So happy I found this place! I have a few wild barn cats that needed to be fixed and I really didn't want to spend $200+ each on a cat that isn't a "beloved pet." MNSNAP is very affordable at only $50/neuter and $60/spay-- including a rabies shot and take home meds for the female. I got two cats fixed for half of what a normal vet would cost. They were very kind and informative, it was all a very simple process really. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

The amazing staff that run this place are absolutely amazing!! They love my animals like their own. Will help with grants even if you cant afford the spay/neauter! Five star charity here!!

This is the best place to take your pet! They treat people so well and are so kind and nice and the services were very inexpensive for what you received. The way they treat your pet is golden and I believe that a lot of the people there are volunteers just trying to help out. What an amazing blessing.

Kinda disappointed. I am grateful for the reduced price neutering but I brought my cat in at 9 in the morning. It is now 5:00 And I went there thinking he would be done soon only to be told that he hasn't even been gotten to yet... So he's been all day alone and scared without food... estimated time still.. about 5 more hours... almost 13 hours for a five minute surgery.... not to mention when you call their phone number it gives you an automated voicemail saying the call you back within 3 days you can't even call and check on the status of your animal...

The vet techs were so kind, helpful easing owners concerns.
They have a meticulous system in place to keep the flow moving.
Expect to drop your pet off early in the morning and receiving a call in the early afternoon to pick them up.

We have taken for animals to this place and had 0 issues.

They were very prompt and professional with my pup did a great job and were very cost effective

What a great resource for the community. Exams, Spay/ neuter surgeries, vaccinations, microchipping. All at affordable cost for low income pet owners to keep their cats, dogs and rabbits healthy. 1st class services.! their quote is perfect"we are low cost- not low quality".

I just wanted to write a quick review. My baby boy Toxic had surgery yesterday 11/02/20. I had to work my husband had brought him in and my husband said they were very helpful with everything very professional and when I called a couple days before his surgery the lady I talked to she was awesome explained everything to me I definitely recommend this place its for low income and thats what I am I work full time I have 4 children and 5 dogs my Toxic needed this surgery for awhile but I didn't have money to do it until my vet gave me MN snap I will be bringing my other dogs there to get fixed if I could I would give them 100 stars another thing they had us watch a 2 minute video on YouTube explaining the after surgery these people are wonderful to work with thank u so much MN snap for everything u do for our furry friends and taking great care of them and there owners much love from the Cramer family

Had my dog spayed here. They are awesome at dealing with people and animals. Great organization to make donations of time, supplies or money. Love their devotion and love for pets.

I brought my cat here, they did a wonderful job. They treated us no different than any other vet. I would like to bring my dog. I refer so many people here who love there animals and want to give them the best!

I recommend went through MNSNAP to get my kitten fixed through the COVID & I couldn t believe how organized everything was. This place is so nice, helpful, friendly! They are a god sent! I highly recommend them! 10 stars!

This is a wonderful clinic for the pets of low-income families where they had get the vaccination shots and spay and neutered and micro chips for their pets by fourth-year student doctors under the supervision of experienced veterinarians. Very supportive services.

The men snap team does such excellent work for so many people. In addition to providing low-cost services for the community and rescue they give great service to every animal in their care!

I had my 2 cat brother's neutered in Northfield 4 yrs ago and 1 was just fine, the other developed a heart murmur and it took him 3 days too come out of the anesthesia completely. But the people were very kind and answered all my questions.

If I could give no stars I would! We followed all after care instructions and did everything we were supposed to do but my dog ended up getting an infection, which was no big deal. Until I contacted them and tried to talk to them about it they were obnoxious and very rude in the process. I do not recommend, it is worth it to save up the extra money and get it done at a vet clinic.

I truly LOVE MN SNAP and the staff. It is not easy running huge organization especially with the TNR because we never know if we'd get the quota or not. They are truly professionals. And what makes them stand out is that they also let me know about other issues such as dental needs and so forth on. I am truly indebted to this organization. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone here. I have called and left many messages and no one has called back. I dropped off my kitten this morning and it's almost 2pm with no updates

Took my 2 boys, and was scared out my mind. After seeing videos of other places abusing animals, i couldnt help but cry. But i was reassured that my boys are in good hands. I rescued 2 kittens, (wanted only 1 but couldn t leave the other behind), I was worried about being able to get them fixed as far as cost was concerned and did my home work. I found Snap and was truly amazed at how kind and caring they were. At the time I was able to use their mobile service and they came to my area. The cost for both cats was less than what it would have cost for 1 at a veterinary clinic. I highly recommend.

Good discounts for getting your pet spayed or neutered

They are the best. They helped me and my pet when we did not have any money and they made sure that my pet was taken care of just like any other.

We set up the appointment for our dog to get neutered and the person on the phone gives me almost no information. I was not sent a confirmation email and when we tried to follow Google maps it brought us to the corporate office making us miss the appointment. Be very careful to make sure you know the exact address of where you are going because they won't volunteer the information

The Minneapolis location is great! The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about your animal!! It s such a comfort to drop your animal off and know that they will be in good hands!

Be Warned cat owners !!!! they use a Drug the has a chance to cause Kidney failure !!! My wife and I just put down our 8 month old kitten a week after the surgery due to kidney failure ... he was a perfectly healthy kitten prior and they just denounced responsibility for using the drug that poisoned our pet.

They treated my cat good and were very nice to me also. This program is wonderful and I am so thankful for it!

Affordable animal spay and neuter for low income families. They were quick, efficient, and caring. Same day surgery. They offer distemper and rabies vaccines for $15. They send home pain medications for you furry family member after their surgery. So happy for mnsnap

Best resource I found to bring my kitten into my life. Without the help it would not have been possible! Chipped, vaccines, and neutered. January and September show my big lil guy!

Beware of this clinic. Our kitty caught a very nasty infection from here. The clinic knew of our Kitty's condition, but has refused to reimburse us for all vet bills. Our vet (ST Joe vet clinic) wrote up an official diagnosis, stating this infection is directly on the neuter site, or they used a drug that compromised his immune system, causing an infection. They have blocked me from their page and leaving an honest Facebook review. They basically left my kitty to die. He lost a total of 1.1 lbs. 1/8 of his body weight!!!! PLEASE go through Kindest Cut program, not MN Snap!!!!!

I never thought I d be writing a review about this, but I m so impressed how well my 2 cats are doing right after surgery! They are literally playing right in front of me and showing no signs of pain or discomfort. Incredible job, and the staff was great! 10/10
