The hotel is in a great location, very central. Rooms are small but comfortable, the staff at reception is very helpful and friendly - it makes you feel at home.
The hotel restaurant is very good, we had a great buillabaisse (kind of fish soup) which is not easy to find/cook - so see it on the menu was already a surprise, and when I tasted it I was really impressed by the quality.
One star less than the max because the room service suggests that some of the dishes are available 24h but it was not the case when we asked for something to eat around 11pm.
Overall a good hotel for its price, I would go back.

Superbly located hotel. It offers some great rates for the location and level of service. The rooms are perhaps a touch dated but clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly throughout. A good option in this area.

Fantastic! I visit Paris often and stay in different hotels but I absolutely loved my stay at the Westminster hotel. I received a wonderful service from Gregorie at the reception desk. He was very polite, professional and charming. The Signature room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. And the location is supreme. I will definitely be back. Well done Westminster!

Dishonest advertisement. The management of this hotel has zero ethics. Avoid and find a better hotel to support with your money or become their victims.

Good and central location.
Unfortunately my room was too noisy to a inner yard with a generator or Aircon running continuously.
The free WiFi was a very slow connection, the higher speed was priced exorbitantly.

The hotel is located near the Opera Hose in Paris. I stayed there in July 2019 as part of a large group. I shared a room with a friend. The room was so small there was not enough space to separate the beds. Beds were very comfortable. We had friend's who raved about how nice their room was. They said they had a sitting area and a fancy chandelier. The tub in the bathroom was so deep it was a little difficult to get in and out of ( I am over 70). Breakfast buffet was included. It had a nice variety of foods to choose from. Service in the bar area was slow. The concierge was quite helpful. We were there during a record setting heat wave. Our room was air conditioned but not the bathroom or hallway outside our room.

Hotel staff were very attentive when they found out I wasn t feeling too well and did all they could to make me feel better.

Hotel engages in online fraud. You will not receive a room that you saw online and booked you will be told they all booked and they will show you to the room 12 sq meters with dirty old bathroom. You will be however charged exactly the same price as fraudulently advertised on their website. Be prepared. Just look at the pictures that is what cost 350Eur per night at Hotel Westminster. No apologies, no price adjustment just lying and deceptive practices.
