Incredible store that has been serving the local area for the past 65 years! I went in for the first time last week and was greeted by Triana. She was extremely knowledgeable on the various watches. They didn t have the specific GMT that I m looking to add to my collection in stock but I believe that I found a new place to do business for all of my jewelry and watch needs. Trina was extremely kind and very knowledgeable and she educated me on the various styles and models. She was extremely transparent, honest and trustworthy. She took down my information and told me she would follow up with me. I look forward to giving this company my business for years to come.

The best jeweler in the area! My engagement ring broke multiple times after 20 years. After the last time they fixed it, they told me I would need a new band as it just couldn't keep getting patched. I sent Sarah a picture of an idea and wow did they deliver! They made my original diamond and sapphires pop! And it goes with my wedding band spectacularly, I mean my finger just sparkles and catches the eye. Trust them with all your jewelry needs and I know you will never be disappointed!

I was greeted by Katie and told her exactly what I needed done. Right then she took it straight to the jeweler, and he (thankfully!) noticed I had some prong work to be done as well. I was given a price and told it would be ready and a week and they delivered exactly what they promised. My set looks like new after 14 years! I will be back!!

I have been in the jewelry business for many years and it is a rare treat to be able to HIGHLY recommend a fellow jeweler. My client purchased a diamond from my company within the last few days. I have sold his family diamonds over the years and this client is a second generation customer. My company is in another state and my client's fiance is currently a student in Pensacola, Fl. My client unfortunately had the wrong finger size for his fiance and gave her the ring with an incorrect size. This worked beautifully when he put it on her finger at the time of the engagement, but the ring was a little wobbly when she returned to Pensacola. Instead of shipping the ring back to us, which would have taken quite a bit of time and would have removed a very special ring from her finger, we called around to some of the jewelers in Pensacola to see which jeweler would be best for our client. Since I have quite a bit of experience with jewelers on the retail and wholesale level, I know the signs of a quality jeweler and one that lacks quality. I knew I had a winner in Jewelers Trade Shop as I viewed their history as a 3rd generation jeweler, their location, their Rolex clock sign outside their establishment, and especially the way I was treated and the way my client was treated on the phone. The price I was quoted was extremely reasonable, (1/2 the price of competing local jewelers in the area), I was not promised anything out of the ordinary, but was told that time of repair would be based on that day's volume, but they would do their best to have the work done as soon as possible. The best part is that Jewelers Trade Shop EXCEEDED my clients expectations by doing the repair in under 30 minutes while my client's fiance waited for her ring in the store, the work was done perfectly, (I was sent pictures), and my customer was treated with kindness and respect and the price was more than reasonable. If I lived in Pensacola, even though Jewelers Trade Shop would be a competitor, I would still unequivocally recommend anyone inquiring about the quality of service and their treatment of their customers as a 5 star, two thumbs up enterprise. Dropped off my citizens watch which had been sitting in my drawer for 14 yrs because it didnt work. they se t it off to manufacturing for refreshing. Came back polished and brand new. Love this place.
My family and I have been patrons of Jeweler s Trade for nearly 30 years. The quality and customer service have remained consistently superb throughout the years. My most recent experience there was... replacing my wedding ring (!) which Jeweler s Trade designed and crafted in 1995... but then I lost it several years ago after setting it aside to get refitted due to my knuckles expanding over time (ugh, but that s life!). This place is very unprofessional and judgemental. Me and a friend went here looking for rolex watches and no one asked us if we needed help so we left and went to the resturant next door .....only to find out they had called the police on us because of the color of our skin. The POLICE OFFICERS came to our table and started asking questions in the middle of the resturant in front of everyone and embarrassed us. They took our information and threaten to arrest us if we did not comply with them.
