Beautiful comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the convention center. Good breakfast. I would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding valet group!!! We drove up looking for a place to watch a football game, they suggested Saddle Ranch and they were spot on!!! Well done Alexander aka Grant
Love my stay, I love the suite and stayed in a Suite was real nice
You need to stop by and see Amanda and Eric. They both are the best.
Enjoyed it. Had some issues with my billing but it was fixed.
The Hyatt place at Anaheim was one of the finer establishments I've been to.
Short walk to the convention center. Relatively new structure with large rooms and a nice seating area in each room.
Nice hotel, nice rooms, bit of a walk to Disneyland
I got a deal I thought for 95 a night on special through a third party. When I got there I had an idea of what to expect through pictures from the site I used. Only when I got there everything changed. From a two room suite to a straight handicapped closet. It was insulting
Very disappointed. Breakfast is NOT what they put it out to be. It's more of a complimentary breakfast I've had at Best Western. We tried this after staying 2 doors down for the past 2 years. Next year we'll definitely be back to our original Hotel. Bathroom door didn't close properly because the tile is to high.
Conveniently located near the Anaheim convention center
Nice and clean hotel. Right across from Toy Story parking so you can either ride the tram in or it's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the park. The hot breakfast was good as well, a great start to the day.
Spacious rooms, friendly service, close to Anaheim Convention Center and a 20 minute walk to Disneyland.
Very clean and modern hotel. The employees are always nice. Nice breakfast. Best hotel anywhere around there. I've stayed at some near by and they don't compare.
I always stay at Hyatt's.
Great location, friendly staff, clean room. Very happy worth our stay!
Rooms are okay if your here to be in Disneyland all day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel was upsetting,u could not see the Disneyland fireworks. Even though u couldn't see them at least the room and free breakfast was good.
This is one of my favorite hotels in Anaheim. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. We don't mind the walk to Disneyland.

Good place
Breakfast is yummy
Rooms are clean
Bathrooms are great
The breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable.
Very, very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable, so much so, that we'll not stay anywhere else. We've stayed at most of the hotels here, and for the money, it's a much better deal. Friendly staff and decent amenities.
Great hotel. Convenient location and the staff was very helpful.
Great people working there. Clean environment and rooms. Will stay here again.
Breakfast was good and girls at front desk were helpful but the service is horrible. I'm allergic to feathers and asked for a feather free room. Housekeeping came in and made the room with all feather. Called and asked for foam pillows and new sheets (Comforter is feather) after 6 hours I had to call again for it and they said housekeeping told them it was completed feather free. Not to mention all the housekeeping only speak Spanish so they don't understand requests. The next 2 days of stay housekeeping continued to put feathers on the bed.
The rooms are small. The breakfast is good. Their lunch menu is not good. Don't eat lunch their.
We booked two king beds for one night and was put with rooms with two queens. Guess they don t honor if you book beforehand. Talked to front desk and they stated it was an accommodation they gave us which we never asked for. Second time staying here and definitely makes me rethink on staying here again.
The rooms were nice and clean upon arrival. The service was great and very helpful. The hotel was only a couple blocks from Disneyland as well!
Great place great service especially from the cocktail waitress
Was poorly treated by staff upon arrival, felt looked down on like they were better than us. Once home, I found there had been several unauthorized transaction on my bank card, at least one transaction everyday I was there, some days two charges. They claimed it was a day end error ...that occurred every day...more than once...in varying amounts. It took over a week and several hours of phone calls, & only when my bank started a fraud investigation did I get my money back. It was around $1200. Unhappy customer here.
The bathroom could have been better. The counter was too deep and you couldn't get close to the mirror. The towels were not very soft. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and so was the jacuzzi. The breakfast was acceptable. It was relatively close to the parking lot that had access to the Disneyland shuttles. The staff was friendly and very helpful. All in all it was a good place to stay.
Good hotel, prices are competitive for the area being near the Disney parks and convention center. Rooms are spacious with pull out sofa in addition to the beds. Mini fridge, coffee makers, etc. Beds are comfortable, housekeeping can be inconsistent (i.e. last night our room was cleaned up but all the washcloths weren't replaced). They have a good morning breakfast, though recently they have made changes from the traditional skillet items to "bowls" and the quality and selection has gone downhill. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking garage is nice and price is on par for the area. It's close to walk to the Disney parking lot shuttles, and you can walk to the park if your feet feel up to it. I have stayed here several times and will continue to stay in the future except for times when rates surge for events.
