If you want to spend couple thousand and still LOSE the case, AND pay a bunch of fines. Pick this lawyer , hes good at it. PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A GOOD LAWYER , this guy and his firm are scums

This firm was highly recommended but a complete disappointment! They offer a free case evaluation but Mr. Benevento was unprofessional, impatient, insulting and rude. Seemed more interested in being retained then listening to our case. Wasnt helpful or interested in helping us; only thing on his mind was MONEY.

I highly recommend Mr Benevento. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was always accessible and answered questions about my concerns.

Eric Smith was very rude to me today and out me down the whole time I was there because I had to look for some of the info he needed and because I wasn't badly hurt he wasn't going to make money off of me so he was not interested he even became annoyed asked me how old I am because I didn't get certain people names that I should of. He could of easily said this is not a case I usually handle and refer me to another or don't not down play me the whole time I'm there and I was already stressed the whole week from a cop hitting my car so I just got up and left and started to cry after I got up and walked out he says YOUR WELCOME in this whatever voice he felt no pain for me he saw no money signs and didn't wanna be bothered he has no feelings.

These guys get the job done and FAST! My Boyfriend and I had a bench warrent for unintentionally missing my court date.. I went in on a Friday to explain the situation and had a new court date by Tuesday, warrent lifted and CASE DISMISSED. Anthony Benevento made us feel very secure and we felt as if we knew him for years! Thats the type of service I want to pay for. These guys truely are the best and they are very reasonably afforable! I wont go anywhere else !
