We saw Mooseltoe here and loved the performance and the setting. Very nice theater, small enough to always have a good seat but big enough to not feel crowded.

my brother performed there , Billy Mira and he hitmen , great venue and good sound. i look forward to the next gig there !

We have been season ticket holders for 20 + years. We sit in the 3rd row. It's easy to get to. The actors are very professional

The show Memphis was phenominal!!! Kudos to the Cast and Production crew!! This is a must see!!!!

Being my first time at the Gateway, I did not know what to expect. I must say that I was very ..very .impressed! The staff was friendly and helpful. The performance of "On You Feet" was so many good things....funny...sad and specially Super Music. If you didn't at least stir in your seat...you had to be dead!! The actors were just wonderful! We had such a great time ...if I can..I will see it again! Thank you Gateway!

We went there to see the play Murder on the Orient Express. Very excellent kept you on the edge of you seat

We had tickets for 9/7 but were unable to make it. The staff was wonderful to deal with & we were able to go the following week. The theater is beautiful and Kinky Boots was sensational - as good as the Broadway show I saw 2 years ago!!!

Although I felt Me. Macchio gave a stellar performance, the show itself was not enjoyable. The story was weak, the music poorly arranged. I remember loving the movie but I don't think it translated well to the stage. I'm sorry. I really wanted to like it.

Your boy is back at it again for this one. We visited the Gateway Playhouse. This was very enjoyable, and what made this cool was they incorporated even children into the horror event. This is a must-see if you like your Halloween thrills. I didn't give it five stars only because I feel their makeup could be better. I know these are all inspired, young actors. They seem to have fun and enjoy what they do.

Bodyguard was an excellent show. I want to see it again . Don't miss it.

Have seen many great shows, Broadway comparable, somewhat pricey.

Fantastic Show! Really enjoyed the endless energy and amazing talent of the performers. Very enthralling! Laughed , cried and got to dance at the end! Saw it on Broadway and this was just as, if not more entertaining! Beautiful, costumes, props and expertly done! Loved it! A must see!!

It's was OK was more wowed the 2 previous years, over rushed and pushed through, i left irritated and not scared !

Very Good Show. Saw an "Evening with Groucho" . This is like going to Broadway without paying the Broadway price or the hassle and cost of getting to the city. These shows aren't just B'way quality. They are the actual Broadway Shows. Actors and all. And I found out that the Gateway follows the same rules as the Broadway Theaters do. Can't beat it. And they're not just plays. They have the best in the Tribute groups as well. If you haven't been here before, you don't know what you're missing. It pays to go on line and check out the up coming shows.

Just saw Sound of Music at Gateway Playhouse. It was great. The music and the actors were fantastic.

Great venue to see a live show. I had a great time and what a gem of a place.

The kids were great in the play, my grandkids had a great time and were singing along to the more popular songs in the frozen play. I wish I had more time to wait on the line with my grandkids to take pics with Anna & Elsa, but I had to get to work.

Shows as good as Broadway! Of course, that's where the performers come from.

Memphis was a great show with top notch performers, singers and dancers. We enjoyed the evening immensely!

Saw Momma Mia on 7/28/17 it was great to see the quality of the actor's was great they were Broadway grade many of them acted on Broadway. We had so much fun

Play was well done. Great actors. Problems with ladies room overflowing 3 stalls and seats need to be updated. Too many rips, etc. But will be back

My daughter and I saw "On Your Feet" on Mother's Day. The show was outstanding. The actors are extremely talented and professional. They all did a phenomenal job. It was beyond our expectations. All of the employees at the Gateway are very dedicated, helpful and professional. A nice touch on Mother's Day.... Moms were offered a complimentary drink. We look forward to booking another show in the near future.

Love gateway respect the actors they always try to scare everyone. The security is on point. Don't bring a bag they won't let you bring it in the house. No lighters either. I'm amazed I've gone three times this year alone and every time has been different somehow they manage to change the house to make everything night different. They only charge 35 at the door or 30 online. Fast pass is 40 online and 45 at the door. The workers are amazing I wish they spaced out groups better like darkside haunted house that's my only issue.

The show was great ! This would have been a 5 but the sound was off. I think we were opening night so the show must go on. Hopefully they will improve the sound check! Great job by the performers!

This was overall by far one of the best haunt experiences I've ever had. Gateway Playhouse spares no expense to put on one of the greatest spooktacular shows on Long Island. I was fortunate to met the producer and director of the playhouse tonight. One of the nicest people I've ever met. He took me on a quick tour around the entire playhouse. He made me and my co-worker feel extremely welcome. I would rate this establishment a 10 out of 10 on the haunt scale. This is truly a show not be be missed and to be loved by all. As a member of the haunt community, I truly appreciated all the intricate detail incorporated into this production. Gateway playhouse delivers everything that you could want in haunted event. I will most definitely be returning next year and will be recommending this to all my haunt friends and family. Gateway leaves you wanting more! Can't wait for next year! Happy Haunting!