Nice clean place, plenty of room. Comfy beds. Amazing Continental breakfast! Close to Disneyland, you can walk to a free shuttle. Good price. Would definitely come back! (Only complaint was that the bathroom door had glass, so if someone had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night it lit up the whole room and woke all of us up)
This was a great hotel. It was really clean and the staff was great. The parking was free which was important. The room was really clean and we were on the 4 floor and could not hear the traffic on the street. I recommend planning your eating around there at times when you are not at the park.
We are the food at the restaurant inside of the hotel and it was not great but we didn't expect anything different from it. It wasn't horrible by any means. It was just a bit expensive for the quality and taste.
If you plan to walk to the park it's about a 20 minute walk. They offer a shuttle at certain times so we just decided to pick up an uber. The uber ranged from $5 to $10 to the park.
Located within walking distance of the convention center. Very nice place with friendly people. Continental breakfast provided.
It is not recommended to live in this soundproofing equipment. The next door is noisy and you can hear the parking fee. 17 per night If you are going on a business trip, it is not suitable.
Hyatt has great options with both Hyatt House and Hyatt Place close to all the Anaheim action
Location was perfect. The staff were attentive and funny. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily.
They are real real nice and friendly also.. we didn't stay there.. but you could go there and get ice out of there machine
Large room, decent breakfast en good sport facilities.
The room seemed clean and had a good setup. We forgot toothpaste, and they were kind enough to bring us a little one. The people at the front desk were very welcoming and gave us advice about places to eat, parking, and getting to and from the hotel to Disneyland (which is walking distance away). The gym was decent, and the hotel's hot tub was heaven for our feet after a day at Disney. I wish they had robes because it would have been more comfortable getting to the pool and back, but there was a cabinet of towels down by the pool so it worked out. Our biggest gripe was the breakfast. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the complimentary breakfast. While I've had much nicer complimentary breakfasts with other hotels, it was adequate. They had eggos you could run through a toaster seven or eight times to get brown, scrambled (powdered) eggs, fruit, English muffins you could also eventually toast, cereal, and some other odds and ends. It was enough to get us fueled, but wasn't anything great. All in all, we would definitely come back.
Solid hotel option near GardenWalk. Newer interior with comfy rooms. Next door to the Cortana and also nearby Morton's steakhouse. Very walkable. Parking in the above ground or below garage using a ticket.
Excellent service, attention, facilities, breakfast and location.
With our 2 full size bed room, it had a pull out sofa bed, flat screen TV, minifridge, free Wi-Fi, and free continental breakfast. There's a high speed Ethernet cable. This place uses NFC cards as keys to the room. Yes, no more having to fumble with metal keys or inserting the key card several times into the door to unlock. There were a surplus of charging ports next to the beds. No USB ports so bring your own charging bricks for your phones. Our beds were clean and comfy. It could have been less firm and more soft. The pillows were a bit flat. The bathroom was bright, modern, and spacious compared to other places I've been too. Despite its spaciousness, the shower tub was smaller than average. They did not provide lotion, just a bar of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. What I really like about the room were the black out blinds. In terms of noise levels, our neighbors made no sound.
Excellent place to stay while visiting Disneyland, 10-15 walk.
AMAZING!!!!!! Room was clean and stocked well. Hotel staff went above and beyond...far exceeded all expectations. Peter was AWESOME!!! If you are visiting Anaheim CA overnight, this hotel is a must!
Typical Hyatt place, breakfast a bit better than most "places".
Room is decent. The pool is nice but the gym is tiny. The hot breakfast is great with many options. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants but a 15 min walk to Disney. Better to uber our take a taxi (about $5).
The staff was terrible, if they did acknowledge us they had rude attitudes and seemed bothered to have to help. They refused to give us the discount even though every member of our party were AAA and one a member of the military. Every day we had to call and ask for clean towels because they would take our old and not replace them. No garbage bags or bags for the ice bucket were ever brought to our room. Overall was completely unsatisfactory for the price we paid. Won't be staying again and will be sure to let our other Disney lovers know to save their money and look for better quality.
Good hotel, good wifi and comfy beds. Awesome location beside the convention centre and the amusement park. Free breakfast is also awesome. Overall a good hotel and would recommend.
Rooms were clean and the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Wish the breakfast had some bacon on offer but otherwise excellent hotel. Great location too.
