Buying a bike is not a problem, but they provide very poor service. They promise all kinds of things, but never keep their promises to date. They don't call back either. Very Disappointing!

Fraudsters do not do business with IBG / Fietsenwinkel.nl you do not get your bike delivered and keep your money in the hope that you will choose a cheap and poor quality bike that can be delivered quickly (from their own brand). Do not fall for it, the discounts are nice, but if you have problems you are in the cold! Buy at a local bicycle store. Their own brand bicycle comes from china.

Says they are open on Sundays but I just got there and they are just closed. Then just call and you hear that they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Then adjust that on google!

Just nice company people with a lot of Amsterdam humor

Particularly bad service, I gave up my bike for repair 3 weeks ago, it took two weeks for them to pick it up at all, and now I have to wait at least two more weeks because the parts are out of stock.

If your bicycle is broken, fix it yourself, because if you let Fietsenwinkel.nl do it, you will be 2 months later.

Is the head office of Fietsenwinkel.nl and please never order a bicycle there !!! I ordered a CORTINA on 19/05/2018 and today after 20 phone calls and as many emails requested my money back, nobody in the whole company also NEVER knows about anything, their explanation was that CORTINA no longer made my ordered model, so I had to order a more expensive model purchases, I did and after 2 weeks the same explanation, this model also stopped making CORTINA and suddenly the brand CORTINA was not of good and reliable quality, they tried to recommend their own brand BRINCKERS because CORTINA hardly any bikes made. I then had direct contact with CORTINA and they literally fell from the sky !!!!!! All my ordered bikes were in stock !!!!
You can safely call this company mafia, no one answers your mails, no one calls back, I am very eager to set up a facebook group to get this mafia shop out of the street.

- Payroll administration is not done by the company itself, while it is large enough to be able to arrange this within the company itself.
- Fingerprint registration ... hello police state.
- Things are not going well in this company, work is unsafe in the warehouse and this is apparently acceptable and has been happening for some time.
-Applied to the V12 forklift driver position, you will receive a contract in which that cannot be found and as a result of which you will receive a lower wage. Nasty action.
