Customer service is awesome!! I ordered a pair of Ariat work boots A style I have never worn before and they were too large. They do not have free return shipping however Melissa at Lebos created a label and took money off the price of the return boots . Very awesome. Also item shipped very fast I had my boots within 5 days of ordering them. Definitely would order from them again. Customer service was very pleasant!!

Excellent!!! Prices were unbeatable and customer service was intelligent and easy... I love Panhandle Slim and cowboy hats so I bought 2 beautiful hats, 4 button up shirts, Levi's and 3 kimonos off their clearance. Stuff that is still selling full price on other sites. I also bought some Montana jewellery and Silver strike jewellery and leather works. I am elated!!!

I purchased two pair of boots for Christmas presents through the internet with Melissa. I deal with many online companies and I must say, that as far as customer service goes, Melissa is the by far the best in that field that I d ever encountered. The very minor issues with fit etc., that existed, Melissa immediately rectified.
