One great price quality relation. The breakfast it's amazing, the bathrooms are also very clean and with cold water.

I found most of the staff very nice, but the hotel seems to need some maintenance and upgrade. There is a sauna and a Turkish bath (hamman) but the latter was not working when I stayed in the hotel. There is also a jacuzzi. This area is very dark, and it was impossible for the staff to switch more light, necessary for someone who wants to lay and read a book. The food offer in the bar is very short and consists mostly of frozen food which is warmed in the microwave.

This is a nice 3 star hotel. It is less than a few minutes walk from the Brussels Midi Station. The area is not in the smartest part of Brussels so use caution when going out.

I spent 3 nights here in a very clean twin room with en-suite. TV, tea & coffee facilities and WiFi were included.

Breakfast is a buffet served from 06:30 - 10:00 and has most things; tea,coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, a range of cereals, continental breakfast items and cooked meats.

There is a small bar and a limited evening menu but I am told that this is not available at weekends and bank holidays. Don't worry because there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

There is a small gym, a jacuzzi and sauna. Bathing clothing is a requirement. There are separate male and female changing areas for this facility. The gym is available from 0700 until 2200. The jacuzzi and sauna are available from 1000 until 2200.

There is a meeting room available with a projector.

Prices vary depending on time of year and length of stay. There may be cheaper methods of booking on third party websites.

I have been a long-time guest of Accor hotels, and even on this occasion I was not disappointed. It has to be said that the Mercure Centre Midi is not located in the fanciest part of Brussels, and yet - with its proximity to the Midi railway station - it is ideal as a hub for public transport. At the hotel itself, the check-in experience was good (pleasant staff and fast check-in). The room was spacious and well-furnished/decorated with the usual Accor style. I specially loved the breakfast selection (not to speak of the serving times which, starting at 6:30, allowed me still to have breakfast and to be in time to catch an early-morning flight).

Nice and clean hotel located near the central railway station (Bruxelles-Midi). Many refugees, beggars and pickpockets in the neighborhood. As for the hotel - pleasant service, well-furnished rooms and excellent breakfast. Great variety of food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and responsive and does its best to help guests. Parking seemed to be the only problem - it s supposed to be free for guests, but actual price is 25 per day (even for platinum member of the loyalty program).

The light at the room didn't work properly, it was all lamps on or nothing and we tried all switches with all combination possible.... Hopeless! So we couldn't set a nice romantic mood as planned. The carpet was sticky and had a lot of staines( really dirty see Pic and take a close look at the phone)
The towels where also very dirty, we toke a Pic but you're not able too see it very clear...

The wellnes area is in a desperate need of an update/renovation as there was mold in like all corners of the seiling and the Sauna equipment ( bucket and wooden spoon) where broken and nobody from the staff care about it.
Whirlpool had a lot of sand at the bottom and that muss be from the day before as we're one of the first ppl in the morning at the spa basement.

Staff at the evening look a bit annoyed while check in, at breakfast I got the same feeling but nothing to bad, at the reception at daytime the woman where very friendly and chatty...

If you like it clean and need this is not the place to go.)

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. WiFi is sometimes bad.

Rooms in the back side are very quite. That is great.

Does that look 4 star to you? Stained carpets, no robe, no slippers, no iron/ ironing board. Gym and sauna/steam room/jacuzzi was excellent and overall the hotel was very clean but furniture that is dropping to bits is unacceptable.

The hotel has been nice, comfortable and spacious so far. The clock in was super quick and staff members are very courteous and polite. Might have preferred the room overlooking the street instead of the one looking towards the other half of the hotel. Excited about the spa and gym facilities; have not tried yet though.

We came here to eat breakfast one Sunday. They have decent selection of breads, tea, and drinks. It's an okay place to spend a morning breakfast in the weekend. We got a little champagne bottle after the breakfast.
