I am totally satisfied. Dishes (2 people / 3xweek; vegetarian box) have always been very good! Have already received the box 4 times and I will definitely continue to use it. My friend and I are both late from work and have always ordered something from the delivery service or "cooked" a pizza / pasta. Since we never need more than 30 minutes to cook the HelloFresh dishes and we no longer have to worry about the question "What do we eat tonight", it is really worth the money (EUR 40). Pausing the boxes is also super easy. Conclusion: For professionals who like to eat a varied diet, appreciate fresh ingredients and do not want to cook for longer than 30 minutes in the evening, it is highly recommended.

Hello Fresh is a great thing. We (2 persons, 3 dishes per week) have been here for a month and are saving a lot of time (not so much shopping and looking for recipes) and definitely eat more varied than before. Besides, you get new ideas and learn some new ways of cooking.
The products are fresh and complete with a few exceptions.
A star deduction exists because some ingredients contain unnecessary artificial additives (for example, lentils) and some ingredients may not be clear whether organic or not (for example, if I use lemon zest, then only organic lemons).
I hope to be able to say something positive about pausing soon, we have not tried that yet.
--- UPDATE 05.04.2019 --- Also the pausing worked wonderfully. No box was delivered & no payment made. The subscription allegations here are incomprehensible to me, on the website everything is explained and it works exactly the same way! Thanks for the answer, now we can use the lemon peel with a clear conscience. If the additives from the (most) products would disappear, there are 5 stars - we keep watching;)
Website and / or app regularly unavailable for hours, even on the evening of the order. Boring selection (if you don't like sweet potatoes). Missing ingredients. Wrong color codes recipes / bags. Information about the cooking time partly understated. Customer service absolutely NOT EXISTENT !!! 10 days in advance for ordering !! Let's get out of here. I'll just take my money to the competition if you do that.
On the Hello Fresh website there are vacancies written in English as "Customer Care Agent" in Manila. It looks like the people with whom you are talking on the phone work at least partially, if not exclusively, from Manila. Then you shouldn't be surprised at the language skills and options offered ...
You have a voucher with another order ?! Let it go and don't try it. We only had problems and in the end there was an error in the suspension after the trial order and delivery continued even though we did not want this at all. Since the end of the story, rotten boxes on the doorstep, reminders, debt collection and a lot of money lost. We were promised that the boxes would be donated before delivery. We would have gladly paid for the donations, but not for rotten goods. Left on a lot of rubbish and expense. Unfortunately there was no cooperation at all on the part of HelloFresh.
I am giving no stars on the company. What a nice customer service! The customer agent was discriminating"You can't speak German, why did you order it?" And then I immediately asked him to apologise but he didn't. So I emailed them that his supervisor or him should call me and apologise. It took 2 weeks and the supervisor called me but he had no idea why he called. But also he is thinking exactly the same way. How grateful. I can't believe how they have a business in US.
Delicious recipes and also (or especially) as a vegetarian with imaginative dishes a great relief for the shopping organization. The delivery is reliable and the packaging is safe - so far everything has always worked. The team is also super nice :)
The products were missing. Today was missing after the main ingredient. The conditions were not clearly explained when the subscription was activated. It becomes a subscription and not a one-time offer. The support does not seem to exist. Only after proper searches could I speak to a person. The cancellation takes forever. It is not worth the money.
You will be automatically charged for the next box in full price!! I thought I was smart and cancelled my account the same day I got my free box but apparently I was a day too late..

Canceled! In itself a good idea, but I can only cook on WE and Fridays delivers dpd. This is a big money-making machine. Only annoyance and cost of the call, snotty to stupid answers, money away (40 ) and wasted time instead of food and for the second time. Now is enough. Also the customer service of hellofresh did not help much there. Now I have a coupon for the last package not delivered, but only useful if I reactivate the customer account again. That will certainly not happen

It's easy and almost always tasty. You do not have to worry about what you cook, the ingredients come in the right amount. Great for busy people, but still want to cook fresh. I am very satisfied with HellFresh. Have received 8 boxes so far. The content was always very good. Unfortunately the last box was very damaged on the outside. The recipes are delicious and easy to cook. My husband and I have become fans of HelleoFresh and rave to all our friends about how much we like it. We enjoy spending time together with cooking.
Nice idea, but TERRIBLE quality control. Most of the meals lack some ingredients. Every week I'd have to contact support to complain. They even have a system to know how much each missed ingredient is worth, so this is obviously happening a lot. Very disappointed by them.

