this is probably the worse company ever. I signed papers for monthly payments and they changed them to one lump sum payment. now they say that's how they do business in one lump sum not payments. highly recommend using a different company. id give no stars if possible. they use a third party billing company, which is the same company under a different name. awful customer service
Billing department failed to get the right ins.code so ins. Co. Wouldn't pay and1st. Choice sent me a 10 day pay or they would pursue collections
Knee Scooter. Would rate lower if I could.
-Sent in request 2 weeks ago without any communication.
-They never submitted authorization to my insurance to start the process.
Poor customer service, no returned called from rep to supervisor.
This company lacks honesty.
1. lied about submitting claim when they didn't
2. lied about calling us after I faxed in script.
I have made multiple attempts to get a simple knee scooter without success over a period of two weeks. It shouldn't be this hard but for these people the simple is too complex.
Avoid this company if you can help it.
The worst people to handle a human being supplies! I won't let them handle my dog supplies if he was sick! Vicky lies threw her teeth if she still have them! If I knew that this company was so disorganized I was have never took any supplies from them! But my doctor office used them without my in put! Never again will I let theses people handle anything for me!! They are a joke! They tell you they can do things in the beginning, then change there mind after they get your business! What a racket they are running! If I could rate a zero I would cause that's what they deserve!
CPAP department is staffed by very friendly and helpful people who provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommended for any CPAP needs.
not one bit happy!!!been fighting over a year to get a portable oxygen machine fixed ..they said they had no record of me having one..but when they took over sentara accounts they got all my information .so this year the guy said if i dont let them take it i would have to pay.so they took portable the guy told me i can get it back once i they get script he bring it back..so getting upset i told them to come get the equipment .now iam on my backup the wall one.the guy said since they took over sentara all equipment belongs to them.i let them take portable thinking i would get it back.so i hope this review will help others i will not have them at all.
I have had the same experience as most of the other reviewers. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a piece of adaptive equipment but was told it would be delivered the day after hospital discharge. I have left several voice mails with NO returned phone calls. I haven t been able to reach a live person on the phone. I do boot recommend and would urge others to request their physicians place orders through a different company.
Terrible service my wife was trying to get home from the hospital and her Dr. Ordered oxygen and she couldn't leave the hospital until we had the oxygen in the home. He ordered the oxygen and they said they'd deliver it by 3pm. Now it's 6 and still no word I've called 3 times and nobody can tell me when to expect delivery. My wife can't come home until we have the oxygen. Order was in by 9 a.m.
Our doctor ordered oxygen to be processed and delivered to our home. That was on Monday, and by Wednesday, a follow up call was made to the office. No one returned our call. As the customer, they did not call me to tell me there was an issue. On Friday, I called the office, only to be told they had transferred our order to another company. Still, no one called me, the customer. I called the other company, and they never received the order. First Choice is totally unprofessional. The other company, when we did get an order to them, had oxygen out to us in 2 hours.
