I think the quality (except very few exceptions very good), the delivery is always on time and the recipes are very delicious. I think it's a shame that only 5 are offered for selection in 4 dishes. Because there are always things that you do not like to eat. But one thing is really bad at Hellofresh: And that's the customer service. An incompetence I have never experienced before. And every time you have to write in this silly chat. Each chat request so far ran to exactly NO result or NO answer. So as long as everything goes well, I find Hello Fresh really good. The deductions are clearly for the customer care through the incompetent chat.

After about 5 months of "test" I am completely satisfied with Hellofresh with some small weaknesses. With a total of approx. 15 orders of 3 dishes were once missing a clove of garlic and once there was zucchini instead of broccoli in the box, which is not so tingling with an allergy. The information that due to delivery bottlenecks due to increased demand. Corona could change ingredients at short notice, even came in advance by email with general information about Corona. The latter problem was resolved to my satisfaction via chat with customer service. A missed delivery in the DPD time window comes on top. DPD could not / did not really help here, but the Hellofresh customer service took on the problem and offered clarification. The box finally arrived late, I hope that Hellofresh will follow DPD's own interest.

Account reactivated to see what's going on. What I didn't know Activation means ordering at the same time without selecting the dishes. Attention abo trap! It's best not to start at all.

Experienced absolute fraud with this club. Ordered once the food was ok. 2 months later, a package was suddenly sent to me again by 88euro, we refused to accept it and still have to pay for the package. Despite contact with customer service. So people please watch out if you don't want to give away your money.

Shipped with DPD so the box will not arrive anyway as it is the case with me. It was forced in the selection of the delivery window to issue a parking permit. If one is already forced one can actually assume that at least the bell will ring or the BOx will be parked in front of the apartment door as stated in the permit. But DPD apparently has the confidence in humanity that they simply put the box on the street in front of the front door and send them an e-mail only 40 minutes later their shipment was placed at the "agreed place"

After all, one would also patted stupidly on the phone without the belief was given that the box was not arrived or turned off wrong

Last week I opened an account on Hello Fresh. I placed 1 order to try the service. Then today (a week later) they charged my card 40 euros claiming that I signed up for the automatic weekly order. I paid attention to that and it's absolutely not true. Plus I didn't place the order so I don't even know what food I'm going to get delivered. How can you even have the option of an automatic weekly order when it comes to food? Do you order the same thing every week? I mean c'mon! Plus with that amount of money I could have gone to a restaurant of my choice instead of receiving food I didn't choose and order. This company stole my money. They took it without authorization and they are not willing to give it back. I can't even cancel my account until the order, which I didn't order, is received. They are liars and thieves. Do not even try to use this service because they will scam you in a way or the other at some point.

We have now ordered the 10 box and have been mostly satisfied so far. Components were missing from time to time, but there were always compensations from customer service.

The payment is simple by direct debit, the customer service is apparently reachable 7 days a week, rarely native German, but still fits.

We will keep ordering, sometimes it tastes, sometimes it doesn't. But the provider has nothing for tastes. The recipes are well thought out and foolproof explained with the recipe cards. I cannot confirm the negative aspects.

Hello Fresh is the next fraudster on the market

Wanted to have a sample box sent to me because my sister is the biggest fan of HELLO TRASH (from now on, she was only) and therefore received a recommendation code.

In the end, it's about being caught in a subscription. TRYING IS Obviously NOT WANTED HERE. You have to enter a payment method because the delivery of the "sample box" is not free. From then on you will only be fooled.

Now you have not only lost me as a potential customer, of course my sister is no longer involved.

Hands off! Immediately a subscription and no possibility to stop the next delivery! I was recruited for a test box, which I received on Wednesdays at 21 o'clock. Thursday I started cooking and did not handle the system. After that I immediately stopped all deliveries. Unfortunately, without success, the nich would have to stop until Wednesday 23 clock deliveries. And even before shipping the second box, the delivery could not be stopped. The customer service was no help. So now I have to pay a box that I never wanted. Also you can find on the website no way to terminate the contract. Probably the surest sign of a company that you should NOT trust! In any case, I feel cheated and have the "Hello fresh" also presented.

