It was an amazing stay - the view, the apartment, the tranquility. The breakfast was delicious. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful. I suggest to have a dinner at the hotel restaurant - really it is great food and a waiter Janukovics - it is a true professional in his job. A little messy parking. No more reproaches. Of course, the upper rooms of hotel are the best. I recommend.
Although the location is nice and the restaurant and facilities are really good, in a hotel it ultimately comes down to a good nights sleep.
And in that regard, our stay was very disappointing.
The rooms have no air conditioning which is rather absurd when paying about EUR200/night.
Opening the windows all night with a fan was the only way to make it bearable with 30 degree temperatures outside in the evening, but the cold early morning breeze resulted in a sore throat. Sleeping in was impossible because of the traffic noise coming in through the wide open window.
The food was in general very good.
But we came here first and foremost to relax and recharge after a year of hard work but we went home completely exhausted because of three nights of little and light sleep, and with a COVID test waiting for us because of the sore throat.
Beautiful hotel to stay in. Right on the river walk, within walking distance of the towns amenities.
It s a comment for the cafe in the terrace.
Super slow service. Sat here for 50 minutes, only getting one round of drinks. Got ignored constantly.

A phenomenal hotel located in a picturesque town. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant offers above average breakfast and wonderful dinner.
We visited this hotel during low season. Although most businesses were closed, it was quaint and beautiful. We had a great time here. We will definitely come back again.

Didn't stay in the hotel, just had a lunch. Was good. The place is fantastic, so does the hotel look.
Great hotel, beautiful gardens, very spacious rooms and friendly staff, exept the horrible lady as a waiter in the smaill restaurant near the river. Hardly ever met someone so impolite. We left the restaurant and went somewhere else.
Apart from that experience, all staff was very helpfull, friendly, always a smile. Decent underground parking facility as well.
We will for sure come back and hope they resolved the issue with the waiter. Or she just had a very bad day.
