A very poor experience with the dentist, she didn't even give a second chance to a little bit scared but willing to co-operate kid. She was just like I don't have time and staff for this. She finished the appointment having done nothing and telling us you need to go private.

Provides excellent support in community health. Not familiar with the entire range, but clinics such as dental, diabetes and other general medicine areas and allied such as podiatry are available. Fairly well systematic and the staff is very friendly.

Kids dentist Ben was amazing with my daughter; he listened to my child and made her feel very comfortable. Thanks for patience and great communication, it was a really good experience for the little one.

Bad and rude dentists. 2 simple filling jobs both failed in 1 month. Horribly painful cleaning job. Abrupt when answering any question. Lazy and rude receptionists who all trained to intentionally deny to tell you gap payment before you finish your dental work. This explains why they are very quiet on Saturday in a very highly populated area.

Excellent facility and run by the council or funded. The dentist who did the procedure on my child were all well trained and experts. They had great friendly skills managing kids. See's good for people who are supported by Gov. But worth for private patients too. Good facility. The reception staff are not as friendly sometimes. But won't complain.

Reception, remember if you r rude, you will not only affect your patients, families and but your health professional team: doc, nurses , and I can tell you no matter how hard they worked, how much efforts they tried to do a good job, you make them in vain. if You reception being rude, you will make your days hard, and make others'day a BAD day! I feel bad bcoz I was treated harsh, I feel sorry for you, you are poor , I don't know your name I don't want to mention names, but shame on you!

Have always found Link Health - Dental to be exceptional. Desk staff are friendly, polite and professional, appointments are always on time and dental care has been first class.

Visited Link Health and Community at Cooke St, Clayton in Jan 2021, the Vietnamize/Japanese/Chinese looking 50+ old short receptionist lady at left most counter was very rude to me. I came to know from two other families who come to Visited Link Health and Community having experienced he same. While I was waiting there I notice her attitude changes based of ethnic background of the customer.. for Caucasian people she was very nice.. any other ethnic background she switch back to her evil rude attitude .. this is grossly racist personal behaviour. She should be fired on the spot or send to to a role that has zero customer interactions like cleaning toilets

Though it's not easy to get the appointment quickly, still you get good treatment at reasonable prices here. The only challenge is that there's only an 1800 number through which you can get the appointment.

Extremely bad dentist appointment, obviously you get what you pay for. But had no idea Dentists could be so bad! Felt like I was actually more intelligent than this medical professional in their own field of expertise. Had to inform her of information on my document that was literally right in front of her, she still didn't understand and proceeded to lower the chair and jam her equipment into every single one of my cavities, trying to convince me that the pain was in my cavities which wasn't the case at all- but they did end up hurting for the rest of the day since she stabbed them hard enough.. Honestly pathetic, I'd rather get a loan and be put in debt than let that poor of an excuse dentist touch my teeth.

I have my wisdom teeth removed here, one of them required a surgery procedure... It was my first time to do such a thing and I was scared, however the dentists were amazing and did a great work, also the receptionists are very helpful... I am very happy with the service provided.

I am yet to access their services but finding it hard to do so as their 1800 booking number is a disgrace in this age. Leave a message and someone will get back to you is not good enough.

OK for minor dentistry, though if you have bigger issues the wait time can be up to 3 years. I went here two weeks ago and the dentist was very short, she lowered my chair so much that my head was almost touching the floor, I should have told her to elevate her chair, I know better for next time. The government as usual don't put enough money into our health care.

Avoid this place for your little ones if you can. Had two very bad experiences with my two kids. Spare the r word, the female dentist was very rude and impatient. The best they can do is a regular dental check. If you do not know how to work with children, do not see children.
