The course selection was satisfactory, but I wish there were more options in my particular field of interest. The content provided was informative, but it lacked a bit of depth and was more on the introductory side. The interactive features, such as quizzes and forums, were helpful in enhancing the learning experience. However, I encountered a few technical issues along the way, with videos not loading properly at times. The customer support was responsive, but it took a bit longer than expected to resolve my problems. Overall, Futurelearn provided an average learning experience with room for improvement in terms of course variety and technical reliability.
