Theres no wifi in the room only in the lobby, no phone for the front desk, cable was out (had to go out and tell them to have it fixed). Shower had low water pressure. Pros clean enough big beds, you get what you pay for Php 1.5k
Awful Large cockroaches in the room and mold in the shower. We could not stay there for the night. Return the money.

Well, I don't understand people who choose a 2 star hotel, pay almost nothing and then have the guts to complain about ridiculous things. I wouldn't do a long stay here, but for other reasons. This hotel is perfectly fine if you have a early flight or just need a couple of hours to rest before your late flight. Welcoming and friendly staff, they even have a porter who helps you with the luggage to your room. Where will u get that in a 2star hotel
Sure, it lacks a lot of things that you might find in better hotels, but once again..this is a 2star hotel with very low room rates. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. There a far more worse hotel that charge you almost the same. Btw If you can't survive without wifi in your room for a couple of hours, maybe it isn't the hotel that has a problem
Sucks. There's barely any signal inside they're rooms and when I asked if can they move us to the room upstairs the lady said no coz its taken hoping to get a better signal coz I badly needed it but that room hasn't been taken even after I left for my flight to Taiwan. It sucks that u have to sit on the lobby for their Wi-Fi. And the room downstairs where we were placed stinks a lot coz there's a canal on front of the rooms. So exhausting.
One star for the location, very near the airport. Another star for the friendly and considerate staff. Construction is going on in the building therefore you will be awakened by the sound of the equipments. Air-conditioning unit leaks on the bed 'cause the bed is not moveable.
It's near the airport (5 minutes with the cab), clean, and the rooms are spacious. The interior is spartanic, the two beds are spacious for one person, but not comfortable for two. We just moved the mattresses to the floor, it's enough space there. AC is very good, shower is good. The staff was very friendly.

Quite strange was the "kitchen area". It has a sink and a worktop,but no fridge, water cooker, glasses, plates etc. Not sure for what this space should be used.
It was just a short stay (for a few hours) because I had a very early flight. It was worth your Peso. Attentive and friendly staff, clean rooms, free toiletry packs, and best of all near the airport.

The service staff is very warm, the room is full of space, the bed is good to sleep, very close to the airport, there is a department store and supermarket next to it, it is a very good accommodation transfer station
First is location, Hardly 5 min drive from Airport and you won't pass by until you see it because of the colors of the hotel. nearby Places includes Italian restaurant, Spa and message parlours, 7 Eleven, Local Market for Fruits, Money Exchange next to it.
Room service is good, Staff are very friendly and generous, They don't have their in house restaurant but you can get fruits, drinks etc in your room by asking at the reception. Rooms are neat and tidy as shown in the pics. Bathroom are also good. Its truly a value for money Hotel.
Just to remind you, its a budget hotel and don't expect 4 or 5 star facilities. All the necessities are present in the hotel.
The Public transport is easily available as the hotel is situated on the main road itself.

I stayed here when I visited my girlfriend back in February 2012..Love the service the staff provided,rooms were clean and grounds was well kept always a smile when they saw you...I would come here again for sure.
2 cockroaches upon entering! So many ants and the sheets are itchy! No water at least for guests. No trash bin. This is just an overrated motel.

This was a Hotel that needs to be on the TV show Hotel Hell. The Lady at the front desk was very nice and placed me in room 5. There was filth every where I looked as well as ants all over the room bed and bathroom where there was black mold. I took photos and asked to be moved to another room. I was placed in room 9 and was not able to get past the pillows filth. I took more photos and showed them to the front desk and checked out. Stay there at you own health risk...

Rooms are big and clean, but no wifi inside. Wifi can only be accessible if you go to the mail lobby near the front desk. The hotel is near department store, mactan airport, malls and other nearby filipino restaurants. The staff are also welcoming and accommodating.

The only reason you d probably want to stay here is because of its location - very near to the airport - especially if you are arriving late or departing early. Environment is quiet. Convenience shops / resto surround this place so its not gonna be a prob. It is clean. But not fancy..
The location is very convenient, just a few minutes drive from the airport. The store next to it is also very convenient, and the exchange rate is also very good. The room is friendly and friendly, which means you don t have to pay more when you bring your child in. There are also ports nearby. The location is close to Cebu International Airport and there are shopping malls, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very good location. The facilities in the hotel room need to be improved. I stayed in Room 8, the air conditioner made noise, there was no water supply at the time of check-in, the network signal was not good and slow, the WiFi signal provided by the hotel was not strong, and only the towels and bath soap were provided free of charge. The best facilities can be said to be TVs and decoders, at least TV shows can make you ignore the noisy air conditioning.
The crews were all fine and approachable. However, the place is not that impressive especially the lobby; the floor is obviously not well-maintained and worse, mosquitoes were biting us when we visited the place.

Do not go to this place it is Disgusting gross dirty and I a bad location taxi driver just took us at night and gone had no idea how bad it was a they would not give back the money also hotel shut off the power over night. Good thing I had power banks and flash lights so dirty it will make your skin crawl stay away!!!!
Perfect location if you want to stay near the airport since it takes 5 minutes by car to terminal 1. Next door you have a shopping center where you can eat or go shopping and also a 7 eleven. The rooms were not bad for the price you pay, it was clean, it has air conditioning and supposedly wifi but we were told that they had technical problems.
Our time spent at Island Stay Hotel was splended for the fact that Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA) is near and malls are just a few minutes away for shopping. The room we booked is neat and cozy. Very convenient place.

We decided to check in here before a rebooked flight, thank God they were accommodating and nice. We got a room immediately and were able to rest before our flight. Considering also that it was sort of a last minute decision to get a room, they were really quick in cleaning the room and replenishing their stocks and other amenities. They have a hot shower and their ac is working really well. The room was also well cleaned. It was what we really needed after a sleepless sea travel coming from tacloban going to cebu. For me who didnt even get a 5 minute nap, it was really a big relief to book here nd somehow rested 5 hours prior to our flight back to manila. Thank you islands stay for accommodating us!
An ok place to sleep between flights, but no more than that.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are clean and well arranged. A budget friendly hotel. Accessible to restaurants and near the airport. My concern is that they only provide shampoo and soap as toiletries. I was expecting that they will provide toothpaste and toothbrush. Another concern is their check-in time which is at 2:00PM and check out time is at 12 noon the following day.

Basic room with a/c, cable tv and shower. The room is clean. Sad to say they only have stairs so going. Up with luggage could be a struggle for those with huge luggage/s. Price range Php995 for single to Php1,595 for couples. There s a nearby supermarket and 7/11 and some restaurants.

The hotel is strategically located near the airport, at least the one in Mandaue Cebu. While so much needs to be desired with the service given by the hotel staff, its accessibility in going to the airport offsets the lack.

A cheap hotel with a 3-minute walk to the newly built Island Central Mall in Mactan. There is no airport transfer. Room is simple in room based on white and orange. Wi-Fi is slow.
Budget hotel which is cozy and nice. Also close to Robinson Mall which is a walking distance.
The key of the window was broken, and the door was locked, and someone went into the theft while going out. When I spoke to the front desk, I did not apologize. The shower head is also bad. The view is zero. We stayed when we only slept to take an early morning flight, but it is not recommended.
