Delicious butter. Where can I buy it in Michigan area

Don't even have a -5 star but. They load slow I came for PU I've seen truck come after me come and go as well as truck in thy dock after me 3.5 hrs later waiting in dock trucks still come and go but load has to deliver 5am been here 6hrs already....

I don't know what happened over the last few months... But 4 hours past my appointment time to load 4-6 pallets EVERY WEEK is absurd. A year ago I'd be here less than 30 minutes in and out. .. Now it's a minimum of 3 hours because my load wasn't ready yet... Plus another 30 minutes to hours waiting on my paperwork. Mistakes do happen and I understand that, but this has literally happened every week for over 5 months. What's going on here?

This place used to be cool... now you can't use "their" bathroom... and I had to wait 24 hours to get unloaded... I hope to never return here

Appointment at 0600. Checked in 0550. On a door right away, handed paperwork at 0645. Very friendly and fast. Dock hours 0430-2300. Plenty of overnight parking.

Very bad place to load and unload very slow if you are in a time crunch plan on taking your break there because you will be waiting. Have not seen a place this slow besides for Walmart.

I was late 3 hours , when i checked , they gave me door , loaded 25 min , overnight parking yes , clean restrooms

My appointment was at 3pm got here at 8am and was loaded by 10am and now I m doing a 10!! Great people it s all about communicating and how you say things

Absolutely Excellent!! People here are awesome and a beautiful facility in a beautiful rural area.

Arrived without an appointment, they were backed up but were able to get me squeezed in. Everyone was very polite and understanding, wish more places were like this.

In and out, plenty of Truck parking available, clean restroom. Great staff.

I work for a smaller branch of Grassland, and I love my job!

Make sure to scale out immediately,paper work says 42,000 lbs but when i scaled out i was at 79 700....... My truck can scale almost 44500lbs with out a problem so they lied!

Nice space...nice people...but watch out overloaded ...get immediately scale...don t trust what paperwork says ...they put me close 2000 over limit!

Over night parking. Quick loading if order is ready.

I give them a three because in the past I've be loaded fast but this last time was bad took them 5hrs to load me. Let's hope this was a bad night and not a trend.

Worst place to load came 9 pm one truck in front of me they put me in the door and went home everything shut down didn't even tell me

I agree with Nick Neuenschwander. I will no longer purchase Grassland products after dropping 75 Wisconsin farmers! If they have "too much" milk, why didn't they drop the farmers that they pick up from in MN & MI, instead of WI? Here's why! Local farm buzz is that Grassland Dairy is buying up land to start a "5000 head" dairy of their own! It's not Canada, it's the fact that they want to manipulate the market! & they knew this back in October already!! Right along with Nasonville Dairy, who dropped 14 local farmers, but grew their herd on Hwy 10, from 500 to almost 1000 already! So will no longer purchase Nasonville or Weber Farm products either! Canada is just an excuse! I'm BOYCOTTING their products! You should too! Had to select a star to post or there would be none checked!

I already waited for 5 hours to get unloaded and they are not thinking to do that yet. A guy here is waiting 8 hours already :((

Plenty of parking of to the side clean bathroom can stay overnight takes 4+ hours to load every time I've been here

Fast unloading.. Unloaded in just 15 minutes..Overnight parking .. CLOSE RECEIVING 11 PM .. THEY WILL CHECK U IN ..professional staff .. Check in lady was nice .. ABSOLUTELY GREAT COMPANY ..Great work ..Keep it up

The Office Staff at Grassland Dairy are extremely professional, caring, and experienced in all their areas!!!

Still one of the largest volume dairies I've visited, reasonably efficient with friendly competent staff. Their battery of storage tanks is impressive.

Busy place. Lots of trucks to unload load. Good people. Just sometimes it takes awhile.

Come there 2 hours before appointment, and they make ne wait 5 hours before I get door. What for you making appoitment if you can't unload on time. I will not recommend to come there. I lost my next load, just because they hold me more then they shoud.

Just extremely slow. Appointment at 8 am and out at almost 1 pm. Didn t get a door for almost 2 hours after my appointment. Decent people though.

They got me in and got me out in a pretty good time. Only spent about an hour and 15 minutes there. Be sure and take your jacket in with you when you get loaded or unloaded. Drivers are to be in the warehouse during that time. I wasn't told and about froze to death.

Always quick to get loaded. Paperwork usually takes a little bit of time to get. Super nice people.

Download very fast, have night parking 20-25 trucks, receving OPEN until 23:00.

Great warehouse guys they unload quickly and they are curtious. I wish you had a small store to purchase items. I'm sure you can tell I'm a women we just love to shop

Never will I buy another thing with the grassland name on it again after giving 75 farmers a letter saying they won't be picking up there milk anymore after 30 days!

I think it's a great place to work. The people are wounderful.

It used to be a great place to load at. Now it takes 5-7 hours, a lot more if you late.

Don't believe a word they tell you they say they will train you it lasts one day then your trainer disappears or just don't care then when u mess up they threaten you and tell you if you call in your in trouble the only thing this company worries about is the bottom line to many safety issues to mention don't work for this company

Used to be the best place in the country to pickup a load. No waiting, in and out quick. Don't know what has happened in the last year. Long wait times up to 5 hours. People not as fast nor as friendly as before. Just like most every other shipper.

Intake employee named Dallas was rude and I had to wait 4 hours after scheduled pickup time to begin loading

1230 pm and it s 530 still no door and these wait times I lost my next load because this place holds me up every time . And they do first come first serve.. more like first come last served

First time there and the staff was amazing and helped me figure out the routine for future visits!!! 2 thumbs up

Great company. Quick service. Overnight parking and a restroom. Empty in less than an hour each time.

Beware on transportation they have changed as of late!! By appointment only and be prepared to wait!! We had a load of butter spread from Mc Farland and the driver checked in early for a 5pm appointment and was not unloaded untill 10am next morning!! I will go thru certain terms to avoid them to bad for a local business!! Triple B Transport

Always slow to get to me. Once they do, they unload pretty fast.

Got here at 11:30.Dispatch told me noon and I get here and they tell 10.So I wait about an hour and 15 min.Got a door and there docks are off by 2 inches.You have to be on right side more than the left.I was very confused.Getting unloaded.Overall very nice and considerate people.

Thanks for loading me early and letting me get my 10 in the sleeper.Very much appreciated.
