Great ambiance
But I found a cockroach in the bathroom really put me off

My first trip to Malawi and received with hospitality.
I am glad to spend my 2 nights in that hotel.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable. However, the location of the hotel is a little worrying. There is no room for expansion. The hotel doesn't have enough or secure parking space

Very nice rooms with good air conditioning, it is one of the best hotels in Blantyre

Whilst the staff etc are pleasant and willing the service in the hotel restaurant is incredibly slow even though we were the only patrons there. There is never a manager to be seen either.

It is a cozy hotel that offers the best services and if god wants to reach it whenever I can, has the best staff and well trained in the service, Strength!

Much,much better food and accommodation than when I visited last some 18months ago.Keep up the good work.

Perfect stay in blantyre, good food and the rooms are very clean. The location is also easily accessible

The service is very amazing and will probably make up for any shortfalls they might have. Breakfast usually starts after 6am. On my first day, I checked in after 10pm and requested to have my breakfast at 4am. They made the necessary arrangements and even delivered the warm breakfast to my room on time after a courtesy wakeup call to inform be that my food has been prepared at no added cost.

Not worth your trouble. Few things that I did not like about the place. 1st, 40% of the time you spend at the hotel will be without electricity. 2nd thing is, between the advertising and what you actually get, huge difference. The air conditioning is so loud you can barely here someone knocking at the door and room service will just walk in because you didn't answer. Air conditioner also falling out the wall and leaking water on the carpet, and to help the leaking, the buttons on the unit is broken off so you cannot really adjust it. Also, you want a window open, good luck. Now this a De Lux room which you pay extra for? The staff are really trying hard with what is given to them. And they do a good job. Lots of credit to them. I feel sorry for them that they need to be associated with this place. And then lastly, the key cards, they hardly ever work and you wont get a new or different one issued.

This is a nice hotel but it is over priced for what it is. Included breakfast is good and the staff were also nice. Only three stars because of the price.

On arrival a black out.. went downhill from there. Lifts not working... poor wifi access.. had at least 5 power cuts in under 2 days.. food not good. Expensive and not worth the money! Very noisy area and every three hours a mosque prayers...Aircons not working can not adjust. Nightmare hotel.

Good rooms with all necessary facilities. The food is also good but takes time to get delivered. I stayed here for 5 days, ending today with a good note. The banquet hall is excellent.

Not the best exp, food was below average and muslim music very loud in the area every morning and afternoon. Rooms was ok...

Rooms in first floor is so spacious and clean. Amenities are also great.

Decent hotel with nice rooms but the car park is very small. I was also not impressed with some recipes at the resturaunt

Room Tip: Do Consider - Get rooms in the new wing - Try for rooms facing the road towards the front bigger rooms at the same price -

Food is great, rooms too pricey yet not worth the amount. My dad had to change his room three times in two nights cos the AC wer bad and we complained yet took him to another room still bad ac.

It was nice to be at the hotel and I hope for future experience even though there are some things that need to be like the food in the raustaraunt.

Clean and friendly. There are so many mosquitoes and wireless internet is weak in the room. The room I was staying in did not have a cold wind even if I turned on the air conditioner, but it was cool when I opened the window at night. There is a Muslim temple right in front of me and I pray at 4 o'clock in the morning. I use a loudspeaker when I pray ...

The rooms are spacious, bathrooms need to be redone. The toilet seats in the room I stayed in have served their purpose. Need to replaced ASAP. Friendly staff though. If you're vegetarian, you might struggle to find what to eat. But if you explain what you need to the waiters, the chef will have it prepared if the ingredients are available. The Wi-Fi was okay.

Comfortable hotel decent food. Used to be good value. But have just hiked the prices by 60%. No longer good value. Beware advertised prices on internet no longer what they charge on arrival.
