I went for a Visa. The office opened at 8. At 7am start to be people in queue.
Better than others . On comparison with other governmental department specially immigration shah Alam. This place presents the true face of Malaysia. Everyone friendly and smiley faces
If you're coming here, be prepared to sit for 1 to 2 hours.
Fast lane for mum with baby, nursing room, clean toilet and working vendor machine for cold drinks. I went at afternoon and got my stamps for less than 5 minutes. Thumbs up!
Good services. No need to wait for long to complete the process. Friendly staff.
The Quality of the operational processes was a delightful surprise - I also appreciated that they will give you a feedback form at the door to ensure service delivery. 1. You will leave your passport/ic at the gate and receive a visitor tag (to be used the whole visit). 2. You walk up on the hill to the main entrance and should take left when you enter - go to registration counter. 3. They will give you a number according to the documents you are there for. 4. You take a seat and they will call your number shortly on the screens (fast!). 5. You submit the documents and they give you the same number back and request you to wait to be called again (I was told the processing will take 1h but was even quicker. There is a washroom and a small cafe & kiosk where you can get refreshments). 6. They will call you to the counter for payment and your documents. 7. You'll receive back your passport at the gate and are done.
Free parking, the documents doesn't take long time to be endorsed, although you see many are waiting but it is quite fast
Clear signals. My application didn t take more than 30 minutes
Promptly answered calls with right answers provided.
Well organised place right from security point to customer service to operation.
easy and fast it's very good
The documents for the certification should be asked first at the place where the documents are used. If some of the translators retire, they must apply again.
Friendly stuffs here willing to help me for my stamping.
Fast and convenient. No parking inside. Visitor parking is outside.
Clean a bit slow process u should come maximum before 3pm
Terima kasih MoFA for your attestation of education qualifications services. Visitors needed to use QR Code to scan the barcode and fill in personal details online at the guard house.
It also ministry of foreign affairs. Also they have an office stamp the document to authorised oversise. Such as our certificate from university .
Before walk to to counter to get your no, seperate the doc u want to get signature and chop. Never forget to bring ur references especially the original for certain documents. If u don't have experience in this, highly recommended for u to call the consular office in advance.
Masuk kena tinggal IC bagai. But service was smooth and quite fast. Have your doc ready before getting your number. Lots of parking.
Very fast processing. But less connectivity with public transport
I'm a co-worker, I'm settle, my documents are complete
Got my letter of good conduct after 9 days after online submission. Good service!
Fast and efficiently processed my documents. Needed a certificate of good conduct. Applied online through e konsular websites. Came here and collected my cert paying RM20 over the counter. Good and smooth work flow. Hard to find the place.
The person at registration was quite rude. The staffs inside was polite. We went for attestation of marriage certificate. It took us about 45 mins (quite fast) with the crowd.
Fast processing time. Friendly staff with polite smile as their performance will be valued by every visitors in a survey form.
Difficult to find place even with waze and GPS . Fast service for certificate of good conduct
Excellent and organised service. My only concern is that the waiting for consular services is a little long, easily 2-3 hours. Feels like it could be more efficient maybe.
I went there for the first time in late Friday afternoon. There were 2 officers at the reception for registration. One didn't bother helping to check if my mum could write her details down since there was no wifi connection to scan the Mysejahtera QR code. Instead of helping by trying to search for some paper & pen to write my details manually, he seemed more bothered with my dress code and made comments about it. I find this treatment simply rude and not helpful at all. Since my phone already had the Mysejahtera app, I took my mum's place. Thinking back, the staff in the department were too busy helping me find my way and did not comment or reprimand me about my dress code. I'm writing this to warn others. Whilst I've read other reviews, my experience was not good only at the reception. They can be prepared by making sure they already downloaded & registered to the Mysejahtera app and making sure extra money is available in case they need to activate their data temporarily. I'm giving this only 2 stars because of the bad headstart. If not, they could have gotten 5 stars. I hope this is rectified in the future.
I came for document attestation. My expectation was that the process would take less than 15mins. Sadly to my dismay it took 1hr and 30 mins. Seriously MOFA should invest in charccter recognisition or similar AI tools to aid them to reduce their processing time, thus increasing their staff productivity.
It is closed until 31st March.. Please. Call first to check whether it's openor close
Went to obtain a character certificate, was quick and easy. Wait time may vary depending on the time of the day.
The staff willing to assist and not wasting people time.
Their service and behavior is outstanding, I have visited two times.
Super fast it won't take half hour to finish what ever you came for
Drove all the way to The ministry of Foreign Affairs and the security officer said there is a dress code to enter!!! They should stated on the website.. and he is so rude! Even though I dressed short he shouldn t have to be so rude. I am Malaysian and recently just moved back to Malaysia, really never expect I have treated like that in my own country! One more thing, He said you should know the dress code..so Ministry of Foreign Affairs are dealing with foreigners, so they expect all the foreigners to know that!???
The image of Malaysia outside there is crafted here. The damage is handled here too
Mashallah it is a very clean place, very elegant treatment, and it is quick and easy to be late
good service, long queue, isolated area, bring cash with you as ATM is very far to get, parking is available, architecture is awesome
Plenty of parking for public visitor. Please make sure you wear appropriate attires. The place to do Attestation is just opposite the public parking. Best to bring cash from home but they do have 1 ATM machine here. I have attached the Consular Fees for reference. Hope this is helpful for people who were as clueless as me.
Being well prepared is the key for smooth completion
