We recently had hardwood installed and they did an excellent job! Everything met our our expectations from working with Jim D. in sales, to the estimate, the delivery of the wood, and the installation. When they installed the hardwood, they were neat, organized, and did a great job. I would highly recommend Floors USA.

USA floors is my go to for flooring choices and installation services. They are my continual choice for all flooring installation we have made so far and their team is super helpful, great at listening to my requests and executing those requests.

Floors USA ( Jim Candidi) definitely gets my vote for going above and beyond to assist me in finding a hardwood floor to match an existing older floor. I needed to have it ordered and installed in less than 10 days. Not only was that a tall order but it was not going to make anyone rich as it was on sale. They could have moved me to a more expensive floor due to the somewhat urgency of my situation. I had shopped around and could not make it happen but they did. I will be returning without question as soon as the budget affords to purchase other projects I wish to have done in my home!!

In-store services is 5-stars, installers are 3-stars. The store staff are knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly. They gave me a great price and got me set up very quickly. I would absolutely work with them again. Unfortunately, the installers were less than perfect. I wound up with damaged baseboards and nails sticking out in my kitchen after my laminate was installed. It's an easy DIY fix to sand and repaint them but I wish I didn't have to do it. They also didn't put my fridge back correctly and broke my trash can.

The King of Prussia store has an incredible variety of floors, carpets, etc. YOU can definitely find what you are looking for - most importantly, the staff are very knowledgeable and eager to assist you with your project. Dennis was a great help to us. He steered us to the flooring that would work best for us. One the way out, we found an amazing Karastan rug for our foyer floor! We will shop there again!

My Wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Floors USA on our new hardwood floors. Natalie is so AMAZING! She has such a great attitude and sense of design. Not pushy at all, just helpful. Also, her communication is top-notch, responding to calls quickly. When our new wood arrived to acclimate we thought it was the wrong product (a lot of people do this, haha). So we called Natalie, sent her a picture of the product and she quickly confirmed it was correct. The real issue was we had the wood sitting in our dining room, which is blue. The bounce light from the blue walls made the wood look more ashy. We checked the wood in more "natural" light and it was perfect. Not enough good things can be said about Natalie, she's our go-to for floor design now. Lori is super helpful as well. Scheduling all the installations and communicating at each step. I always knew exactly when the guys would be here. Between Natalie and Lori you never feel forgotten. They always make you feel like a priority which is awesome. Mike and his team of installers are experts at what they do, its that simple. Tulio, Wes & Henna were very kind people who care about their work (hopefully I spelled their names correctly!). They arrived prepared and got straight to it. Wes did an amazing job of laying down the floor. All the lines and selections just look so clean. Wes would ask us periodically if we liked the pieces he was putting down to ensure we were happy, which was great. Tulio did all the baseboard cuts and transitions to perfection. Even transition/custom pieces for rooms that didn't get the new floor. No spot was missed or ignored which shows their attention to detail. Again, very respectful, hardworking and experts at what they do. They were here for 2 days and made sure to cleanup nicely before leaving, which I appreciate. We've got two young kids and two dogs so keeping the houseful "semi" functional was important. Please don't forget about Mike either. Such a nice guy with loads of experience. He has a great eye for spaces as well so his feedback is a great addition. As you can imagine my wife and I are ecstatic about the new floors and could not be happier with the final product! Their beautiful and quite the upgrade from our older laminate/vinyl flooring. We'd encourage anyone looking for new floors to visit Floors USA. In my opinion they are superior to the competition in every way. Personable, Not Pushy, Easy to work, Knowledgeable, Respectful and . . . Affordable (that's a big one). We have nothing negative to say about this entire experience. Thank you!!!

