3 interior doorknob sets took three weeks to arrive. Upon arrival and professional installation it was discovered that two of the three sets were not the correct "direction" (Right Hand knobs ordered, Left Hand knobs delivered). They work but the handles must be pulled up instead of being pushed down to open the door. This is awkward and incorrect. I asked for replacements to be sent and upon receipt would have the incorrect knobs uninstalled and would return them. The company has not responded to multiple emails and calls ring and ring, eventually ending with an automatic disconnect. What a complete disaster in terms of customer service this place is. Such a shame since they do carry really nice products sold at fair prices.

Absolutely no customer service all. I ordered some pulls and they were 2 weeks late, i tried calling and chating but no one could tell me anything at all, and no response from emailing. They dont send any kind of acknowledgement that you placed and order or shipping tracking, and you can not view your order on there website. If you order you have to just hope everything works out and your not going to know when you stuff is coming and if there is a problem......good luck. The product was nice thought once it came, but id still never buy from them again.

Very poor service This company substituted a less expensive single gauge cover plate for a triple gauge cover plate that i ordered, and claimed the order was "complete!". When i tried to communicate with them about this, they kept me on hold for over twenty minutes (am still holding) listening to annoying music. I do not recommend this company. There are lots of better sources of cover plates and knobs in my opinion!

Received the wrong knobs then waited over 2 weeks for a return label that never came. Then found out we have to pay to ship it back plus a restocking fee which it specifically said we wouldn t have to on their website. So won t even get half our money back. Better off going somewhere else or using a website that at least gives you a full return when it s the wrong product.

Not sure why another reviewer references a showroom, as they are a distributer. So when you take that review away from the 5 that exist, 3 of 4 give a bad overall review. Horrible customer service. After submitting photos online of requested replacement drawer pulls, & communicating with them, we settled on a choice, that when sent was smaller, and did not fit. When I called to ask if I could send my original broken drawer pull, they said they can't do that. One reason is they can't and which they do not let you know in advance, is that they are just a distributor. When I asked how many people work at the company, the unhelpful phone staff told me that information is not available to the public. Their website has a lot of options, but I would suggest customers use it for reference, and buy from somewhere else.

I found nicer knobs for less elsewhere. The return process was not easy. I was asked to provide proof of shipping, which was a hassle, and then because I took once item out of its bag to examine it, the product was deemed damaged, unsaleable and I could not get a credit. I am still waiting for credit for the other knobs. All in all, not a good experience.

Terrible customer service. I returned knobs that we did not use and I still have not received my refund and it has been MONTHS. When I called and asked about it the representative did not act like she cared and then tried to turn it around on me like it was my fault! I still have not received my refund and I want to discourage all of you from using this place for business.
