We became aware of Hello Fresh through Radio Potsdam and were actually lucky enough to win a trial package. I have to say that I am absolutely surprised, firstly by the handling of Hello Fresh and secondly by the quality and accuracy of the ingredients. The description of the preparation is great and the taste is unique. We would not have guessed. There was no shortage of ingredients that were even packed with ice packs and little cute potato bags. Thank you very much !!!

I still think the idea is very good. Even after several years of "cooking time" (three meals a week HelloFresh as a supplement to the usual "German cuisine"). The groceries come into the house according to the number of people. The amount is always enough for us. I am particularly impressed by this, as nothing is ever too much and therefore nothing ends up on the compost. A clove of garlic, a spring onion, a piece of ginger ..... All you have to do is open and cook. Okay, the packaging is a bit much .... The ingredients are always great and absolutely fresh! It doesn't matter whether it's vegetarian or proper meat. To come to the price discussion: A meal for two people costs 13.30. In return I get good food, for example the meat really tastes "organic" and not like Aldi. How much does that cost for organic butchers? And everything is delivered to your door. So I can only recommend it. And the most important thing is that you can interrupt and reactivate the delivery yourself at any time. So no stress because of vacation or other absence or desire for a break. I have had good experiences with customer service so far.

HelloFresh makes cooking and eating at home interesting and enjoyable!

My wife and I have been using HelloFresh for a couple of years off and on and we really love it. The recipes are super delicious and easy to cook. My wife and I are not very good at cooking but since we ve starting making our HelloFresh meals both of us have noticed some increase in our cooking skill ;) I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is curious about it and the nice thing is that you can start or stop receiving meals from them at anytime. There s really no commitment. I have cancelled our subscription and reactivated it multiple times. It is kind of pricy but I think it s fairly priced for the quality of food that you get.

I've had Hello Fresh for 4 weeks now. 2 dishes a week. Conclusion: I am really satisfied and Hello Fresh saves me a lot of time thinking and shopping ... The recipes are sometimes down-to-earth, sometimes very creative - I think the concept is just great. Keep it up!

Good Morning, I've been cooking with HelloFresh for years and I'm totally satisfied. I don't want to be without it anymore, when I pause I notice how much comfort I lack We mainly eat vegan and would like a vegan crate. So far, I've been replacing most of the dairy products or leaving them out. Of course, something goes wrong. Something is missing or is no longer in order ..... then the contact with the customer service was always very pleasant, courteous and friendly and there was compensation in a really appropriate form for the next invoice. Fresh food, great recipes, the price is reasonable & you buy in the supermarket no more junk I can only recommend it - delivery is always on time on Saturday morning :) we have 23 weeks already brought boxes and will continue to use Payment by Paypal works fine ... I do not really know why some here have problems with payment or delivery - probably we are just lucky people;)

Thanks to HelloFresh, I have found my passion for cooking again. As a mother of two, eating always has to be quick. I am totally satisfied. Dishes (2 people / 3xweek; vegetarian box) have always been very good! Have already received the box 4 times and I will definitely continue to use it. My friend and I are both late from work and have always ordered something from the delivery service or "cooked" a pizza / pasta. Since we never need more than 30 minutes to cook the HelloFresh dishes and we no longer have to worry about the question "What do we eat tonight", it is really worth the money (EUR 40). Pausing the boxes is also super easy. Conclusion: For professionals who like to eat a varied diet, appreciate fresh ingredients and do not want to cook for longer than 30 minutes in the evening, it is highly recommended.

I am very satisfied with HellFresh. Have received 8 boxes so far. The content was always very good. Unfortunately the last box was very damaged on the outside. The recipes are delicious and easy to cook. My husband and I have become fans of HelleoFresh and rave to all our friends about how much we like it. We enjoy spending time together with cooking.

November 1st was World Vegan Day! There are many reasons to enjoy a vegan diet, including health and environmental benefits. But for me, it s a matter of animal rights and boycotting an industry that treats animals inhumanely. I prepared a Roasted Veggie Farro Bowl for dinner. It was very filling and tasty! I would totally make this dish again. This was actually my first meal from HelloFresh. I like the whole concept of this meal-kit company?

