The front desk ladies were amazing, the workout room is great if you like to use machines and not so great if you want to do body weight. The rooms feel unfinished and like they didn t put time into designing them. The room cleaners are terrible, I immediately saw multiple black hairs all over my pillows and in the sheets. On the bright side the lobby is amazing!

The entire resort is beautiful and clean, but... do not go during down season between ski and summer. Finding assistance if you need something is impossible. Our room keys stopped working the day before we were supposed to leave. Couldn't leave the room without propping the door open. No elevator use. Huge inconvenience. I know nobody was working, but still. Yes, we would go back.
One of the best massages I ve had. Facilities are small but very convenient and luxurious. I would definitely book it again!
The Madeline is a wonderful property in probably the best location within Mountain Village. We have stayed at a number of ski on ski off properties in the US and this place is near the top of that list. The restaurant and spa were outstanding as well. We had a 1 bedroom suite and thought the room was beautifully done, I loved the bathroom in particular. Needless to say I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Telluride, the Madeline should be considered a 5 star resort, I don't know how it's not!
Beautiful resort with beautiful and cozy rooms. Right in the middle of mountain village, steps from the gondola. Staff is friendly and helpful all the time. We had a great time!
Very walkable, SUPER pet friendly, and upscale. They went above and beyond to make our pup comfortable by providing a bed, food/water bowls, toys, and treats!
We were there for a week and loved it. Very comfortable at a great ski in/out location. The staff were all attentive and professional.
HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE HOTEL EVER! Amy and Patty at the front desk made our stay all that much better! From excellent and KIND service (which seems to be hard to come by anymore) to beautiful clean rooms and the sweetest of service! I highly reccomend this hotel and my family will be returning here every year from now on. The perfect location in the most beautiful area, awesome food and drinks... what more can you ask for!? Thank you for being amazing and I will always send my friends and family here!
I m disappointed in the service. Not worth the money...at ALL. We asked to book a reservation at their restaurant and instead of doing it they said they d have the concierge call-never did. They told me to get my own ice at the hotel bar. The rooms are mediocre.
