This hospital discharged a patient with zero aftercare. They referred her to a program for PHP that is out-of-network with her insurance, which she only discovered when she went to the facility. It is impossible to reach the unit to speak with patients, the phone just rings and rings. Patients are required to stand in a small outdoor space with smokers, whether or not they smoke. Cannot be stated strongly enough: DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. But if you have to because of insurance or other reasons, stay on top of the staff.

Mayhill Hospital Outpatient Rehab is great. The therapist and Nurse Practioners are very helpful and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with any mental health issues.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They don't deserve anything.

They will coerce you into a "voluntary" stay and you can't stop your stay without a court order even if you aren't a threat.

They know the laws but intentionally mislead their patients and families in order to keep patients longer.

All they will do is sedate you and not help you.

Avoid this terrible place at all costs.

The outpatient program is decent. The food is TERRIBLE but it s nice that they at least try to feed us when there all day. The front desk lady is rude and has an attitude. The program itself is good though. Like Tiffany works hard on the program and genuinely seems to care about those of us in the program. I like that there is a virtual option as well.

Horrible. Do not send loved ones here. They refuse to call you back or give any updates. If you call they will send you to a different voicemail every time. I have had a family member there for 5 days and have yet to speak to anyone who has any information on how they are doing. The social worker, who is happens to be the Director of Outpatient Services deflected and said she is new and can t help. She has been in that position for over a year. So yea, find a new place.

With a start of 2.0 , I can definitely see why their in need of workers. I recently applied here as of this month and was rejected for whatever reason of knowing. It's a shame when good help is needed then rejected but I guess me and my knowledge, skills and education will find elsewhere to proceed. With all the bad reviews let's take to note that my services will not be ever appreciate with a 2 stra facility. Sorry but I'm an exceptional 5+ star.

I cannot believe the incompetence of this hospital. How on earth will you discharge a patient and tell them you have them set up at an outpatient facility only to find out that 1. That place doesn t take the person s insurance and 2. You can t remember who you talked to to at the outpatient place to verify they took said insurance?
You released a patient who still needed services back into the world all alone with no hope of outpatient services. And for those who know how insurance works, you know that if a hospital releases you, it s a hard flipping road to get readmitted. Saying the hospital didn t care, was incompetent, and completely wrong doesn t really fly. I wish my family never had to deal with these disgusting people.

Half the time no one answers the phone.
My husband is there, so of course I call regularly.
When I do finally get the opportunity to speak with a nurse (or someone claiming to be), my questions are most frequently answered with I don t know .
He is living off of protein drinks like Ensure because he can t eat the slop they serve.
Dr. Siddique recommended this treatment plan for him. I am now reconsidering his credentials.

I still have ptsd from my child being inpatient! I tried to go up the line to report major issues and never got anywhere not even a phone call back. I would let my son go without help before I ever had to send him to this place!!!