I don't understand these people who are complaining here. I've been a customer for 3 years now and sometimes order more regularly and sometimes less regularly. And I almost never had anything to complain about. A package is lost once in three years. The customer service was friendly and very accommodating. There was a 100% discount on the next box and an additional 10 EUR was posted to my account. The people who complain here also complain about noisy children in a playground ... HelloFresh is great and it still feels very much in love even after 3 years of "relationship". The goods are the absolute top hammer! Everything is always super fresh and well selected. KEEP IT UP!

We are very satisfied with the delivery service and the offer of HelloFresh. The concept is ideal for our purposes, as we would like to cook more vegetarian, but we lack the ideas and creativity, and on some days, the time to pick prescriptions, then go shopping and then cook. Dishes are selected from a pre-set menu on the website or mobile app up to a week before delivery. The menu covers almost every aspect of the culinary world, so basically there is something for everyone and a lot of variety is guaranteed. In addition to specifying whether you would like to have a purely vegetarian box or a box of meat dishes, you can also make Vor Einsellungen that meet your own preferences (little time for cooking, calorie-conscious light cuisine, etc.), so then courts are automatically preselected, if you missed it before delivery to provide the appropriate information. However, since the menu plan can be viewed and adjusted in advance for at least six weeks, we almost never used this function. The Lierferungen take place in a self-determined relatively narrow time window (on Wednesdays between 19.00 and 21.00 clock clock) and is punctually delivered by an external service provider, whose staff are always friendly. The products contained are fresh on delivery, well packed and sorted according to the dishes. If, contrary to expectations, something is not fresh or even missing, which is very rare, you get a decent and without much bureaucracy after a short message to the customer service discount on the next delivery. The attached recipe cards are clearly arranged and contain in addition to the detailed preparation instructions in individual steps and information on the nutrient values and the individual ingredients. So even beginners / chefs can quickly achieve success and to conjure up delicious dishes. In addition, as is well known, the exercise masters, so that steps such as cutting the onion, after 3 - 4maliger implementation, already go much faster by the hand and you improve your personal cooking skills with time noticeably. Since cooking together is much more fun, we usually do it together and take the steps at the beginning of the cooking process, so that everything goes a little faster. So far (in total about 15 boxes) we were very satisfied with 95% of the selected dishes. The protion sizes are appropriate, they saturate well and usually taste fantastic, which is basically the most important thing. We also like very much that you can collect the recipes and cook very well, if you get the necessary ingredients. Then you can experiment a bit and adjust the dishes according to your own preferences. A few words of criticism are there after so much praise but also. In addition to the not inconsiderable price that you have to be prepared to pay for, such @home delivery will of course create a lot of packaging waste, but we greatly appreciate that HelloFresh is keen to avoid garbage and degradable / recyclable materials for it to use. The times given on the recipe cards are more suited to experienced cooks. If you cook your own meals and fry meat, stir the sauce and serve the salad while the potatoes are already in the oven, it can happen that not everything is finished at the same time. But also this problem gets you through the accumulated experience quite quickly under control. The previously existing reward system, where you could exchange points for rewards, if you had enough boxes ordered, I miss a little and should be reintroduced!

Just great! Of course, something wilts faster or less quickly (herbs, etc.). But that also happens to everyone who goes shopping normally, what goes over faster. But a short email and everything will be settled. A great customer service. The recipes are really good, I would never think of putting together the ingredients in my life. Feel healthier since Hellofresh because it's so varied. I feel like I go to the restaurant 5 days a week, but also because my food is cooked. He's having a lot of fun.

We have used HelloFresh several times, but only on a weekly basis. The recipes are good, the ingredients fit and it was never too much or too little - you get sick of it too! The customer service is excellent! Today still on the phone and (in hindsight) promised to give 5 stars. Those are for the nice colleague in the telephone support, on the other hand also for the consistently good quality! Highly recommended - even if a lot of packaging accumulates it spares on the other side but the bio bin :)

Can't understand the negative reviews. Ingredients were always exact! The food tastes super good. Like in a restaurant. Easy to understand the recipes. You only have to be careful when choosing the recipes. If you are not fast enough you will get a random recipe which you may not like. So it is best to take a look one day after delivery and choose the right one for the coming week.

