I would give less stars but can not horrible managers at all lake shore homes different rules for different tenants and rent raised twice in 2023 in April then June there charging new tenants 1500 plus lot and that's a little under 900 the Mobile homes are not even set and there trying to sell them so you can pay to have them installed b4 you get there find someone else to rent from I live in my home for 13 years then lake shore takes over and now shit hits the fan my tree was really nice and taken care of lake shores Manger came in my yard without notice and cut it not even with real landscapers she got some guys that sell oranges on the corner to do it my tree is dead now and the manager also gets the homeless around the park pays them to steal your stuff and when the people bring your stuff back and say I found this at the back of the park but I knew it was yours manager shows up an kicks the guy off property an tells him she will call the cops on him

QUARRY HILL ESTATES GARBAGE NOT PIKED UP IN 2 WEEKS AS PARK HAS NOT PAYED BILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TODAY IS PICK UP DAY ALL GARBAGE IS ON CURB WINDS GUSTING TO 60 MILES AN HOUR !GARBAGE ALL OVER PARK! NO ONE ANSWERS AT OFFICE OR MAIAINANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS SERVICE IS IN OUR VERY HIGH LOT RENT THE ONLY SERVICE !
Love the place I purchased. Nice large lot, shade tree, just wish others liked their lots enough to keep them trimmed and not trashy at times. But not everyone had a dad & husband that always had beautiful yards. Betsy is great and always available when needed.
I live in North star village. For a month now my bedroom has fallen through the floor and I'm sleeping in my living room. I have a 7 month old baby. I didn't have water for almost 2 weeks then I had a major water leak for a week and they won't discount rent or help with my water bill. The manager is so rude when I ask if they will fix my floor. This is a horrible place to live! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!
Casa Verde Mobile Home Park is not a place anyone should want to live at due to vandalism, graffiti problems, multiple arson, drug sales, theft, rising cost of rent yearly and rude management. 3 years ago when this mobile home park was purchased by Lakeshore Management there were promises made to the tenants of Casa Verde like new pool furniture, playground, clubhouse, pot luck dinners, regular meetings and neighborhood watch. The tenants finally got the new pool furniture around the end of the summer 2016. The so-called new playground equipment and bench has to be used. It has been repainted, the plastic parts are dull in color on the playground equipment and the bench wood is very old. You might get a splinter if you sit on the bench! The new clubhouse should be finished soon but it's a shame it took 3 years to get to this point. Rent has gone up every year since Lakeshore Management purchased this park. I'm afraid the tenants will be paying 6 hundred a month in the next 2 or 3 years if Lakeshore Management keeps rising the rates. Management is friendly when tenants are paying rent but can be rude if you have questions. Management tells tenants to send an email to corporate instead of dealing with the issue tenant has.

We just had a stabbing in this park because this manager allowed drinking in the pool area. Real good safe park for seniors to live. RIGHT!! This managers incompetence has caused so many different issues until finally we have had a stabbing. Lakeshore Management you definetly need to investigate this lieing management who is never in the office. Like I said BUYER BEWARE do not be fooled about this managers under handed kindness when she first meets you. This manager is definetly underhanded and lies on tennants and never in the office. PLEASE do not buy in mobile home park.. Lakeshore Management you need to investigate this manager immediately. So buyers you have been warned think twice before buying in this mobile home park it is not safe for seniors at all..

Like in Casa Verde Mobile Home park, renters been helped by Fulgencio Law Firm in Tampa Florida to fight Casa Verde in court because of the illegal towing by Split Second Towing. Lakeshore Management and Lakeshore Communities have lots of mobile home parks in lots of states and there's a list of these Lakeshore parks. I've lived at Oak Park Terrace since 2002 and when it was sold to Lakeshore Management residents don't abide by the terms of the lease agreement . Atv's and off road vehicles are NOT permitted to drive on the streets and the resident manager has been notified on several occasions and won't enforce the rules so I'm paying rent to put up with the noise on a daily basis. This place is treated like a campground where you can do what ever you want when you want and the rules won't be enforced. Time to find a new place to live since no one cares.
Sold my home in Central FL and got out! Don't believe what the Sales Person tells you. These mobile home parks have their own, H.O.A. Ask Law Enforcement what the crime rate is. Talk to neighbors without the sales rep and don't believe everything they, tell you. If you miss a payment, it Could Cost You $1000 Plus in Attorneys fees. You do their landscaping and if it isn't done exactly the way they want, count on a violation notice. I will never recommend anyone to purchase or rent.

Casa Verde Mobile Home Park was previously known as DAVPAM Mobile Home Park. You can see videos of this place that are on you tube. History of people with drugs in here and the Court has entered convictions for felony - cocaine and other convictions. And, ABC Action News - Tampa reported serious stabbing in Casa Verde on Bryan Road. In other case, the Court entered conviction for felony shooting on dweller who shot at other dwellers who live in Casa Verde and Paradise Village. Also, reviews are on Yellow Pages, Yelp. Reviews on Google under old business name DAVPAM Mobile Home Park. And, vandalism and graffiti problems in Casa Verde and Paradise Village, (which are owned by Lakeshore Management, Inc.) have been reported on local Tampa News, such as WTSP News. WFTS News, Tampa Bay Times, WFLA News reported on the arson and graffiti problems in Casa Verde.
These people should not be in the business of renting chicken coops let alone mobile mobile homes they shouldn't be in the management business of managing turtles in the middle of streets they deserve to be taken through a court and sued one side up and down the other side for for denying good people a place to live I tell you what to do is the world coming to when you let people like this deny people places to live they don't belong in any sort of business and I hope everybody stays away from them especially their trailer parks in Nevada