Good place to stay if going to Disneyland. Nice rooms, good service. Nothing special but all the right things in place for an enjoyable stay.
Great service and nice hotel room. Awesome breakfast too!
Loud clanking sound in room 342 emanating from the bathroom wall. All in all they tried to make amends and made things right.
Location was close to Disneyland making our vacation easy with no need to drive back and forth.
WiFi sucks. Rooms were nice. Good was ok, but they were constantly out of plates. Every day, people had to use bread plates for their main dishes. I guess that's one way to keep people from taking too much at the buffet.
Amazing friendly staff, really lovely food, alltogether a good hotel (how is this not a 5 star?!?!?!)
This is an outstanding property -- plain and simple! Awesome service from the get-go from Adiline at the Front Desk, and a very welcoming staff overall! The breakfast is top-notch as far as complimentary breakfasts go. The selection and variety of dishes is by far the freshest I've had in recent memory. The staff keeps everything stocked even during the busiest times and the tables are wiped clean as soon as someone is finished. There is a cafe/bar next to the lobby for late night cravings, as well. The rooms are spacious for the price and the sitting area for TV viewing is a plus so that you can watch without having to sit on the bed. This property is very clean and well-maintained throughout. Parking is available underground for $17 per night. It's a healthy, but reasonable walk to the maingate of Disneyland.
Great place for family clean rooms and the breakfast is amazing. Good walking distance to Disneyland.
The service stink ... is so bad !!! The service is a crap we booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed, on arrival we were told that the room was not ready, they never notified us, they sent us to a hotel next to it and they only gave us two beds and without the armchair with very little space, they left to give us an extra mobile bed and it took almost two hours to give it to us ... A FULL CHAOS! AND THIS HAPPENED AT 12:30 at night and we rested until 2:30 because the extra bed did not arrive, I hope many people can read this message and do not take this hotel because they will be VERY BAD ...
Wonderful place with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. its within walking distance to Disneyland so you can leave your car parked there. Plus you can purchase tickets to the park from the front desk and skip the line at the park. Highly recommended.
My wife and I just completed a 2 night stay at this property while visiting Disneyland. It was a perfect location with only a 10 minute walk (<1 mile) to the front gates. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. One ore thing....their free breakfast is suburb as well....plenty of options!
Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. Being extremely close to Disneyland is a plus. The beds and pillows are so nice and comfy. The continental breakfast is really not that great and the parking is horrible.
Called us multiple times to make sure they had everything set before arriving at the hotel since we were road tripping. They have 2 EV charging stations and 2 Tesla charging stations. Some Ford Explorer was parked in the Tesla one and the front desk called the owner to have them move it (since we needed to charge) also charging EV is free! Great service at the front by Matt. Kitchen style suites are homie as well and I slept on the sofa bed which felt better than expected. I would recommend this place! If you can book it ;)
I never ever!!! Make these. But. We had a stranger walk into our room. First they called us a liar. Then did nothing but replace our keys. I would never ever suggest staying here. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Teribble
24/7 food available downstairs. The room themselves were very clean and had a modern decor to them. Plenty of outlets, complimentary food and wifi. It had just what we needed for our stay.
Breakfast was amazing and so was the costumer service. The room was also comfortable and great. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi ... It was terrible
Very nice close to Disney. Good breakfast, great service. Would stay again.
