As a new employee at Microboard Processing, I found the recruiting, interview, and on-boarding processes to be very professional and thorough. Coming from a Fortune 200 company for many years, I found that MPI offers the world class environment of a large public company along with the nimble and quick action response of a privately held mid market enterprise.
I applied for an administrative position there and they cancelled and rescheduled my interview seven times. Then lastly they had the nerve to say" they would try to squeeze me in." I have never seen a company that has so little regard for individuals and their future potential employees. There is no work, life, balance!

Fantastic, high-tech local company. Definitely a "family type" environment. You'll get to wear many hats and learn a lot. I met with them several times and met folks at all levels, including executive level management. Wonderful experience and good people.
This is not the company you would contact to do any business with in the electronics manufacturing business. Clearly after attempting to use their website contact info to request a quote with your simple 2 layer PCB Gerber files, you will have better luck going to Alibaba and outsourcing the work to China. A sad day for Made in the USA and it shows why it isn t. Terrible customer service.