Customer of Hello Fresh for half a year and satisfied. 3 dishes for 2 people every week. The quality is right - so is the price. Of course, I didn't always find all the recipes to be delicious, but most of them tasted very good. Also good, there is a decent selection of vegetarian dishes. Up to now, delivery always worked with DPD. Only twice ingredients were missing or something was damaged. After a short phone call, customer service gave them a credit. Can really recommend HelloFresh

Customers are encouraged to eat minced or poultry meat after 6 days of storage. I don't do it in normal life. How about two delivery dates a week? There's pepper everywhere, why? The packaging waste that arises here is enormous.
EDIT 09/07/20: The rolls were not delivered to the hamburgers. Called, 3 will be credited. Joke? That is how much a new pack of rolls from the supermarket costs, but who pays me for the lost time and the way there?

1 star is still too much. Tried a voucher, in the end I hang in a subscription trap! Customer service not really tangible! Telephone number not available! Had to try chatting ... Incredible. I still have to take 2 deliveries, even though I haven't ordered anything. Get dishes that I don't like and didn't taste either. I had to throw away beef because it stank.

For me it is openly nothing. I am a spontaneous person. Traveling on short notice at the weekend. The cancellation times at Hello Fresh are about one and a half weeks. What do I know if I feel like cooking? The ingredients are fresh, only the avocado suppliers need to replace them. They were ALL rotten EVERY delivery. The recipes are imaginative - there's nothing there, deliveries are on time. But as I said, I want spontaneity in my culinary planning and unfortunately that's not possible with HelloFresh.

Absolutely no good experience! From Testbox was immediately Abo, without the possibility to have tested the box in the first place. Also not suitable for beginners, because cooking jargon is verwedet, fail to the beginner. Customer service and no help. Hands off!

FRAUD ALERT hellofresh.com confirmed cancellation 2x yet they are still scheduled to deliver. They refuse to remove my credit card or personal information from their system.

Absolutely not suitable for beginners. In addition, a test box is an instant subscription! Stay away from it. Since you are better served on YouTube for cooking learning.

Great selection of vegetarian dishes, mostly fresh vegetables. Unfortunately, the herbs often wither quickly and sometimes mold has been present. I would like more focus on vegan alternatives and an option to deselect or substitute certain ingredients. For example, I do not eat mushrooms ... so many dishes fall out right away. All in all a great opportunity to try new dishes and to cook, if you do not already do this regularly. In the long run it is unfortunately too expensive for me as a student and I still have to go shopping, e.g. Bread, eggs, etc ...

I signed up because there was a discount and had to enter my cell phone number, among other things. This was the biggest ERROR on my part, since I have been called twice a day for weeks.

Can fully recommend Hello Fresh. No worries about what to cook, no time-consuming procuring of ingredients and FINALLY a little variety in the dishes, as I am not a chef by profession and I often miss the ideas. The dishes are simply nachkochen, times are correct and very tasty and varied. The ingredients themselves are always very fresh, delivery works great and is announced 1 h beforehand via sms. Price is ok, you could get cheaper in the supermarket, but then not so relaxed. See it as a small cooking class, finally enjoy cooking too. I see packaging waste as the only shortcoming.

So if you even see something that cooking yourself is better than beating a ready-made pizza in the oven, Hello Fresh can only be warmly recommended. My girlfriend and I have now got the third box and every time you learn something new and new flavors! The whole thing is also a small cooking course for little money! The work steps are perfectly explained and so far we have succeeded in all dishes perfectly. Also there were no differences in quality in the delivered food, everything was fresh and very tasty (especially the meat, which is why I was worried first) and in fact you learn to work with real herbs and not just with the dry stuff from the Plastic cans.
So all in all, you can recommend this box to everyone without exception! You learn to cook, broaden your horizons and also still have a delicious meal that also fills you up.

Box with three dishes ordered. There was one ingredient missing from every dish, so I can go shopping myself. Contact via the website is not possible, the contact page remains empty. No chat, no phone, no email address available. Even if you are busy during these times, it is an absolute absurdity that you cannot be contacted. I have been satisfied with the box for years. However, there is a bad rating because the customer service occasionally does not deliver or too late (the next day) and the obscure debit from my account regularly drives me insane.