Drove from Southern Arizona with a total of 6 family members (4 of them being their first times to Disneyland/universal studios let it alone California itself and 2 of them being under 5) we were so excited we drove all night and arrived at Universal Studios in the morning and played all day, they had a BLAST!!! Figuring it was late 11pm we decided to call just To give them a heads up we are coming just a little late (keep in mind in my email states the latest check in is at 1am) just so they were aware. When I call the first time, I kept getting placed on hold and finally when the gentlemen answered he took my last name then back on hold a few more times, stated that his system had to restart and he would call back in 5mins ( I agreed being that we were wrapping up dinner and it would be perfect timing) 20 mins went by so I called and was placed on hold a few times, again and I patiently waited. The gentlemen gets back on the phone and says "Ms. we will have A room for you when you arrive" which caught my attention because I said no not A room THE room that I FULLY PAID in advance for so then again I am placed on hold. He comes back on the line and states that they have sold out of the room I requested (2queen beds & sofa bed) and my mind was BLOWN, I was furious being that we were about 30mins away and now with no room for everyone that hadn't really slept in the past 24 hour. I was offered a room with a king bed which I had to decline being that we had 6 people in our party and secondly it was not the room that I PAID/RESERVED! I was told that I would get a call back again, a little hesitant since I never got a call back the first time around I demanded his name "Sancho C" he stated. Then he said and I quote "I will call you if I find you another room in the area" and it flipped my switch again "IF YOU FIND A ROOM" are you kidding me? I booked in advance so that my relatives could enjoy there stay in a nice clean cozy hotel and now we were all 6 stuck in a car in the parking lot waiting for an answer. I started to call around and it seemed everywhere was book (keep in mind I was already out $459!) I received a call from Sancho at 12:15 saying that he did find a hotel (I made him aware several times that we were in the parking lot) but we would have to drive all the way near Huntington Beach! I could have done that myself I booked the Hyatt because it's near Disney and I wanted my relatives to truly enjoy there first and maybe only visit. I declined because I was already sitting for an hour and I did not want to drive another 40minutes out when we were already tired. I was told I'd get another call back he offered me the same king bed which I declined AGAIN, that would mean that half of my party would have had to sleep on the floor and I was not going to have it. He stated he could not offer me anymore because there was no manager on site. Thankfully he did clear the cancellation fee which is the very least they could do & and after hours of waiting and looking we were able to get into the Doubletree Hilton after the lady had seen how much the kids were tired and I was sobbing she helped us out and we got situated into a room a 1:30AM. When we should have had a room to begin with being that it was FULLY PAID FOR AND RESERVED, I do feel extremely disappointed I felt like it was a very heartless move on their part especially how they handled everything maybe if he would have offered half off the night we stay on the king room I may have accepted but he kept stating their was nothing he could do but wave the parking fee and dinner (REALLY DINNER AT 130AM) I WANT SLEEP NOT FOOD! This was my first time booking with a HYATT in California and I never had an issue an our Hyatt's from where we're from they had always been near the top for me but this Incident I WILL NEVER CONFIDE TO BOOK AT A HYATT AGAIN! If it would have been handled differently and we didn't waste so much time on hold and call back I probably would not be writing this.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and friendly. There is a mart within a 5-minute walk. It is very easy to access by the Disney shuttle. If you come to Disney, I recommend this hotel for the price~~
Nice hyatt room. Hallways and common areas had a lot of clutter and garbage because people at hotel did not know how to use garbage can and staff could not keep up. Our room smelled like curry upon check in . Too much noise in hotel but management worked with us to make it work--by moving us to another property. Hyatt unfortunately can't control the type of guests and what they do. It is unfortunate but I appreciate how Hyatt does customer service and tries to make it right.
Nice breakfast, the room was big and comfortable. There are free water all day long and coffee during the evening. The pool is small but very nice. The only problem was that we had ants in our room
Never ever staying here again there was bugs in our room rude employees they lied and couldn't take care of the problem we had because of the hotel and just made my family and I have the worse day possible
Rooms are very nice and big and staff is very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Soooo disappointed (REVIEW ON FOOD AND COOK ONLY).. just arrived to a late check in after an almost 2hr drive.. kids and I were hungry so we ordered food from bar (no room service available) we ordered a veggie burger and mac and cheese.. 20minutes later we got a call to our room that our food was ready for pick up. When my husband arrived with food there was a horrible smell, over looked it thinking it was the Mac and cheese so immediately we threw it in the fridge (smell still lingering in room by the way), so then we get in to the "VEGGIE BURGER" to our surprise it's as hard as a rock. Immediately I go to front desk where the receptionist was very kind after her herself trying to sink her nails into the burger.. I cracked the in 1/2 and the inside to was hard as a rock. I asked her to please call the cook out, wanted to ask him if he himself would feed this to his 8yr old child or even eat it himself. After a few minutes in the kitchen the receptionist came out to say MIGUEL was gone for the night. (Which truth be told I didnt believe one bit) ,I then asked to speak to Management but apparently there is no manager onsite at night.. I am soooo upset and disappointed.. we always stay at Hyatt Regency first time at a Hyatt Place.. by far the worse experience with food at Hyatt or any other hotel EVER!!! I must say the receptionist handled it well and provided cereal and milk should kids still be hungry.. I do have a video and pictures for corporate office.. Oh and yes O kept mac and cheese and burger because I will show management tomorrow.. that's if there is any available..
