We were there last weekend. Super view from room , extremely nice staff. Paolo was very nice in changing our rooms so that we enjoy the room with terrace and enjoy the stunning view on the lake. Thank you Paolo , you are the best :) we will come back for sure.

The panaroma from the hotel is beautiful. The ambience was very quiet and the food was very good.

Thee worst service I have ever gotten from a hotel. The staff was the ridiculously rude. Stayed here for 2 nights because this was the place my tour group picked. First night I found a scorpion in the hallway and informed the front and he told me, "what do you want me to do about it". Second night we were using the pool, all of a sudden we see hotel staff come barging in rudly kicking us out like we were suppose to know that we are not able to use the pool when there was an event going on there. I don't know how this place is considered 4 stars at best maybe 2.5 because the rooms were somewhat nice compared to others.
The room was okay. The food was nothing special and it was cold in the dining room. would not recommend it in the off-season.
We were there for a wedding. The place is wonderful, the sight of the lake is amazing. The dinner was great: appetizers outside and pasta and meat dishes inside, and an incredible chocolate based bride 's cake. Thank you very much, our staying was short but very good.

Totally overrated, tired and nothing like there web page.The staff arrogant and rude .Apart from the stunning views of the lake this place has nothing else going for it.
Incredible scenery once you get to the top, the breakfast is enjoyable as is the dinner. The waiters are prompt and friendly. The rooms are modern and comfortable. However there is a quirk with the bathroom that has you hitting your knee on the sink when you squat down to do your business.
