Rented a F-150 XLT in August of 2019 for 2 days. When we turned it in there was a very small chip in the window about the size of 1/2 a dime. We did not go back while the picture was taken (by agent 1709). Three months later we got an email stating we owed $875 + $90 for a day out of service. The picture of the chip had huge runners on top and bottom which were not there when we left it. Also, they billed us for a back window replacement for a 2017 Pathfinder. The amount we owed had the incorrect rental number on it. I email Danielle (Claims Manager) and explained the numbers were transposed on the invoices and I needed it to be corrected so I could turn it in to insurance. It is now February 2010 and after numerous emails to Danielle I know it will not be corrected. She was very adamant that I was wrong and for the last 3 weeks she will not return my emails or phone calls. I called Gary at the repair center and he was extremely nice and said he remembered the invoice numbers were mixed up and would correct it and resend. I explained all this to Danielle and she refused and could not understand I only wanted a correct invoice to turn in. She was very rude by not returning my calls or emails. I have been trying to pay the 2 other fees but can't get an answer from anyone on how to make the small part that is mine to pay. Do not rent from this company and they will not work with you.
