Quite Simply THE Best! Lewis is INCREDIBLE! A personable, professional guy who really does work miracles! I don't think my hair has EVER looked so good! Thanks to all the wonderful people who work there; it was a real experience and I'll be going back for certain! P.S. The food is good too!

Jordan is utterly awesome!!! So so talented and passionate about getting the colour utterly spot on... and some!! After bad experiences with a couple of non-London-based salons, I checked out the feedback on Gielly Green. I spotted the rave reviews about Jordan and was pleased when he was allocated to do my hair. To be honest, I thought, 'Are these reviews genuine?' 'Is he really that good?' The answer is, without a doubt, 'YES! He is amazing!' I showed him a pic that I'd taken to other salons, where I'd been charged a lot of money for outcomes that were completely disappointing, and weren't even close to what I'd hoped could be achieved. I came away from Gielly Green, overwhelmed with excitement! Jordan had not only replicated the look of the picture I'd taken in - got the whole vibe - but I truly felt the end result was better than the picture. He so understood what I wanted. He took the time, the effort and channelled his incredible creative energy to achieve that end result!! So, so happy!! I've posted the pics taken in the salon on Facebook today and all my friends absolutely love the look!! Unanimous in their praise of Jordan's talent. All of the Gielly Green team were very friendly and approachable. Looking forward to booking my next appointment with them.

Pascal always manages to provide the best, most professional and precise service I found in London. You feel in good hands from the minute you meet him thanks to his advice and kindness. Never been disappointed, can only recommend !

I had a cut and tint with blowdry. The colour was perfect, but I was not happy neither with the cut or blowdry. I was also a bit annoyed with lady's long nails, as she washed my hair and cut my fringe. I was seen by a junior stylist, but still, more expensive than elsewhere. The biggest disappointment however was not the cut and blowdry- it was the way I was treated after I complained. The manager who I spoke to, confronted me by saying 'this is the cheapest tier , I hope you knew that' and as for the long nails, her remark was ' I don't like touching door handles in restaurants either' ??! She had no courtesy for one second to say 'we are sorry that you are not happy' . There will always be customers who are not happy but how you treat them on such occasions is what makes the difference. I felt that my opinion was disrespected and I was confronted in the most impolite way. I was not charged for cut and blowdry, but I still left disappointed because of the way I was treated and how I left the salon without anyone saying a word.

I m a regular customer, I love the place and the service, my first choice is no doubt Simone, very skilled and passionate hairstylist which never let me down. Highly recommended.

I had balayage by Dario, I have never had my hair dyed before and it has been black forever, I was super nervous but he totally put me at ease. It took some time but was really worth it! He had to bleach my hair as it is so dark but it still feels super healthy and glossy. He did such an incredible job and he was so friendly and attentive throughout. I couldn't recommend him highly enough! Thank you so much!

Have been to the salon a few times now and each time I have left extremely satisfied! They have good products and great facilities. In terms of their hairstylists -Pol was my hairstylist the first time I visited the salon and ever since I have booked all my appointments with him. He understands my style, what I need, what suits me, and always takes good care of the condition of my hair. I imagine the salon has great professionals, but would not change Pol for the world!

Odette (facials, threading and waxing) is absolutely amazing. She is very personable and incredibly professional! Definitely recommend!

Gigi is hands down the best hairdresser I have ever had. She has rescued my hair from the bird s nest frizz it was when I first came to see her several years ago. She is incredibly skilled, very thoughtful and extremely personable. She is excellent at both cutting and colour. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Great salon in central London. Pol is my favourite - best stylist in town! He uses a special technique for cutting so my hair always looks fresh&amazing afterwards. He is also an expert in balayage highlights, I love a super natural & glossy look he creates. Trusty stylist is hard to find, will be going back!

Gielly Green has been my salon since I relocated to London in 2009. Their service is great and have a team of professionals who really takes great care of you. Lauren is my colorist who I trust trust trust. She is lovely and I must add, very efficient and the colour always comes out perfect. I have this formula that I used for years since I was in California, and Lauren sometimes will change it up a bit depending on the season. :) Rene is my stylist and she is such a perfectionist, i have a great confident in her every time I go there. Thanks Gielly green for having such a team of gems!

