I purchased an apartment under the administration regime. From the first moment, all deadlines were respected, there was no increase in the budget and the building is of excellent quality. They are so careful with details that it is surprising. The staff are extremely attentive and resolute. The company lives up to its fame. I definitely recommend it.

I bought an apartment at Gabriel Bacelar and do not recommend it. It is too much marketing for the low quality offered. First, my property is showing some hydraulic and electrical problems due to the low quality of the materials that were used by the construction company. Not to mention that the air conditioning ducts, the construction company instead of using copper (as in every construction site) opted to use a duct called "PET", which is horrible, since it is made of aluminum and plastic, the result of which is the "pet" duct burst in one point and I had to change all the air piping in the apartment because the "pet", unlike copper, does not accept amendments.
Another point of note, is that when I was at Gabriel Bacelar, I was attended by this real estate agent named Josias (who speaks here below), where he gave me absurd values of the apartments that I knew the same AP was being offered at lower prices by other brokers (more than one) of the GB itself. I was annoyed because I thought that as a customer I deserved more respect.