I prepared a Roasted Veggie Farro Bowl for dinner. It was very filling and tasty! I would totally make this dish again. This was actually my first meal from HelloFresh. I like the whole concept of this meal-kit company?
I don't understand these people who are complaining here. I've been a customer for 3 years now and sometimes order more regularly and sometimes less regularly. And I almost never had anything to complain about. A package is lost once in three years. The customer service was friendly and very accommodating. There was a 100% discount on the next box and an additional 10 EUR was posted to my account. The people who complain here also complain about noisy children in a playground ... HelloFresh is great and it still feels very much in love even after 3 years of "relationship". The goods are the absolute top hammer! Everything is always super fresh and well selected. KEEP IT UP!
So I got a voucher from my company, worth 3x boxes for 2 people. (Approx. 45 ) When I wanted to redeem the voucher I was shown: Voucher not valid. So I turned to the customer service (chat), which unfortunately continued to break off. Several times I was referred off and they said the problem would be resolved ... but it wasn't! I was advised to try again the next day, unfortunately again without success, and I had to hear from customer service: the voucher is invalid because it has already been redeemed. So I am to blame for the whole mess.
Unfortunately, no goodwill was shown to me at all and 45 have expired.
We are very satisfied with the delivery service and the offer of HelloFresh. The concept is ideal for our purposes, as we would like to cook more vegetarian, but we lack the ideas and creativity, and on some days, the time to pick prescriptions, then go shopping and then cook. Dishes are selected from a pre-set menu on the website or mobile app up to a week before delivery. The menu covers almost every aspect of the culinary world, so basically there is something for everyone and a lot of variety is guaranteed. In addition to specifying whether you would like to have a purely vegetarian box or a box of meat dishes, you can also make Vor Einsellungen that meet your own preferences (little time for cooking, calorie-conscious light cuisine, etc.), so then courts are automatically preselected, if you missed it before delivery to provide the appropriate information. However, since the menu plan can be viewed and adjusted in advance for at least six weeks, we almost never used this function. The Lierferungen take place in a self-determined relatively narrow time window (on Wednesdays between 19.00 and 21.00 clock clock) and is punctually delivered by an external service provider, whose staff are always friendly. The products contained are fresh on delivery, well packed and sorted according to the dishes. If, contrary to expectations, something is not fresh or even missing, which is very rare, you get a decent and without much bureaucracy after a short message to the customer service discount on the next delivery. The attached recipe cards are clearly arranged and contain in addition to the detailed preparation instructions in individual steps and information on the nutrient values and the individual ingredients. So even beginners / chefs can quickly achieve success and to conjure up delicious dishes. In addition, as is well known, the exercise masters, so that steps such as cutting the onion, after 3 - 4maliger implementation, already go much faster by the hand and you improve your personal cooking skills with time noticeably. Since cooking together is much more fun, we usually do it together and take the steps at the beginning of the cooking process, so that everything goes a little faster. So far (in total about 15 boxes) we were very satisfied with 95% of the selected dishes. The protion sizes are appropriate, they saturate well and usually taste fantastic, which is basically the most important thing. We also like very much that you can collect the recipes and cook very well, if you get the necessary ingredients. Then you can experiment a bit and adjust the dishes according to your own preferences.
A few words of criticism are there after so much praise but also. In addition to the not inconsiderable price that you have to be prepared to pay for, such @home delivery will of course create a lot of packaging waste, but we greatly appreciate that HelloFresh is keen to avoid garbage and degradable / recyclable materials for it to use. The times given on the recipe cards are more suited to experienced cooks. If you cook your own meals and fry meat, stir the sauce and serve the salad while the potatoes are already in the oven, it can happen that not everything is finished at the same time. But also this problem gets you through the accumulated experience quite quickly under control. The previously existing reward system, where you could exchange points for rewards, if you had enough boxes ordered, I miss a little and should be reintroduced!
The bad reviews are still incomprehensible to me, apparently some are overwhelmed with a "subscription", which is in the form. icht there. You neither have to cancel, nor do you have to do anything for it, just press Stop delivery and you won't get anything. You can also pause individual deliveries, I find it just as practical (again just one click!)
I'm pretty enthusiastic, the portions are big and we really like to eat & a lot, it was never too little.