I had my hair cut with Simone and would recommend and would go back. It was worth travelling an hour across town to get the right cut.

Michele Antiga What a fantastic stylist, colourist and amazing with his scissors!! Have known Michele for many many years (since his arrival in London) and have never been disappointed after a visit. His colour technique is amazing with shimmering lights running through your hair His cut is superb, complimenting your face and giving your hair loads of bounce and volume. His style, whether your choice is very short, shoulder length or long, is trendy and timeless. Michele is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable when you discuss how you would like your hair to compliment your appearance and is honest with his opinions. He comes up trumps every time!!! Very professional hair salon. I use it often and my friends too. The staff members are very experienced and knowledgable.they ise very good quality products and I came back home very happy with my new look. I will be recommending their services to everybody I know. Good prices too.

Amazing cut and blow dry and Brazilian blow dry with Beryl! Such a treat to be at this amazing salon twice this month. Beryl always cuts my hair beautifully leaving it to be the perfect blend of sophisticated and sexy. Couldn t rate her highly enough!

Pol Garcia is the most fantastic hairdresser. He was recommended to my by a friend who always has fabulous hair. I always have a great cut and the best blow dry with Pol. Gielly Green is a beautiful salon and always a lovely experience with flat beds for hair washing and a great hair wash.

I have found Lauren to be the most capable extensionist I have ever used over a 20 year period. You can trust her and feel safe in her hands. She obviously has a feel and gift for it. She is also a good person to chill with in the salon-chatty, intelligent and interesting efficiently quiet if that's preferred. She knows what she is doing and is completely reliable plus you get the best result you could hope for-even with straggly hair. Plus she listens! It does not feel she is mainly after your bucks! RECOMMENDED.

Michele Antiga has been looking after my hair for almost ten years. Without a doubt he is one of the best colourists in the country. I call him a mgician and he is! People often stop me in the street to ask me who my hair dresser is because my hair looks healthy and well cared for. He is professional, creative, fun and takes great pride in his work. It is a wonderful salon - very professional, with up beat, super helpful people and great atmosphere. Fred is a very talented stylist who gives me a brilliant cut every time and Poppy is a fantastic colourist, selecting the best colour and taking care of my hair - the best salon I've been too.

A luxurious way to spend three hours and Joel Palmer is a true colour expert; white blonde to auburn made to look easy! Gielly Green is stylish, welcoming and delivers professional but friendly service; I cannot wait for my next visit.

I had the best haircut I ve ever had a few weeks ago here by Simone. I was super happy with the result initially but wanted to wait before posting a review just to see how it settles in and it s perfect. Simone is very professional, friendly and spent two hours meticulously cutting every piece of hair on my head. He gave me a lovely layered haircut. I have long straight rather fine hair but lots of it so it can get heavy and be a bit tricky to cut. While I had previously asked other hair stylists in expensive salons in the area to cut my hair in layers, I was always disappointed as the final result looked more like a single layer with a slightly shorter piece in the front. Simone s version (an actual layered haircut rather than a disappointing attempt at it) was so flattering on me and has the added bonus of my other half continuously telling me how great it looks. Highly recommend the salon as well, everyone was friendly and lovely, and Simone for a perfect haircut.

Always such a wonderful experience at Geilly Green. I always have the amazing Lauren do my colour and she always gives me a well needed lift. She also does the most fantastic hair extensions which gives my fine hair some length and volume without damaging it. These are a life saver and now I m addicted! Ben and Will do a brilliant cut and I always leave feeling like a new woman. Thank you Geilly Green for such a wonderful and pampering experience.

I've known Antoinette for 5 years now, we first met at Andrew Barton's salon where she was working at the time, where she entirely changed my look, in an impressive and unexpected way. She boosted my confidence and changed the way I look at myself ever since. I've been following her ever since we met, not only from the fact that she is welcoming, friendly and generous, but mainly because of her uniqueness and professionality at taking care and styling people's hair. She knows what looks good on each person, regardless of how they look like. She now works at Gielly Green in Baker Street where she is still performing outstanding services. As long as she is in the business, I'll never have to change hair dresser again!

Great hair salon with great atmosphere! I would definitely recommend Shona If you want to have the dream hair , she is very professional! Another nice thing that you can do pedicure and manicure in the same time and it saves your time. One more thing about this salon which I haven t seen before is the washing bed! It s amazing and feels so comfortable! My neck is happy!

