We've been waiting for them to reach out to let us know when we can start our session but no one will make the effort to do their job. I've been to this place and no one in that building is extremely busy, not one single person is busy enough not pick a phone and dial a number. The amount of money they steal from people and the lack of effort on thier part after you leave their parking lot does not add up to good business. Some of the richest organizations are criminals and these people fit the bill to a T.

I have been dealing with Family Ties Inc. For about a year and a half. On two separate occasions I brought my son in for his monthly appointment and only one of two of his prescriptions were sent into the pharmacy. I've asked for the paper script to do it myself and they said they cannot give me a paper script.
What if this was heart medicine that my son had to have daily or he would die?? Oops!! I guess he would die. His meds were not sent by the psychiatrist in a timely manor. or at all. Im very displeased with the service. The office is only open for Appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays and even then the scheduler Tamika Ricks double books. She tries to reschedule me when I go to my appointment that I have to drive 45 minutes too. This is inconsiderate.
This company needs a management overhaul. I will be switching psychiatrist for better care.

Wow to many bad reviews. I guess I'll fine me another place for my son like the others.

Totally surprised at these reviews! I've been getting help for my 2 grands since March 2018 and it is now June. There have been no missed in-home sessions at all. The counselor has made great progress with my grands. Just don't understand these negative comments.

Great place to work at. Working everyday to change the lives of youth and families in Georgia!!! Really changing the lives of children in the school based setting!!!! Forerunners in providing Trauma Based treatment...

If I could give a zero I would. They got staff lying about seeing you just to bill the government! My family is in place but no thanks to them. No quality control at all! The receptionist to see the doctor violates Hippa all day! Sat in the waiting area and heard her talk loudly about 4 different patients! Take the phone off speaker! No checks n balances!

The communication is awful and no one take accountability for errors. The staff (Patricia) doesn t know how to properly communicate and getting issues resolved is a headache to begin with. Chose another organization, one that cares about their clients.

Called 3 times to be connected to the Forsyth location and was disconnected 3 times.

Someone needs to really audit this place! After the initial assessment it took over a month to get a call from the therapist. As far as the doctor onsite....never seen one. They do telemed for the psychiatrist and forget documents for the diagnosis all the time.Went to court and the notes I turned into the judge were duplicates.The department of family and children services keep using them for them to not help our family. No real goal or objectives outlined. They just want money and no outcomes.

I am so thankful for the service that Family Ties provides. My child's therapist has been dedicated to helping him manage anxiety and building life-long skills. Even through COVID, she has been creative and resourceful to meet his needs. The nurse and medicine management provider are invested in the healing of our family and listen intently to the needs of my child. Everyone involved in my child's care has been compassionate, knowledgable and professional.
