Locktech security

I have been a customer of Locktech security for many years, and I must say their service is just average. The technicians are knowledgeable, but their response time is not great. I had to wait for hours for someone to come and fix my lock. Overall, their service is decent, but there is room for improvement.

I had a not-so-great experience with Locktech security. The technician was late and did not efficiently fix my lock issues. I expected better service from such a reputed company. Disappointed!
