The cauliflower starter was quite tasteful, however the not-so-gentleman with the discolored eyes needs to work on his customer service. I am in town on holiday visiting friends and they recommended my boyfriend and I to dine here, but this specific employee wasn t the slightest bit of pleasant.

This is such a great spot for vegan comfort food from macaroni & cheese to Impossible meatballs, to flatbread with vegan sausage that tastes just like the real thing. Cashew Brussels sprouts with chili aioli is a must-order, a fantastic starter to share. Love the relaxed and casual vibe, and the outdoor patio with an airstream trailer is very cozy. Service is great and prices are super fair for the quality of ingredients and generous portion sizes. Definitely recommend coming with a group so you can try more goodies! I heard they just hired a new chef and I can't wait to try more of what he comes up with.
I really wanted to like Little Pine, but it underwhelmed in most categories. The service was slow and the order was incorrect. The server completely forgot to ring in our appetizer. He brought it after the meal on the house. My son ordered the yogurt parfait. It was nothing more than vegan yogurt and a few tablespoons of fruit. No granola as pictured. For $12. Unbelievable. I ordered the frittata and although it was tasty, it was not even close to enough food. (I m not expecting American-size portions, either.) To shore up the inadequate calories in our meals, we ordered the banana cream pie... which was PINK. Weird. It tasted great but was not a pie insofar as it lacked a crust. More like a pudding. Overall, it feels like the restaurant is trying to cut back costs and is doing so at the expense of inspired, generous vegan food. They would be better off getting the service right and not having to comp orders. Oh well, the ambiance was lovely. If you want the goods, go to Cafe Gratitude in Venice.
All vegan! Yummy burger. Fennel flat bread! Great atmosphere. Outdoor heaters for chilly nights. The ranch they made was the best but it s gone now last time I went. No liquor, just light drinks.
The only reason I give it 4.5 stars is the food comes out whenever it s ready so you might get food before the other person(s) you re with. For me it s a great opportunity to pick foods you can both (or all) share, for some, this might make for an awkward waiting period til they can eat. I d prefer to get apps first then dinner.
Absolute beautiful, amazing dining experience! It would count it as one of my most favorite restaurants I've been to! The service was absolutely marvelous, friendly and fast. The food was perfect - beans cooked to perfection, amazing (never had so good) brussel sprouts with cashew ranch, crispy, fluffy perfectly baked flatbread with fennel crumble and amazing dessert. The oat latte was out of this world! We loved it so much! We wanna live there and dine in all day!
The ambience was the only good thing about this place. The service, the vegan food were just so disappointing, I couldn't even get to finish my meal. For vegan food , they can do a lot better
Little Pine is hands down one of my absolute favorite restaurants in LA! The food, all vegan, is to die for. My personal favorite is the Apple Sandwich which is absolutely delicious - they somehow magically infuse peanut butter into the bread. The cauliflower and brussel sprouts are also phenomenal, and have great sauces! Also really love the kale salad, great portion size, better taste. Honestly everything on the menu is fantastic, pretty good price point too. Great wine too! Oh, and don't skip the chocolate chip cookies - the best!
The atmosphere is so cute, it's like a little outdoor garden with fairy lights, and the staff are very nice. This place has a great energy. Also dog friendly!
Street parking is close by and free.
I'm not vegan and I love this place, my bff is vegan and she loves this place. I will definitely keep coming back to Little Pine!
Really like this place outdoor patio was very comfortable spaced well and had very nice outdoor heaters at for at night. The food was actually outstanding very good and I'm not vegan....hahha. service was a little bit slow and they made a mistake on one of the dishes but they were very polite and took it off the check. Overall would highly recommend.
Little Pine is under new management and it shows in the food. Lovely patio for outdoor dining. Try the breakfast chicken sandwich and the pancakes. Terrific!!!