Michele Antiga is one of the best stylist I have came across. Met Michele quite a few years back and always return for haircut ever since then. He always listens and suggests what's best in a very professional way. Michele does miracles with every haircut and you feel and look a million dollars after each visit. On top of that he's got a great personality which is always a bonus!

Gielly Green is the only place to get your hair done! Poppy works magic with colour and William cuts hair like no other! Nobody else would ever be allowed to touch my hair. They are both utterly charming and in the many years they have been tending to my locks I have never been anything but delighted with the results. The salon is gorgeous without being pretentious. I just wish time allowed for more frequent visits...

I visited Gielly Green Salon for the first time on Sunday.The Salon is lovely. Sky was very welcoming. She took her time to explain to me what my hair needs, she trimmed my hair and did the brushing . She did a very good job and the brushing with waviness was perfect, am so glad I chose this salon. I work in financial services and had to wait to discover this salon to understand the power of truly professional hair colour and cut. Carl from Gielly Green proved that they are worth investing in and the higher end you go for, the longer-term investments they ll turn out to be. At this salon I also had my make up done for the first time by artist Marina. I feel empowered when I leave the salon. And they have a photo booth with great lighting so you can leave there with new profile pictures of professional quality! I can t recommend it high enough.

I mean Rob is the best there. He is all about fashion, elegance, luxury and charm! Very handsome young man (wish he wasnt taken lol!) but enough of him, my second favourite is Toni, shes a star! Best hair dresser in town - always go to her for years now, wouldnt even go anywhere else! Please ppl take my advise and forget about all the other salons just come here and thats it! This place is really great and it s woth every penny! Devin has been coloring my hair in the last 6 months and she has simply done wonders. I am so glad I found her! So patient and open to feedback. I absolutely love her! Also, I called to let the girls from the bookings know that I would be late 30 minutes today and they were so understanding about it. Love the flexibility!

Had my hair coloured by Tony. She is talented and I like the result- although the result is different from what I wanted and what I told her I wanted, the result wasn't so bad. My hair condition after colouring it is good. might be not relevant but, Staff at the reception could have been more nice, made me feel a little uncomfortable. I think it might be better for them to stop the fake smile and to actually smile. :)

I've just moved from the U.S. and finding a salon and colour stylist was something I needed to do. My experience at Gielly Green Salon with stylist Devin was exceptional! Devin is lovely -- very friendly, listens, and is highly skilled. I can't say enough about how positive my overall experience was with the staff, Devin's assistant -- Hanna, and Devin. I am so grateful to have found this salon and my new stylist.

Since having my first cut with Fred Gielly a couple of years ago, I would never go elsewhere. He listens closely to what you re after, gives good advice and always delivers a beautiful cut. He s also very personable and interesting to chat to! I highly recommend him, he is fabulous.

My first visit to this salon. A lovely warm welcome, complimentary (and good) coffee. Steve cut my hair beautifully, taking great care and spending a lot of time ensuring it was perfect. He gave me good advice about products to use, but without any excessive sales pressure. Altogether a marvellous experience.

Poppy always does a beautiful mix of tones on my hair. As a natural brunette (and now some greys!) she works with me to create buttery, golden, and creamy tones throughout. I can change my mind over what I might like on each visit and she sticks to the brief, doesn't always do the same thing . I am annoying and high maintenance with my hair (and she knows this, ha!) but keeps me level headed throughout. Such a lovely person to chat to also, so makes the whole experience lots of fun. I have been coming to Poppy on and off for 13 years now.

Super happy with the results from my wonderful stylist Boo - would highly recommend. She seriously knows her stuff and gave me the exact results that I was after. Lovely, chatty gal who made me feel very welcome. Also, the salon was beautiful and clean which made it an overall dreamy experience!

Had the best cut of my life here at this gorgeous salon with hair stylist 'Simmone'. My hair was super damaged and I was really worried about going from mid length hair to a bob. Simmone cut it so well, removed all the dead ends, gave it body and texture and made it look glossy and healthy again. He then styled it but also took the time to share tips on how I should style it at home myself. Will definitely be going back to see him :-)