We have now ordered several months of HF and are more than satisfied. The products are of high quality and the recipes are both varied and delicious. Of felt 100 recipes 5 are probably not quite our taste. Highly recommended all FISCH recipes !!! It was always delivered on time and only once an ingredient forgotten. The customer service is really great. We can recommend HF with a clear conscience. Even after we tried another delivery service and unfortunately there were problems with the first order (taste, etc.) we are looking forward to our order from HF! Hello fresh has turned us into chefs! We have done it for about 12 months and yes sometimes they make mistakes but overall are very happy and feel it's good value for money and eliminates the need to go to the grocery store after work which we love.

Absolutely awesome. Great food. Varied and tastes great every time. In the 5 months in which I have ordered all of this, there has not been a bad meal. There was only one time that cream was missing, yes my God, people also work at HelloFresh. I save time, money and protect the environment because I don't have to go shopping in 10 stores, I only get what I need and UPS comes by every day anyway.

After more than sixty cooking boxes, I am still looking forward to it every week when I get the cooking box and prepare the delicious and varied meals. I learned a lot about cooking and discovered a new "hobby" for myself. The size and quantity of the portions is sufficient and the time savings is another important argument for the cooking boxes of Hello Fresh. Unfortunately, the delivery by DPD is very unsatisfactory. Delivery times are not met, the boxes are often damaged. This should really be optimized, then like five stars.

After about 5 months of "test" I am completely satisfied with Hellofresh with some small weaknesses. With a total of approx. 15 orders of 3 dishes were once missing a clove of garlic and once there was zucchini instead of broccoli in the box, which is not so tingling with an allergy. The information that due to delivery bottlenecks due to increased demand. Corona could change ingredients at short notice, even came in advance by email with general information about Corona. The latter problem was resolved to my satisfaction via chat with customer service. A missed delivery in the DPD time window comes on top. DPD could not / did not really help here, but the Hellofresh customer service took on the problem and offered clarification. The box finally arrived late, I hope that Hellofresh will follow DPD's own interest.

We have now ordered the 10 box and have been mostly satisfied so far. Components were missing from time to time, but there were always compensations from customer service. The payment is simple by direct debit, the customer service is apparently reachable 7 days a week, rarely native German, but still fits. We will keep ordering, sometimes it tastes, sometimes it doesn't. But the provider has nothing for tastes. The recipes are well thought out and foolproof explained with the recipe cards. I cannot confirm the negative aspects. We look forward to more great recipe ideas.

Up to now, delivery always worked with DPD. Only twice ingredients were missing or something was damaged. After a short phone call, customer service gave them a credit. Varied , I have been very satisfied with my box for several years

Can fully recommend Hello Fresh. No worries about what to cook, no time-consuming procuring of ingredients and FINALLY a little variety in the dishes, as I am not a chef by profession and I often miss the ideas. The dishes are simply nachkochen, times are correct and very tasty and varied. The ingredients themselves are always very fresh, delivery works great and is announced 1 h beforehand via sms. Price is ok, you could get cheaper in the supermarket, but then not so relaxed. See it as a small cooking class, finally enjoy cooking too. I see packaging waste as the only shortcoming.

So if you even see something that cooking yourself is better than beating a ready-made pizza in the oven, Hello Fresh can only be warmly recommended. My girlfriend and I have now got the third box and every time you learn something new and new flavors! The whole thing is also a small cooking course for little money! The work steps are perfectly explained and so far we have succeeded in all dishes perfectly. Also there were no differences in quality in the delivered food, everything was fresh and very tasty (especially the meat, which is why I was worried first) and in fact you learn to work with real herbs and not just with the dry stuff from the Plastic cans. So all in all, you can recommend this box to everyone without exception! You learn to cook, broaden your horizons and also still have a delicious meal that also fills you up.