Decent Halloween attraction, was a fun Saturday night

Saw Link Link Circus by Isabella Rossellini, had fun learning about animal behavior

We all enjoyed the show very much. We continue to be delighted with the excellence of the performances and will continue to be subscribers.

Ticket price + internet convenience fee $5.50 + processing fee ($5.00) + facility fee ($1.00). Fret not, they don t charge for air to breathe or the use of the sidewalk. Yet.

Musical arrangements and direction appeared to be more on a college level of thratical performances. Sound quality was poor. Voices were not intergrated or capitalized. But it was highly energetic and the dance remined me of Vegas showgirls. Storyline and book were predictable and sterotypical.

Going there for the first time,it was easy to locate and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We saw Little Shop Of Horrors and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Last year the walk through was 1000% better but I understand due to covid. The drive-thru version on the spook walk was pretty good and I would think pretty older kid friendly last year was so much better though. There was beer and food and places to shop and games and so so so much more. So dont think this is all the have to offer. They are working with very strict guidelines that they followed successfully. It just limits the experience and what the could do. Please give them a chance next year if you were dissatisfied with your experience. They have a lot more to offer!

Funny show but I was told the stage can be easily seen from any seat which was Not the case! All I saw were heads in front of me at the Bellport Theatre. If I go back there again, I would Only sit up front-- otherwise it's 'Not' worth it. They shouldn't have 'lied' saying that there are no bad seats in the house.

Kinky Boots was amazing. Seeing my little Robbie brought tears of joy to my eyes. The whole cast was awesome. I would definitely see it again. The lady behind me said she saw it on Broadway and this was better than Broadway.

Gateway is a great small, local theater. Every seat is a good seat. I've seen many shows, and each have exceeded my expectations. After seeing Rent twice on Broadway, I saw it at Gateway last year, and it rivaled the quality of the Broadway production. I highly recommend!

I have gone with my daughter of numerous shows over the years. They are spectacular. The performers are very good.

Went to see Cabaret, and as usual was not disapointed. Will definitely be back for future shows.

It was fantastic. Loved the haunted playhouse. Would definitely recommend going there.

Memphis was phenomenal. Parking was horrendous. Time to clear out some of the grassy are by the entrance for more handicap parking.

Went for the haunted house. Really good. Long. Worth our time and money.

Nice small town type of venue. Not exactly state of the art but cozy and fun

Great production of the Sound of Music. The understudy performed for the star of the show (Marie von trapp). Too bad today was last day for this show. Very professional. Most Gateway productions are very good - this was one of best I have seen.

The place is run down and in need of some TLC
In the past we had been subscribers for the season. But not this year. Ticket prices have gone up while the plays quality have been going down. Some plays they had I was actually embarrassed to have taken my daughter there to see it, between the language and content..oh boy
I'll be very choosy in what I'll see there

My daughter is an actor in the annual Haunted Playhouse and attends the conservatory. What am incredible gem Gateway is to so many people. With less and less funding going to theater and performing arts, even more reason to support Gateway. Monthly, Seasonal and Holiday shows for kids, teens (Les Mis Teen Edition) and seniors.

Unbelievable show real brodway performance beauty and the beast at their best thank you for best time ever

This was at the Patchogue Theater which we thoroughly enjoy attending. Kinky Boots was high-energy and enjoyable musical theater.

The show was absolutely top notch! I ve been at the theater for other productions as well and have never been disappointed.. great job by all. Thank you!

I have been coming here for the drive-in movies. I have seen three movies here thus far. The presentation of each film has been outstanding each time. They do indeed show the movie rain or shine, unlike some other places. Also, entrance and exit from the drive-in is fast and easy and the staff members have all been enthusiastically friendly and polite. The historic nature of the property and buildings adds to its charm. I hope to return for more movies and at some point attend live theatre productions once that returns.

I've seen 2 shows at the Gateway playhouse in the past 2 months. I had a wonderful time at both shows. I highly recommend this venue. The employees are friendly and accommodating. Price is pretty reasonable as well.

The show Memphis was great! We totally enjoyed everything about the performance . A jewel in the heart of bellport. Wouldn't hesitate to go again.

This place way scary. I just left and my legs hurt after being tense from fear. I looked up a lot of haunted houses and saw iffy reviews so I kind of gave up until I was invited to this one. Definitely worth it. The actors were great especially since I was in the last "show", they were very commuted to the scare. I don't want to say anymore else bc I don't want to give it away.

The best haunted house ive ever been to , it was amazing!

My son is in musical theater and he loves it. Great staff and he's with friends that have been going for 3 years. A very supportive environment.

To be honest , I feel like it's way too overcrowded, they should figure out a better way to make it less packed. I get it they are trying to make as much money as possible but seeing as so many people go they should have it as reservation only and limit the amount of people for each time slot so you're not just waiting in lines for hours. I got there around 9 and didnt get into the haunted house until like 11. also the jump scares weren't that amazing, here and there they had some really cool rooms and actors but as a whole idk not the best haunted house I've been to. I think it could of been better.

Such a cool old venue. Outdoor seating for before after and intermission. Small bar.

The drive in theater series has been awesome. I hope they keep this going post covid19.
