I had a really average experience with Hot2thetouch. The customer service was subpar and the product quality was just okay. I wouldn't highly recommend it.

I was kind of disappointed with Hot2thetouch. The customer service was average and the product quality was not up to par.
I cannot emphasize enough how average Hot2thetouch really is. The customer service leaves much to be desired and the product quality is nothing to write home about. I wouldn't say it's terrible but it's definitely not great.
I had a mixed experience with Hot2thetouch. The product was great, but the customer service could have been better 😕
