DO NOT LIST YOUR HOUSE WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TOP DOLLAR FOR YOUR HOUSE!!! This company is very unethical and will ensure your house goes to someone using one of their buyers agents even if someone with another agent has a buyer willing to spend more money. They will lie and say that the other buyer is not willing to raise their offer.
These guys have helped us find the perfect home. We looked for a very long time but they were patient until we found the right one. I highly recommend working with them.

I did not have a good experience with Gregg Garrett realty at all. They did not respond timely and there were people that called to look at our house and they did not return their calls. I feel they did not do what they could to sell our house for the best price. They are all about quantity. Getting the most houses sold they can without really caring about the customers needs. Do not recommend at all.
Greg Garrett Realty used deceptive tactics to ensure a sale while the market was struggling; specifically, as an active duty military member at the time, I repeatedly made it clear to the realtor that I was looking for an investment property to purchase and later rent out after about two years due to military change of station. The townhouse I purchased was under a HoA with an extremely strict policy against owners renting their homes. The community, in which GGR had sold homes several times previously, had a waiting list of 7 years to be able to rent out a home to a tenant. My realtor chose not to speak on this in any of the multiple in person conversations or many phone conversations we had about the property, and the realtor was extremely familiar with the community and this policy, and instead later referred to a Zip drive emailed to me, (from a different realtors email address so it went to my spam folder), which would not open until I sent it to someone who had the software to open it, in which was a link to a webpage, where there hidden away were the HoA documents I was supposed to have been made MUCH MORE AWARE OF IN A CLEAR AND GOOD FAITH MANNER. I faced severe backlash and threats of legal action by the HoA and was forced to list the house for sale immediately. Never, ever trust this firm with selling you a home.

I am particularly grateful for Kim Schoener, who is the consummate professional! She s unafraid to tackle the tough issues and will not quit until the situation is resolved; unafraid to speak out and act on her owners behalf when warranted; unafraid to roll up her sleeves and do the dirty work...all of the qualities an owner looks for in a GOOD property manager. If you didn t know any better, you would think the property was her own. Investing in residential real estate is not always glamorous. Indeed, it can be very stressful; so it helps to have someone like Kim in your corner. THANK YOU KIM!
This is such a shady company to work with. Don t let their agents fool you. They are only there for their commission and will not do what s right for you. Save yourself and go with a different realtor. If I could give zero stars I would.
I m not really sure how this realty company gets any positive reviews. Our experience as buyers was absolutely horrible and way more stressful than it needed to be. Greg was the seller s agent however; everything went through his assistant. The communication was the worst and during our closing, while we were signing our closing paperwork, we were told the deal may not go through and Greg could have cared less. Ultimately the deal went through, but I can tell you that was because of our realtor. Not because of Greg and his group and I will never let them take the credit for that.