We were long term subscribers and referred many people to the service. After a break I was sent an email offering a discount if we resubscribed - I clicked the link to have a look at what was being offered, but DID NOT resubscribe. It turns out this was a SCAM as hello fresh decided to resubscribe me regardless (apparently just by clicking the link), with no confirmation, warning or even an email after the fact. The first I heard about this was a text to say payment had failed as our credit card previously on the account had expired. I logged in to see what was going on only to find the subscription had been reactivated, so immediately cancelled. Despite that, hello fresh decided to off their own back several days later deliver a box of food (again, without warning - I only found it because I received a text at 1am to say it was here). Now we are being forced to pay for food we DID NOT order, DID NOT want, and DID NOT consent to being sent to us, or we will have a bad credit rating?? As far as I am concerned this is a disgusting scam and we will never, ever return.
Well-designed cooking concepts with a lot of variety and adjustable parameters. Ingredients arrive well packaged and as fresh as possible. I deduct a star for the sometimes misleading descriptions of the recipes and the "relatively" high price.

I am a customer of Hello Fresh. The provider has a campaign in which you can recruit friends. Order the acquaintances so you get 30 credit, and the acquaintance also.
I referred 10 friends, I was credited with 300 credit. All acquaintances also ordered honestly there, this is demonstrable.
A few days later, Hello Fresh suddenly deletes all credit on the grounds that it is not permitted to advertise friends!

We've been huge fans of Hellofresh for more than a year. Several friends and family members have joined due to our rave reviews. This week, however, will be our last. If I can try to narrow it down, I would say since the beginning of 2019 it has gone downhill. This past week we had the third incident of bad meat. This, coupled with a noticeable decline in the quality of meat, at least 4-6 missing items, one undelivered box, and countless mistakes or missing recipes has forced us to cancel. After speaking to customer service we received a weak apology and an offer of 20 ...and then had the pleasure of this week's rotten pork. If Hellofresh can go back and review the recent changes made...new management, cheaper subcontractors, change in products?...perhaps they could go back to what they once were. If that happens, we will gladly come back.
For us, the HelloFresh machine has been in the Bistro / Socializing area for about two months now. Although it is not used by many employees, but all those who are continuously shopping then also fans of the machine. Ingredients are delicious and fresh, but the family box contains far too many dishes with too much fat. Cheese, butter, cream, mostly plates with 700-1000 calories. I find too much for dinner and for children.
Basically good service, great ideas and mostly good products. From time to time unfortunately not quite so fresh but here is the reason for the bad rating: I ordered a box for Saturday. It contained 4 meals that would have lasted until at least Tuesday. Unfortunately, the package could not be delivered to me by DPD, so they had to take the package back into the depot. Why the package could not be delivered to a neighbor is unclear to me but nungut. Instead of making a second delivery attempt after I called both hellofresh and DPD, the box was now destroyed because of "runtime exceeded". That means all food, including rice, pasta, spices, vegetables, etc. was simply disposed of, just because the package was not delivered. I realize that meat and fish should not be consumed uncooled but also to dispose of everything else seems to me more than wasteful. I can not support such a kind of food handling anymore.
Meat from Slovenia and Poland has often looked so inferior. Unfortunately I only looked at the package now. The vegetables are often wilted and not as fresh anymore. Hello Unfresh ...

The products and concept are actually good, but unfortunately I have to say that the service is really miserable. I received 3 menus and 2 important ingredients were missing, that would be embarrassing and annoying, and customer service doesn't answer at all. I sent 2 emails and received no response. I find it unprofessional and really unfair. That's why I can only give 2 stars and I don't want to place another order.
Hellofresh is great for professionals who have an allergy to shopping. I've been eating very unhealthily before, eating lots of fast food and a lot of food at work.
The only point deduction is the cooperation with dpd, the packages are sometimes so demolished that I think they were 3x shipped across the seas.
Numerous bugs have prevented me as a new customer from not only not being able to use a voucher, but even placing my first order at all due to said bug with voucher and not being able to use it. I would recommend alternatives such as Marley Spoon

Criminal and ABSOLUTE RIPPLE !! This company advertises with offers to get to know each other and then ensures that you are constantly sent boxes that you do not order. The first time I thought it was really up to me and questioned my own sanity (and my ability to operate an account), but after the hotline confirmed that my account has really been deactivated, this is months later reactivated "by magic" and I get the next bill sent. And this has already happened to 2 more people months later! This company is criminal and relies on sending the wrong orders because there are always "stupid" people who then pay. CAUTION - DO NOT SIGN IN !!!
I've used this service for a few months. A few comments - overall the recipes are easy to follow and good variety. The quality of the meat is quite poor. What we experienced a few times is that key ingredients were missing, which made it difficult to cook the meal. When inquiring about the missing ingredients, they offered 3$ to compensate for the ingredient, completely missing the point that it wasn't about the 3$ value, but about not being able to use the kit. So overall I would say his is a somewhat disappointing service.
In the beginning everything was fine, but the last 3 boxes came to us with massive damage. The problem was always solved quickly with a credit note, but this is not just about money, it's about wasting resources.