My husband and I worked with Jim Dougherty at Floors USA in King of Prussia. Right from when we entered the showroom, we were assisted by Jim. He came back to check on us and answered any questions we had while we were choosing our laminate flooring. He made the entire purchasing process easy and was very helpful. The flooring came in in a timely fashion and the staff was great to help load our car with all the planks. Once we finished our upstairs, we loved the flooring and experience so much with Floors USA, we placed a second order to redo our living room floor. Even when we had a few boxes extra that were unopened, Floors USA allowed the return and refund for them. Each time I called him to ask questions or when we placed another order, he was quick to respond and called me back promptly if he had to do research. The prices were great and there was a large selection. We are truly happy from start to finish with our experience with Floors USA and highly recommend them.

My entire house has been purchased from and installed by FloorsUSA over a span of multiple years. Carpet, tile and hardwood. Great buying experience every time and even better installations. Deliveries were always on time, and installation folks were always helpful, clean and finished on time. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in their service area.

After having many issues with our flooring from Home Depot without resolution, we had to change floors and went to Floors USA. I am so glad we did. This has been a great experience from beginning to end. The salesman, David, was very helpful and made everything easy. After picking our floors, the installation was quick, efficient, very professional in every way. Now we are getting new carpets from them. 5star rating for sure!

I have next written a review before. As a small business owner I feel obligated to write this review. I always want to support a family owned business. I have given them many chance. Natalie in sales is awful. Don't expect her to call you when your order is in, you need to constantly call to schedule an appointment for the installation because they never answer. If you leave a message on the voicemail, they never get back to you. Such a shame.

We purchased our carpet and had it installed by Floors USA. The installers were excellent. They called ahead and arrived on-time. They were extremely courteous and the installation was done to perfection. Highly recommended.

Floors USA and Leo were amazing. Very helpful and my new floors look great. From the sales process to installation everything went smoothly. They were quick to respond to my concerns too.

Everything was great from start to finish. Melissa Watson did an excellent job helping us pick the right carpet. She was very knowledgable and enjoyable to work with. The installation crew did a fabulous job. They were neat, efficient and courteous. We would definitely shop here again.

Overall working with Floors USA was very positive. We used them for LVT and carpet. Their CoreTech LVT was superior to Avalon's equivalent, and only 20 cents per sf more. Carpet was a little less. Pricing for the entire job was $800 less then Avalon. Install for both LVT and carpet was done professionally. Dave Raskob was our salesperson. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He never tried to rush us in our decision making. The only thing as an FYI is double check the measurements on the quote (like with all quotes you get from places). You should know not only the sf of the room, but the sf of the LVT box. They will take back any unused box and credit you, but not an open box. Which means you pay an install for product that was n't installed.

We are very happy with the purchase of the tile for our laundry room. We were able to find the style & color we wanted at our price point, and the service we received helped make the transaction and delivery seamless!

Floors USA was great to work with from start to finish. Our salesman was very helpful with guiding us to the best carpet for our needs and the installers were great as well. We are very satisfied with the transaction.

The place has the best selection in the Philadelphia area of real quality wood flooring. Avalon was not close. Their hours are also great. Michael and Jim there know hardwood and the product/brands they are selling. Their prices are also very competitive. I did not use their installation service, so I can't speak about that part.

Go see Melissa Fein at Floors USA. She is awesome with design and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Will never use anyone else. Installers were neat and clean and rug looks awesome in the master bedroom.

When a used-cars salesman is a failure, they start working here. These guys might have good products, but they either don't have the knowledge, or don't care to share it. I'm so glad that a much better store is just up the road. Go to Avalon Flooring instead for knowledgeable sales.

This is the second time I've used Floors USA, and they once again exceeded my expectations. The carpet was high quality, the scheduler was flexible, and the installation was quick and professional. They will be getting more business from me.

