The office staff is friendly and inviting. All smiles the moment I walked in the door. Staff so did a great job at following up with me on questions I had prior to the interview in office.

I can't say enough good things about Express Staffing, especially Missy Mullen. From the day I sent in my resume until I was offered a job took less than two weeks. Missy was instrumental in getting this fantastic opportunity sewed up for me, but more than that, she was calm and comforting influence in this process, offering not only advice as to how to put my best foot forward, she also was encouraging and uplifting during the times I was not so sure of myself. I will always be grateful for her assistance and I wholeheartedly recommend Express and Missy if you are looking for an advantage in getting a great job. Kudos Express!!

Missy Mullen gave me the best experience I could have imagined! I was nervous about this entire process as a recent grad looking for temporary work until full time employment became available. I had a terrible experience... they scheduled me for an in-person interview two hours before I was supposed to be at work. When I got there, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She had me fill out a form (that I previously filled out online) and was taking personal calls while people were waiting for assistance. An hour and a half goes by and I was still waiting to talk to someone about full-time employment options. By the time someone called me back for an interview, I had to leave for work. I was very disappointed with Express Employment because I ve heard great things. Sadly, I won t be returning because the entire process was very unprofessional.

I ve had many friends come here and tell me it s the Best place to go to in Knoxville if your looking for a job! The people who work here are very professional, kind, and courteous! They also explain to you what to do and what you ll expect very helpful when thinking about going to a new job!

About 7 months ago I came to Express looking for an employment opportunity. I am so glad that I was able to meet Missy Mullen.
