Really good recipe ideas and always delicious foods. Unfortunately, every 5 boxes are damaged or things are missing. The meat is often very good or sometimes very bad. There are only small things that can be improved but HelloFresh is now part of our everyday life. We are already looking forward to the next box.

Tasty food and a very convenient service in general. There are problems from time to time - e.g., missing products, but you get compensated for that when reaching out to the support. Definitely staying with them for now

Every dish tastes (so far) excellent, the deliveries work great too. Unfortunately, a lot of waste and the cooking times are ambitious. Still recommended, the quality of the products is great, the portions are neat and at least no uncooked leftovers.

Basically, I rarely rate such services because the ratings are often based on my own taste. In that case, I make an exception because I'm mostly happy with HelloFresh. We tried the offer as a new customer. Basically, I can say that you can't go wrong here. When you are working full-time, you often do not want to do great shopping after work, let alone cook extensively. Therefore, the offer is absolutely right here. The choice of dishes is varied, there is always something new and we have never had a dish that we didn't like. Of course, tastes are different, that's how it should be. Basically, almost everything tastes good and the ingredients are well coordinated. Unfortunately, the vegetables are not always very fresh, sometimes they are a little tarnished. But is not too bad. After all, it's still edible. Cooking is really easy, but it often takes longer than the recipe says. I don't think that's too bad either, because after 5 minutes more or less it doesn't matter. My only criticism of the whole thing is simply the price. We only order the Classic Box for 39.99 (3 dishes, 2 people). It's just too much. That would be perfectly fine for half. If I thought about what I could buy for the money in the supermarket, I would manage twice as long. Sure, you shouldn't forget about the development of the recipes or the compilation of the products in the box, because you don't have to worry about it as a customer. You also don't need to go shopping in the supermarket. There is also a flat rate for shipping, because the boxes are not exactly small and light. Nonetheless, 40 is simply too much money. For half of it it would be out of order and we would order more often. Otherwise we are absolutely satisfied with the service, the performance and the recipes.

I am very satisfied with HelloFresh. I order there once or twice a month and the dishes are very varied and easy to cook with the description. Selecting, pausing and so on is also very straightforward via the portal. There is a deduction in the rating because sometimes little things are missing in the recipe boxes. That doesn't usually break the dishes, but it's still annoying. There is a plus point for the packaging and the cooling pads, the water of which you can simply pour into the flowers.

Hello Fresh is a great thing. We (2 persons, 3 dishes per week) have been here for a month and are saving a lot of time (not so much shopping and looking for recipes) and definitely eat more varied than before. Besides, you get new ideas and learn some new ways of cooking. The products are fresh and complete with a few exceptions. A star deduction exists because some ingredients contain unnecessary artificial additives (for example, lentils) and some ingredients may not be clear whether organic or not (for example, if I use lemon zest, then only organic lemons). I hope to be able to say something positive about pausing soon, we have not tried that yet. --- UPDATE 05.04.2019 --- Also the pausing worked wonderfully. No box was delivered & no payment made. The subscription allegations here are incomprehensible to me, on the website everything is explained and it works exactly the same way! Thanks for the answer, now we can use the lemon peel with a clear conscience. If the additives from the (most) products would disappear, there are 5 stars - we keep watching;)

It's easy and almost always tasty. You do not have to worry about what you cook, the ingredients come in the right amount. Great for busy people, but still want to cook fresh. A star deduction, because sometimes the ingredients are not perfect (fortunately very rare). All in all, recommended, just try.

The bad reviews are still incomprehensible to me, apparently some are overwhelmed with a "subscription", which is in the form. icht there. You neither have to cancel, nor do you have to do anything for it, just press Stop delivery and you won't get anything. You can also pause individual deliveries, I find it just as practical (again just one click!) I'm pretty enthusiastic, the portions are big and we really like to eat & a lot, it was never too little. One point deduction because the products are unfortunately not organic or regional. Beef from Holland for people living in Austria is kind of a shame. Maybe that's why I'll order more vegetarian products in the future. Furthermore, this basil was once not fresh, but I don't think that's so bad. The customer service is excellent, easy to reach (by phone, chat or Whatsapp!) And very accommodating if something does not fit. Recommended for a change in between, in the long run probably too much packaging waste, and I miss the organic products.

Well-designed cooking concepts with a lot of variety and adjustable parameters. Ingredients arrive well packaged and as fresh as possible. I deduct a star for the sometimes misleading descriptions of the recipes and the "relatively" high price.

For us, the HelloFresh machine has been in the Bistro / Socializing area for about two months now. Although it is not used by many employees, but all those who are continuously shopping then also fans of the machine. I think the choice of food (for the small machine) in order, but the prices are not always adequate. Fact is: A great business idea!

Hellofresh is great for professionals who have an allergy to shopping. I've been eating very unhealthily before, eating lots of fast food and a lot of food at work. The only point deduction is the cooperation with dpd, the packages are sometimes so demolished that I think they were 3x shipped across the seas.

We ordered a couple of boxes and the experience was good. Once a component was swapped, but that is no drama and we have waived a complaint. The ingredients were fresh and ok. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious

Great, unusual dishes, good portion sizes, although at first you think "oh that's not much". But when it's done, great portion sizes. The service is great. Unfortunately, something has often been missing or damaged or not quite as fresh. It reacts very quickly and always issues a credit. Simply too expensive for me in the long run, so I very rarely order.

Nice startup office. I've been there at a meetup. The acoustics wasn't great but apart from that good location for meetups

We have already had some boxes, the first was without problems in the 2 box Unfortunately, a Hauptszutatgefehlt. We had already had moldy tomatoes and a lime. But it is with fresh good vegetables now that it can always happen quickly that it molds. Or it does not see it when packing, if it has to go fast. Since you should be fair to show understanding. We just changed the vegetables and it was good. We will definitely continue to order. Because the food is delicious and easy. It would be good if someday you have the possibility to order food for a whole week for 7 days. Because there are dishes to choose from so enough to look out, only more than 5 main dishes you can not order. Sure there are now add ons and so you have ever 6 days to eat but 6 main courses were great to choose. which is a pity. We would certainly have often ordered for a whole week at the upcoming courts. It can be improved and with the wrapping you should throw an extra eye on it. So one can be 100% satisfied with his boxing. But one point was still the old smaller recipe card and I prefer it. Nevertheless, keep up the good work and we hope that we can award 5 stars with the next boxes if nothing is missing. This is worse than when something is moldy.
