The quality of the training and personal care is amazing. They really get to know you and your specific body and what it needs. Because of this, they tailor your workouts to exactly what you need. And we all know our bodies and abilities can change often, especially with our habits and nutrition. They have good communication between the trainers and clients so they can deal with these changes as they come up. Every month they do assessments of body measurements, weight, body fat percentage and more that provide you a regular snapshot of how you're doing health wise. You have access to all that data through their web app. I've seen them working with teenagers, and I've seen them working with people in their 70s. It's like having your own personal trainer but at a less expensive price.

I have been receiving weight training and spin class at H.A.P.T. since Jan 2012. They have an awesome process where you receive personalized training in a comfortable small group setting at an affordable cost. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable and always helping you achieve your personal goals. I give them 5 stars.

I've been working out at HAPT for over two years and HIGHLY recommend it. This isn't a gym where a bunch of muscle bound athletes grunt and groan, it's a place where everyday folks get a extremely beneficial workout in just one hour. Each session is custom designed to help you meet your goals and changes everyday. Bottom line, you won't get board or meet a better group of trainers and trainees.

Have known Dustin and Joey for years through their Flagstaff location and can say without reservation they are the best at what they do. The trainers and approach are a welcome sight for anyone looking to get real personalized training from the best client oriented personal training business model I've ever seen.

HAPT has been the source of my health and happiness for 9+ years. The training is second to none and focuses on individual goals. The trainers are all perfect examples of what we would all like to see standing in front of a mirror. The greatest feature they all share is a radiance that reflects a healthy longevity lifestyle. After suffering through a quad bypass and stroke I got serious about training. Today, my doctors tell me, "Whatever your doing, keep doing, it's your key to health and happiness."

When you first entire a new gym for training, it can be a daunting task that is uncomfortable. At High Altitude Personal Training, the minute you step foot in the building, you feel a sense of community and belonging. The trainers are certified professionals who immediately begin to form bonds and push the clients to their specified fitness goals. Do not be surprised if you happen to meet new friends and have trainers that make an impact on your day. I could not recommend HAPT more if you are serious about personal training, having fun, and getting in shape.

I ve been going to HAPT for nearly a year now and it is the best gym I ve ever joined. I was coming back from a knee injury, and the trainers helped me go from limping to jumping. They are knowledgeable, caring, and motivating. As a person who teaches students in the fitness industry, I m very picky about who I entrust to set up my fitness program. HAPT is the real deal.

Love this training facility and staff!! I came into High Altitude Personal Training with injuries to my shoulder and foot. Within a couple of months my shoulder improved so much that I no longer have pain. Also with much diligence from staff my foot has improved to the point that I am hopeful to start running this spring. I would "highly" recommend them!

I have been a member at HAPT for over 2 years. In that time I have significantly increased my strength and fitness. Every single trainer is attentive to my needs and does everything to push me to my best, while ensuring I'm doing the exercises correctly. The best part is that I no longer need to think about my workouts before I show up. They have everything planned. The fact that I need to schedule my time keeps me accountable, even on those days when I might use an excuse not to workout. Going to HAPT doesn't feel like a gym but rather a family. I highly recommend HAPT with 5 easy stars.

Recently, I went on a 6 day Colorado River float trip from Lee's Ferry to Phantom Ranch. The rapids and hikes were phenomenal and the Mule ride out was memorable. At the age of 77, I doubt I could have done any of this if not for the great Personal Training and Core and Stretching I have been getting at HAPT. Thank you Trainers !!

High Altitude is my first real gym experience and it has been really great. I was always intimidated about getting training or going to the gym but the trainers here are so friendly and helpful. I feel like they really care about my progress and I love the individual workouts in a small group setting. In just a few months I am stronger and in better shape then ever. I would recommend HAPT to anyone looking for personal training.

Best trainers, so motivational so encouraging very individualized.... My husband n who never worked out before started at hapt and loves it! So much better than a cookie cutter gym. A must-try!!!
