Very nice and courteous service. Nice ambience, were wedding guests.

The renovation of the entrance and lobby is very beautiful.
The rooms are outdated compared to the entrance area of the hotel and the staff did not greet us when in corridors. The breakfast hat a good variety of things, however, it is very cramped and over crowded.

Well, the Quellenhof offers everything you could wish for. Perfect food, courteous staff, impeccable cleanliness but you get elsewhere for less money the same offered. From the room facilities rather for older semester.

For my 30th birthday my wife surprised me with a day room in this hotel. Before starting, my wife made inquiries with the sales department, all of which were fulfilled to the fullest satisfaction and imagination.
A warm welcome, quick and professional check-in, hotel tour and escort to your room can be expected in such a representative establishment.
the junior suite is finely furnished. The cake I ordered in advance was waiting for me in my room and tasted excellent.

We had lunch at the Grand Hotel Hof Ragaz, which is enthroned right next to it and belongs to the resort.

The superlative wellness area awaits you with a Roman. Thermal baths, enough space to relax thanks to different levels.
Outside we could enjoy drinks by the pool. Upon request, the birthday cake was served right by the pool. The pool boy was extremely friendly and competent.

In the evening we dined at Bel Air, which served excellent service and food. To celebrate the day, the restaurant offered me another birthday cake, which we were allowed to take with us, as the food was extremely filling.

At the end of the day, the hotel management exceeded the stay with a personally handed bottle of L. Perrier for the festive occasion 30 years.

A stay like in textbooks, enchanted us the day & stay.

Waited for one hour until the computer was free and then concierge let her friend use the computer before me, thus skipping the que. Don't come here if you expect business centre or ability to print. Spa is awesome though.

Especially recommended is Dr. med. Bollinger in the medical center. Miss Dr. Bollinger offers top-class aesthetic medicine with international reputation.

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a very pleasant, well-equipped spa hotel. The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and the restaurants are highly excellent. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the rooms. So if someone is prone to warm temperatures, they might want to visit in winter rather than summer.
The spa facility is very well equipped: length swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and cold pool. The outdoor area is also accessible in summer.
There are negative points for the lack of air conditioning, which is actually a matter of course in European luxury hotels. Man's best friend also costs CHF 50 per night here. In addition, the piano in the bar is only intended for the pianist, where other hotels welcome amateurs.

Service has unfortunately diminished greatly. Once upon a time there was a good hotel but due to the austerity measures the quality unfortunately suffers very much. For us therefore insufficient and we will spend our vacation elsewhere

The freshly upgraded hotel is highly recommended. Very clean and friendly staff. It is a very special hotel to visit. Was very happy with everything because I use this hotel for business, unfortunately I was only there for two nights.

A magnificent upscale Resort. The property is very well maintained. The interior architecture mixes the classic style and the modern style.

Access to the baths and spa is easy from the hotel, no need to go outside. But if you have children under 3, only a swimming pool is possible at the hotel spa.

Well designed and fresh renovated Hotel very close to thermal spa and golf course. Surrounded by the beautiful Kurpark and in midden of the village it's a jewel of upmarket hotel business. Starting point for lots of activities around Bad Ragaz.

My family has been going to this hotel for 30 years. Unfortunately, 45 million SFR were invested to redesign the hotel. Today it has become a cold, uncomfortable place where you no longer feel comfortable. If you stay there you have to get used to being thrown out of the hotel swimming pool so that Arab princesses can swim alone and, due to events in fine weather, are no longer allowed to enter the hotel's outdoor area, including the only outdoor swimming pool.
If you don't want to feel like a second class guest, even though this 5-star hotel costs around 1000SFR a day, avoid the Grand Resort.

We were only in the bathroom. I found it to be very, very expensive.
The water may be great and it is certainly nice to look into the mountains, but 38 ChF was very proud.

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a unique place. I was allowed to spend two weeks rehabilitation here after my knee surgery. In all respects the GRBR is top, be it in the medical and nursing care as well as in the training-specific rehabilitation. It is perfectly organized and the staff very competent and courteous. An essential contribution to the personal well-being contributes to the excellent, balanced food and the beautiful surroundings. I will gladly come back without medical necessity.

We have been here every year at least once for over 10 years and I must say I am up to this day always excited to come here. The spa is absolutely great they and have recently added a special pool area for kids. The food options are very good. There is a very nice golf course and the hotel is surrounded by a very nice park.

A really noble Grand Hotel with a wonderful park and a nice indoor pool. In the park there are always new exhibitions by various artists. There are also plenty of shady spots. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy.
Before, or after visiting the Tamina gorge a "must" to look at.

We visited the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz last year. While the SPA area is really nice and the hotel conveniently located next to the public baths, the decor does not impress. The place is old and could really use a general renovation. The service wasn t friendly either. Overall, not a bad hotel but certainly not worth the 500 CHF per night price tag.

There is nothing to complain about, it couldn't be better. We recommend!
