I recently purchased a new laptop from Hyperlink computers and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The laptop itself is great and performs well, but I had a few issues with the customer service. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide clear answers to my questions. Overall, the product is good, but the customer service could use some improvement.
I bought a gaming PC from this company and while the product is good, the customer service was a bit lacking. It took a few days for them to respond to my questions and their answers were not very helpful. However, once I received the product, I was satisfied with its performance. If they improve their customer service, it would be a much better experience overall.