We recently had Floors USA to install a whole house of carpet and hardwood floor. Natalie was delightful to work with. When we first walked into the store a few months ago, we had no clue what we were looking at. She "held our hands" every step of the way, showing us and explaining to us what to look for and gave her opinions on various decisions we couldn't make. We landed on a very beautiful Peruvian hardwood floor which looks beautiful in our downstairs living space. We have so much compliments from our family. The carpet upstairs is so soft that. Funny enough to say this... every morning when I wake up, I cannot wait to step my feet on that soft carpet. It's like walking on air. Many people I know would just go to Home Depot / Lowe's for the flooring. We went there too. But those big box shops just lack that personal touch during the whole buying process. Many times we walk in to these big box shops, we had to wait around for some random person to answer your questions. Also, these big box shops just do not have the variety that Floors USA has to offer. We are so glad that we did our floor with Natalie and her team. We got some truly quality products at the end. Also a shout out to Lori at the scheduling department. I was tough to reach and we kept missing each other's call. We found a solution that we communicate via text. It worked perfectly.

I was referred by the previous homeowners to use Floors USA based on their past experience. When I contacted them, Melissa was quick to respond and assist me with our needs. The team came to measure our space and provided us with the measurements and floor plan. Our installers were fast, clean and efficient. We opted for an in-stock carpet as time was a factor to get installed before furniture came in, but there was a large selection of floors to order, as well as area rugs. When we decide to redo our other floors, we will definitely be contacting Floors USA.

I was desperate when my hardwood floor became damaged from the winter storm and I could not find the flooring here locally. I was put in contact with Flora USA and Jim Dougherty. He had the exact floor and shipped it to me cross country and the renovation is now completed. Jim is a great guy and I really appreciated working with him. Great customer service. I could not have asked for more.

Big store with lots of product choices. As someone in the trade business who sees all kinds of good and bad products, these seem to be good products, not outstanding tho... We bought prefinished hardwood and let them install it. Most of the points off here are for the installation. It was ok, but the installers weren't that good. Better off DIY'ing it or getting a good floor guy. I might buy more flooring there in the future but would never let them install anything again. It was good enough to pass and there will be area rugs so whatever I'm not gonna sweat some little gaps, unfilled nail holes, some tiny dents in the floor. Install price was way too much for the work we received, salesman said no one could pick up the extra full box that I would get a refund for so I had to drag that back there so more points off for the lack of customer service. When I asked the installers about taking it back they just looked at me funny and shrugged...

We purchased carpet for the bedroom and living, and a vinyl floating floor for the kitchen. Both were priced fairly and a decent quality. They held both for us until the contractor was ready to install in a couple of weeks. Everything looks great!

Attentive sales and customer service. I am a loyal customer and have all positive remarks. Most recently we had our staircase recarpeted. The padding was low grade and the stairs carpet lacked plushness. Floors USA sent a representative to the home to evaluate and agreed with the hardness. We upgraded the padding and has the carpet reinstalled. I was charged only for the difference in cost of the padding.

Visited several flooring stores looking to replace our carpet in the living room and dining room with laminate/ vinyl. While the pricing and selection from store to store was similar for the most part, the sales assistance from Jim Candidi was what helped our decision to purchase from US Floors. Jim was very knowledgeable, interested in helping us make a good choice and allowed us to twice take some samples home to help in our decision Jim provided several good tips and recommendations since I was installing the floors myself

Extremely happy with my purchase. The installers - Jimmy and Fernando - did a very thoughtful job of installing the carpet and there was no mess! Everybody who sees the new flooring, loves it.

I was thrilled to find a matching carpet to a 9 year old water damaged one in my basement. Someone came out to my home very quickly to measure the area which needed to be replaced and was thorough enough to also measure the thickness of a matching pad. The pad needed to be special ordered and took longer than expected to be delivered. The installer knew I was not happy about that and scheduled me exactly to fit my schedule. It s clear all parts of the process work together for ultimate customer satisfaction.

We got two area rugs, carpeting for our upstairs, and carpet for the stairs in our house, and we love all of it! We got our carpeting upstairs for a very good price as well.

Floors USA just put a new floor in my bathroom. My wife and I shop all around to the local businesses and finally went to floors USA and found exactly what we wanted. They have a wide variety of floors to choose from an excellent workmanship I was very pleased with the outcome of my bathroom floor.
