Sales person was available and greeted at entrance. Did not have to wait around like a Nissan dealer visited in the past. Sales wasn't not pushy. Waiting area was nice. Though not fully stocked with snacks, nice. The coffee/ hot chocolate machine was nice. The hot chocolate was very tasty. Should I talk more about the car shopping experience? I was done at not pushy.

You know I have bought a few cars in my time. I would however have to say this was the BEST EXPERIENCE by far. Jessica Santana and her financial team and Mark are the BEST! They did everything possible to get me into the car I wanted and without having the best credit is what made it amazing. So if you are looking to get a new car I highly suggest you go see them you will not be DISAPPOINTED I PROMISE!!!

Our salesman Ali was friendly and answered all the questions we had. Due to the low inventory of vehicles across the state we had to wait for our van to be delivered to the dealer but Ali kept us updated on the status throughout the wait. He checked on us after the purchase to make sure everything was working properly and to our satisfaction. The entire process was easy and I never felt stress that comes along with buying a new vehicle. Ali worked to stay in our budget and I appreciated that. I would highly recommend Honda of Murfreesboro and Ali for two purchase of a new vehicle!
I had super friendly vibes from this place, I wanted to specifically go with them because of the positive experiences I had while emailing and talking to them on the phone. I also thought it was so nice the manager took the time to call me and thank me once I scheduled an appointment. So kind when you re not there, but after being there, things changed. We had them do a trade in appraisal of our car, they told us that our car (that s worth a minimum trade in value of $8,000- was worth $3,800) and that the precision pricing price of the car we were wanting to purchase was 13,600 but the recon fees were over $2,000. So the car is actually $15,600. Totally misleading and sketchy. My husband just walked out of the building, then they came out when we were buckling our daughter in our car and told us they would give us $5,000 for our car. I just didn t like how misleading they were, and how they weren t upfront with us from the start, and didn t like their low ball offers. Yeah they have to make money, but it was a slap in the face. Safe to say, we don t want their favors, their deals , or precision pricing we re going to trade our car in and pay cash elsewhere. Total waste of time. Go to a place that tells you their real price upfront. I d rather haggle than be told haggle free, we re giving you the best price around only for them to try and add on fees last minute.
I live in Memphis but purchased my Pilot from here because the GM, Heath, is such a great guy! He was honest and upfront through the whole process. I try to have my vehicle serviced here also whenever possible so I schedule trips to Nashville when it is service time. I dropped my car off on Friday morning with Josh, the service manager, with a warning light on, along with my regular oil change being due. I was thrilled to know the warning light repair was covered under warranty AND they had the part in stock so my vehicle was ready before the time they even quoted me. The service director, Archie, is great and kept me informed of exactly what was happening with my Pilot. I love this place!
We had a wonderful experience at Honda of Murfreesboro buying our daughter her first car. We purchased a Honda CRV, and not only did they give us the best price in TN, they also delivered the car with a big white bow, gave her an adorable driving buddy (Stuffed animal), a beautiful birthday card that everyone signed and Justin Knox patiently showed her how to use and operate the car. He couldn't have been nicer. I wish all of our car purchased have gone this smoothly. She was, also very surprised!!
We were traveling home to Illinois from a family vacation in Florida when the check engine light came on in our Odyssey. I called up Honda and spoke with Earnest. Earnest was so kind, empathetic and helpful! Once we arrived he met us in the lot and was patient as we unloaded the boys, directed us to the lobby, and ensured we knew about the beverages and snacks (big hit with kids). While we waited, he kept us updated and was very helpful in answering my questions once the situation was diagnosed. Everyone we interacted with here was so kind and helpful. We had some stir-crazy kids running around and nobody made us feel unwelcome or in the way - really made a potentially awful situation just a bump in the road. If we were from the area, we would be returning here for all our vehicle needs. Based on the quality of service and care I received I would highly recommend this dealer.