The food is delicious and varied. It helps us a lot in everyday life! One major criticism, however, is that herbs often come from Africa. Herbs such as basil and parsley, which can grow on every window sill in Germany! For me that has nothing to do with local and sustainable. Even with delivery bottlenecks in Germany, there must be suppliers closer to us than those in Africa! A complaint a few months ago has so far not changed the fact that I find herbs from Africa in almost every box ... What a shame. I hope this will change very soon.
HANDS OFF!!!! If possible I would like to give 0 stars. I was lured with a 50% coupon and had completed a subscription without any further information. Without my knowledge just another box with dishes was delivered, which I had not even selected. In addition, the box was simply placed at our doorstep at some point. We arrived on Sunday and had no idea how long the box was there. The customer service is a joke and shows no goodwill. The company is evil, they use the terms and conditions to pull the money out of their pockets without their active consent. I have never experienced something like that. This strategy will be a failure in the long run as neither I nor one of my friends will ever order there again. In addition, the recipes did not convince me. Everywhere broth and flavor enhancer. This is not cooking. In addition, e.g. the beans are not cooked after the specified cooking time. Since raw beans are poisonous, it's a mystery to me how to design something like that. Can't understand the negative reviews. Ingredients were always exact! The food tastes super good. Like in a restaurant. Easy to understand the recipes. You only have to be careful when choosing the recipes. If you are not fast enough you will get a random recipe which you may not like. So it is best to take a look one day after delivery and choose the right one for the coming week.
We have now ordered several months of HF and are more than satisfied. The products are of high quality and the recipes are both varied and delicious. Of felt 100 recipes 5 are probably not quite our taste. Highly recommended all FISCH recipes !!! It was always delivered on time and only once an ingredient forgotten. The customer service is really great. We can recommend HF with a clear conscience. Even after we tried another delivery service and unfortunately there were problems with the first order (taste, etc.) we are looking forward to our order from HF! Terrible customer service, no replies to emails or Facebook messages. "kontakt" button on their website redirects you to FAQ section? I was still charged for a second box, even though I cancelled right after the first one. Sending an email to "kundenservice@hellofresh.de" I got a reply that emails sent to this address are not read?! My delivery was rescheduled to another day automatically without telling me, I only got an email 2h before that my box is coming. It's a joke from start to finish.
There is always something missing, portions sometimes much too small, customer service does not exist. or goodis are promised that never come. Not recommendable.
Hello fresh has turned us into chefs! We have done it for about 12 months and yes sometimes they make mistakes but overall are very happy and feel it's good value for money and eliminates the need to go to the grocery store after work which we love.
In short: great recipes, but too much packaging waste, miserable customer service and the "test box" leads immediately to the second delivery - whether you want it or not. In detail to Pros: They are really great dishes and good ingredients. So far, we have overcooked 7 dishes - the last three, as I will explain shortly, not entirely voluntarily - and all the recipes were very good, both the self-selected and the lump sum sent.
Cons: The reason for this concept is that a little more packaging is produced by the end consumer than buying the ingredients in large quantities, for example on the market, is logical. But then that so much (unnecessary) plastic waste is installed, that was not clear to us. Even foods that I think could be packed in small paper bags (eg nuts) are packed in plastic bags. The meat products are not only in a cool bag, but each have at least a cold pack on the packaged in plastic and Hello Fresh takes the cooling packs so far not back. Overall, therefore, each dish is associated with so much plastic waste, that this alone was the reason why we did not want to complete a subscription after the test box. Unfortunately, this was not possible. The test box is already the beginning of the subscription and we would have two days before our test box has been delivered even the next delivery, which we had not even ordered, have to unsubscribe. I found out after a long research on the homepage. On a message from my part was not answered. The contact form leads only to standardized answers to frequently asked questions. The end of the song was that even though we asked Hello Fresh on Tuesday not to send us another box because we would not be home this weekend, we on Friday night - away from home - still one SMS have received, that the delivery will now deliver our package in a few minutes. By the way, that was the only response to our request to do nothing. A good friend then took pity on Friday evening to pick up the box outside our front door and put the food in the fridge, otherwise we would probably have found angry neighbors on Sunday evening and a smelly package outside our door.

