Super clean hotel, great food, and the best staff!! I ve been staying here since Sunday for work and it has been just the best experience. 10/10 recommend. My coworker and I have tried so many different things on the menu and the food is just great. The lobster tacos have been our favorite so far. That and the salted caramel ice cream. I have a huge sweet tooth Thank you four seasons!

By far the best hotel in Houston.

Once arrived we were greeted by Arthur whom was more than pleasant and surprised my expecting wife with a four seasons toy for our upcoming newborn. Arthur also sent a body pillow up to the room, which we thought was thoughtful. He remembered our name and always was a delight to see throughout our stay. The evening front desk receptionist was also very nice however forgot his name.

Daniel at Bayou and Bottle is the best mixologist we have ever came across. Definitely the highlight of our stay. This guy knows his liquors front and back. Never met anyone who loves to share his wisdom and knowledge as much as Daniel. Bayou and bottle is contracted with Top Golf Suites thus your able to drink phenomenal drinks while having competitive fun.

Valet was quick and memorized our car, thus was able to get our car quickly.

Overall this hotel/facilities are great but the staff here really take it to the next level and makes the experience that much different than staying at another 5* hotel.

We can t wait to return.

We went for breakfast. Great food, real treat, they know how to make you feel special. Yessica was awesome!

Haven't seen it since the remodel, it looks great. I especially love the peek-a-boo door.

The best customer service! I am a florist and was setting up for an event here last weekend. Every staff member was so kind to offer help as I loaded in. I was not a guest of the hotel yet they still were so accommodating. Look forward to future events at FSH!

Beautiful, very stately hotel. Highly professional top notch staff. My Suite was roomy, nice decor, furniture and super comfortable bed with high quality king size down pillows. Satisfaction garanted. 5 stars indeed

Went for dinner and drinks, the Dr Pepper Old fashioned was great , food was in point as well.

I stayed for a mommy get-away and it was everything I could have hoped for. The suite was spacious and luxurious. I can t decide whether I enjoyed my Prosecco by the pool or room service breakfast more. Thank you for the wonderful time to recharge!

Four Season has impeccable customer. Went on Sunday for the exquisite brunch , but was close due to the 19. Instead we had brunch at its Bayou and Bottle which tasted like it came out of the frozen section of a local grocery and pass through a microwave. However staff was great.