The recipes are super easy to cook and we all enjoyed it very well. Unfortunately there were always problems: We ordered a Hello Fresh Box 3 times. 2 of them have unfortunately not arrived at our place. The first box was probably delivered to a neighbor, since we were not there, but unfortunately there was no one with the given name in our house. The second time everything worked out with the delivery, however the box was not completely complete; it was missing a spice mixture. The last box was not delivered. As we found out, the box was delivered to Munich instead of Berlin. Then the box should be delivered the next day, which was not the case. The customer service was very friendly and we got the money for the boxes as a credit again. Unfortunately, we always counted on the pits and therefore did not buy for the corresponding weeks for cooking, which we then in the evening, when the boxes did not come, were frustrated. Good idea, good products, good recipes, unfortunately bad logistics.
Edit: Even with the next delivery we have ordered from our credit, a leek rod was missing for a court.
Absolutely awesome. Great food. Varied and tastes great every time. In the 5 months in which I have ordered all of this, there has not been a bad meal. There was only one time that cream was missing, yes my God, people also work at HelloFresh. Not recommendable. You will be lured with a voucher, where the first box with 4 dishes only costs 25 . You have to pay first and then the recipes are shown to you, you can only choose from a handful. When I quit I was told that the next box was still to come. When I took a closer look at it, I couldn't even choose the recipes for the next box. This box was only canceled "out of goodwill" after contacting customer support. So if you order a box for testing and are not satisfied, you will be forced to buy the next box for 50 unless you struggle with slow customer support. The quantities for 2 people are also quite small. Either you just get full or not at all. If you do not like or tolerate individual products, you cannot unsubscribe from them. If, for example, you can't tolerate garlic, it still comes along and you have to dispose of it. So the whole thing has nothing to do with environmentally friendly. Then rather look for your own recipes and go shopping yourself.
Total rip off! Get a test package from a friend. Unfortunately, the test was automatically transferred to a subscription. I only noticed when I was debited via PayPal. Also couldn't be canceled at short notice. Now I have to take off a package that I don't want and couldn't even put together. Meat comes in small portions (1 piece 250g for 2 people! Not even cut to size) and from the Netherlands. 3. Beware of automatic extension with random dishes! Happened to me These random dishes may not be suitable (e.g. pork and the most creative thing you could imagine), so if you consciously order a box, be sure to check out what you want. 4. I don't have to say much more about the packaging problem and the biological footprint (travel routes) ...
At first I was super enthusiastic about the idea that the creators of Hellofresh created, varied recipes, well portioned, less food waste and very environmentally friendly packaging. I wanted to make sure that I tried it again, because I was still thrilled. Second delivery..... The box did not come on the agreed delivery day ... Message? from anyone who is not delivering ... ERROR DISPLAY !! A pity !! So I called Hello fresh the next day (after I finally found the number) and asked what was going on and why I was not informed if the box was not delivered (because my fridge was completely empty) And now there is a disaster and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When asked: why I am not being informed about a NON-DELIVERY, the answer is: you couldn't just inform every customer, you wouldn't know where the box went. I would report myself to Hellofresh anyway, because my box had just not arrived. ??? I do not want to do anything else about this call. I am just horrified by such poor customer service and also that it seems too good to apologize to the customer, but probably because Hellofresh is innocent (really?), Only DPD is responsible, because supposedly it was Box passed on to logistics, which I doubt. I have heard / read Hellofresh writes "red numbers". Changing this circumstance could help to optimize customer service and should such a problem occur more frequently, which has been conveyed to me to quickly find a new logistics partner, otherwise it will be nothing with the "black numbers" Pity !
We have already had some boxes, the first was without problems in the 2 box Unfortunately, a Hauptszutatgefehlt. We had already had moldy tomatoes and a lime. Sure there are now add ons and so you have ever 6 days to eat but 6 main courses were great to choose. which is a pity. We would certainly have often ordered for a whole week at the upcoming courts. It can be improved and with the wrapping you should throw an extra eye on it. So one can be 100% satisfied with his boxing. But one point was still the old smaller recipe card and I prefer it. It is SCAM. I had a voucher to use the service for free as trial given by a friend. The Box came with missing items, a lot of packaging although I have to say it was fresh and quality ingredients but overall I wasn't happy so I didn't act to order more, the following week, without any notification they took money from my account and kept sending boxes. I tried emails, calls and even reactivated the account but no answers. I did not find a place to delete my account with them? I was only able to send emails to my bank and make them stop any transfer from this organisation. all they care is to get an order but no service.
We were very happy at first. New ideas, quick and easy cooking. Unfortunately, we did not receive an order shortly before Easter, which was particularly annoying shortly before the holidays. The delivery should then be made up on Tuesday after Easter. Unfortunately nothing came. Two messages to customer service went unanswered. Customer service doesn't seem to exist, too bad!
What do you have for a "customer service"? I received a voucher for a free box from a friend and wanted to redeem it. Was never a customer of Hellofresh, so I have specially created an account for it. The order worked smoothly, but the next day came an email that my voucher was rejected and the order was canceled. On demand by phone or chat I could not be helped, since only the "e-mail colleagues" would have access to my data. Supposedly was then the problem that at the indicated address schonmal a free box has been sent (ever heard of apartment buildings?). In the end, I could not help in any way, because "the computer automatically canceled the order", and could not quite find out exactly what the problem is. Of course you could not reactivate the voucher either. The very last thing, however, was that I was accused by email support of my repeated requests for wanton fraud. Such bottomless insinuations do not work! If you do not have your system under control, that's a pity, but absolutely no reason, let alone justification, to approach potential customers in this way.
One week s box was late, one didn t come at all. You can spend hours on chat with someone who has no ability to help you or make any decisions without spending forever trying to get a supervisor (who never comes). They offer you a refund but what they give you is a credit toward a future box... you owe your soul to the (bad) company s store. Food options get very repetitious....
Order not complete. Meat and cheese was not there. Vegetables were soaked, not fresh at all. There is no customer service. There is no response at all to emails, and how can you deliver a box without all the ingredients? That simply does not work!
Attention! Hidden subscriptions are offered! For those who invite their friends to a so-called free box: this is not a free box, but this is an ABO, which is formulated so that it only notices when the second paid box arrives. The customer service is as good as unreachable and tries to persuade a telephone over again to another box. The product itself can not be recommended because it is absolutely unecological and not sustainable at all. There is a lot of waste. A deposit system would be the right thing to do, but this company is not just about the money, let alone the environment. Recipes are ok, but not stunning.
Not recommendable. I wanted to try HelloFresh and ordered a cooking box for me and my girlfriend. Then it was delivery day, but the box has not arrived - can happen. Called customer service and after 15 minutes on hold the money was refunded after a short call. Then I ordered again for the next week. Then again delivery day ... the box is not arrived again. Then I tried again to contact the telephone customer service, after 40 (forty) minutes holding pattern, I hung up. I can not say anything about the quality of the boxes because nobody has ever arrived. Now I hope by an e-mail to get my money back and try another provider. Not recommended by me!
If I visit the homepage and alone on the start page 21 scripts from third-party providers must unlock and the imprint is not reachable without cookies, then my appetite goes by. On the following pages there are even 24 scripts. As a reminder: the case law confirms the legal situation that the imprint must be reachable ANYTIME, even without the acceptance of cookies. So what should the cookie layer directly over the imprint link? Since spam is one of the distribution channels of the company and complaints about this even lead to house bans, I definitely know: HelloFresh is not a contractor of my choice.
Cancellation was not, as with food, the revocation does not apply - so be careful with the vouchers. Believe is their only solution for sales (with your investors) everyone has to pay at least once a large package even with so-called try vouchers!
We also wanted to try it once. Food was only "ok" (everyone can buy for 2-3 itself in the supermarket and cook at the chef) [no extra support]). The food was for 2 people, we were both still hungry and that meant something (we are not a glutton). The Plastikanteil is minimal less than buy yourself, therefore, no added value for the environment, it finds it even criminally so blatantly advertise (blindness of the people).

After more than sixty cooking boxes, I am still looking forward to it every week when I get the cooking box and prepare the delicious and varied meals. I learned a lot about cooking and discovered a new "hobby" for myself. The size and quantity of the portions is sufficient and the time savings is another important argument for the cooking boxes of Hello Fresh. Unfortunately, the delivery by DPD is very unsatisfactory. Delivery times are not met, the boxes are often damaged. This should really be optimized, then like five stars.
